I asked for two the broccoli beef and wanted what I paid for, I asked for two types of meat and chicken, but the broccoli beef section was only broccoli. I asked if they could give me meat and a worker named Edith was very rude. I came back to sit at my table and she came later with the side of beef, set it down on my table and again very rudely said they only give costumers 3 pieces of beef with broccoli. She walked off before we could even respond. Again we maybe even got one piece in our order. We didn't mind waiting but to be treated rudely was unnecessary. We dined inside the restaurant and we did not see anyone else get mistreated in the same way. I hope it had nothing to do with us being Muslim since my wife's wears the hijab. We won't be coming back here, they need to do better in how they treat people.

I really dislike the fact that I need to see an employee to use the restroom. There was a little line before I could order. So I asked to use the restroom to wash my hands. But the girl seemed a little occupied to help me. Fine. After I pay for my meal they give me a key to wash. Pepsi and Sierra mist out of order. Great, ordered a large drink for lemonade I guess. Most of the eggs in the fried rice weren't burnt. Then I found a black hair in the rice, and some plasticky thing as well. See photo. After that, I was like I'm done.

So the prices are going up!! But plates looks more empty!! Customer service the worse!! You walk in and the place looks empty!!! I was wondering why? Now i know!! Sharing the pictures of my two plates. Almost empty. The pictures can’t lie and have the nerves of charging 1.50 for dry shrimp

Good comfort American Chinese food with reasonable price. The service was quick too. Ordered 2 items with chow mein. Good enough to feed 2 people. They also have a family feast deal that can easily feed a family 4 with some leftover to next day’s lunch.

This place is sooo bad. Honestly just don’t even bother go to a different panda this place claims to have no change and no chilies. Apparently there’s a chili shortage. When I show up turns out they do have them. Horrible customer service as well, very bad attitudes from employees and manager. Seems like it’s a “privately owned” panda. Honestly franchise is better quality and better customer service. Save yourself the head ache go elsewhere.

The staff in panda today are unfriendly making innuendo as if im the reason the other customers are waiting too long when everyone is waiting for the food to ne cooked. When I came back and wanted to order again the staff were just looking at me like they dont want to give service so I just walked out. I ordered food for our clients I was only asked to buy them.

Went in tonight and ordered broccoli beef. I was given 5 giant pieces of broccoli which looked very underdone and 3 tiniest of tiny pieces and was told that is the “recommended portion size”. I also got orange chicken that tasted so overpoweringly like garlic I couldn’t end up eating it. Never going back

I ordered the plate and got broccoli beef orange chicken and chow mien the chicken and the broccoli were good but the chow mien didn’t taste good it tasted old or like bad cabbage and my stomach started to hurt right after never coming back here again

I ordered an order online and came to pick it up at the restaurant, upon arrival they didn’t even start preparing it, they ignored me and served everyone except me! The order was delivered late, which negatively affected my work! I don’t recommend ordering from them online, they won’t put you at risk!

This place really sucks. They barely served me any food. I complained to the manager and she said it was because the employee was new. Why wasnt he trained properly? Every time i go in here there is some problem. The food trays are always empty and the food left over in the trays look old and overcooked. The food looks like left over trash thats been sitting out all day. I asked if they can make me fresh food. The server said they wouldn't make more if there was food already out. It looked like a spoonful of food in each tray. I decided to leave rather than be server that left over trash. The service here is low class. Save yourself the trouble. The Panda in Fullerton has full trays of fresh food. Avoid this location at all costs, its dirty and nasty! The pictures on here are staged. The trays are empty, every time i go in there im looking at dirty looking spoon-fulls of old food and they think im gonna eat that trash. I walked out!!!

I asked for a plate of 3 sides and extra chaowmein they gave me 7 pieces of chicken and a little chaiwmein and said it was extra charged me as 3 side dishes when I claim why they gave me so little the manager was rude the woman offered the extra side I left because manager is unprofessional and rude laughed of me she. I turn my back leaving,they saw me as Spanish I felt the racism on the workers not coming back again thye need to learn about customer service I wasn’t asking for free they sees you as a poor person who can’t pay

This place is sucks just to soak money to the customers. 7/3 I was in this location it was really messy we ordered bigger plate n the lady came to take order look like Spanish with green eye liner she suggested to take bowl though I wanted bigger plate more food was hunger when food came it was not even 8 oz n my husband bigger plate was also same. They had no vegetarian except boil broccoli. Restroom also so messy n dirty. Only one restroom another was locked for only staff they said. If no customer how u guys get salary. Just bad dinner n waste of money. Need to eat another restaurant

Super Friendly and welcoming employees. They are always working fast. I usually come to this location to take my mother in law lunch. They always hook it up fat and fresh.

I ordered a Family Meal, I asked for a Sample of their New Spicy Shrimp and I was told NO... then I ordered Honey Walnut Shrimp and I had to wait almost 10 minutes... 1st and last time there!

Very nice place for teriaki, rice, vegan options, and asian food. I liked the concept that you get a treat and there would be a little note inside that treat. The food is tasty.

Food was really bad 👎 Rice was like plastic, teriyaky chicken was half cooked, they missed 1 item on one of the plates. Today Panda lost me and my family as a customers

I eat at panda express at least 3 times a month. The staff is very friendly and the food is always warm.

Bad customer service especially the supervisor jayvee. Such a liar. I've been waiting for my order to be delivered and I've been asking her even the cashier if my pickup order is ready and she said she's making it but I see her not making it I can visibly see her not making it because she's doing all the customers order that I was there before then so I know that this supervisor is lying I'm not doing what she said she doing and I have a talk with her on why she's not doing it because the order or the food is already there it's not a special food to be cooked and she said if I don't want to wait I can just leave now she's jeopardizing my job she's being rude she's a liar she should be trained she should know how to deal with it and be honest and do her job well I can wait this store negative zero I would do that

They were really busy today but the only reason we picked Panda over Chipotle is because my 8 yr old son chose and they messed up his order. They gave him some weird chicken instead of orange chicken. My baby has to go to bed tonight without protein because he didn't want what ever weird slimy chicken they gave. :(

Diego was very helpful, kind,& friendly. Our food was cooked fresh so it wasn't all ready when we ordered, but the wait time was quick.

Found a long red hair cooked into the chow mein, quality of the food sold here today is officially questionable.

The food was great & the staff was friendly... but in my 10 minutes spent picking up food, I watched multiple people without masks order food with the manager standing right there, even though there's a sign on the door saying they're required for entry. If "relaxed" safety rules make you nervous, you should go to a different store location.

Panda did me dirty... No more sweet fire Chicken. The best menu item... Gone🤔. I even tried a couple other items... Just not the same. In fact, just sad.

Customer service was fine, but they hella skimped on my portion when I ordered a BIGGER plate on the menu and it was at least 1 hour before closing so there was still a lot of food left from the entrees I ordered, but barely any customers in line. What gives? Y'all used to pack the plate to the brim but now it's more expensive to eat here and you get less than before. Not worth it. I'd rather go to chipotle.
