Enjoyed our stay at this location for our Disneyland trip. A regular walking pace gets you at the gate in 8 to 10 minutes which is very convenient. The room was clean and very spacious and nice, our window was looking at the hotel next to us, but we could see space mountain between the hotels. This was nice because it mean we could see a portion of the fireworks from our room on the top floor. Breakfast was good each morning and the staff were all friendly, would definitely consider returning next time! The reason for 4/5 stars is the parking. I get that space is limited and the garage is nice and secure. However the valet only option is an issue. I used to work as a valet many moons ago and know how most of my colleagues treated the cars which made me very apprehensive and rightly so. We arrived and parked the car for 3 days before attempting to go have a beach day after finishing at Disney. However they could not get the car to start and had to use the emergency key to get in the door to still be unable to start it. They had me go down with them and I noticed there was no power at all. Well I travel with a portable battery charger which I hauled out of the back and as SOON as I powered it on once connected to the battery the car sprang to life with the alarm going off. The car was parked in the back and an attendant bumped it at some point stuffing a car in front of it. Now there was no permanent damage, but I noticed the front trim peace was popped loose from its fasteners under the headlights so they bumped it enough to push that out of place, and likely left the other car butted up against it with the alarm going off. No one bothered to deal with it so the alarm and lighting were on until the battery died. Battery recharged itself no problem once I gave it some juice and a bit of a rough start but I'm sure its life span is lowered from being fully discharged. I was able to push the facia back in place but I know I treated every car I parked like I owned it... if you are going to double or triple stack the cars find a better system to avoid bumps, or just create more space and let customers do it ourselves.

Holiday Inn Anaheim Downtown I stayed at this hotel for two nights during my family vacation in Anaheim. The location was perfect for visiting Disneyland as it was only a 10-minute walk away from both parks. The room was spacious and clean with two queen beds and a sofa bed. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped with a shower stall and a bathtub. The TV had plenty of channels and there was free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and varied with hot dishes like eggs, bacon, pancakes, cereal bowls etc., as well as items like yogurt parfait, bagels, muffins and their signature warm cinnamon rolls., plus coffee , tea , juice , milk , etc. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful . They greeted us warmly when we checked in, gave us useful tips on where to go and what to do in Anaheim, helped us with our luggage when we returned from our trips to Disneyland , checked on us regularly during our stay, answered our questions promptly, resolved any issues we had quickly, thanked us for choosing their hotel, and wished us a safe trip back home . The amenities at this hotel were great. There was a pool that was clean and refreshing, a fitness center that had modern equipment, free towels provided . There was also a restaurant next door at the Home2 Suites by Hilton that served tasty food at reasonable prices. I forgot to mention there was also a bar inside the Home2 that offered drinks at happy hour. The location of this hotel was ideal . It was close to Disneyland ( only 10 minutes walk ) as well as other attractions like Downtown Disney District , Angel Stadium of Anaheim , Honda Center etc., It was also close to public transportation like buses , trains , light rail etc., It took me about 15 minutes to get around by these means . I think this hotel offered great value for money. I think this price was fair considering what we got in return. We had no complaints about our stay here. Overall rating : 5 stars I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable, convenient, affordable place to stay in Anaheim . It is one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed at.

Great hotel. 10 minute walk to Disneyland and California Adventure. Great free breakfast in the morning, plenty of kid-friendly food options. Comfortable and clean beds, nice room. The pool and hot tub are great. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The valet car parking was nice, we never waited long for our car.

I have stayed at Holiday inn express almost exclusively for about 20 years. This is my first time at this location and will be my last. The bed was comfortable and the building clean. I think the parking fees are on the high side. Personally do not like the valet only service. I also feel strongly that I was judged on the value of my car. I felt rushed when It was time to leave. On at least two occasions the staff were either dismissive or out right rude. After parking taxes and tips the room cost about 350 a night. I know much better places just as close and with a more friendly attitude and better water pressure.

We have stayed at a lot of hotels in Anaheim for Disneyland trips, including the Grand Californian. This hotel was the best by far! When we first arrived it was late at night and I didn't have milk for my toddler, the very nice gentleman at the front desk went to the cafeteria to grab me some. In the hotel room for the baby they had a crib made up with a baby blanket, soap, shampoo and powder in a little bag. I have too small kids so everytime we left the room it was a disaster zone. The maids took such care of our room, neatly organizing all of our things, changing the linens and making the beds look nice. And they did this at a time that didn't disrupt our at noon nap with the baby. The free breakfast was so delicious and filling. The walk to the park isn't far at all. Overall our experience was fabulous and I would definitely stay again. I just wish the staff there knew how much I appreciate their hard work.

Giving 3 stars only because the property is nice. I have had nothing but money/ transaction issues since before I checked in. No one at the front desk has an explanation. They pulled a room charge for the night of 372.. when I then check in they for some reason refund the charge so it’s pending a few days back into my bank. Then they proceed to pull the full amount now of like 1500 something…. So resulting my bank account to have almost 1900 transaction for a room that’s 1500. I called the front numerous times they said it’s just the “system” no one has help or been sincere. This is the last trip I get for probably ever again as I’ve got serious medical issues and did not have extra money. So on top of all of that they over drafted my account and they just said “it’s their system” why wouldn’t you keep my 372 charge and then pull the remaining from the amount I already paid. The hotel itself is amazing, clean, house keepers are great. Staff need some training on compassion and how deposits work. I only had the amount for the room on that card. What I was supposed to be charged and now it’s over drafted by $372 due to them sending money back and re pulling the amount. Super frustrating. Again property is great but if you want smooth checkin / billing/ or customer service “help” keep looking

I just can't give it 5 stars with the parking situation. You HAVE to valet here. I must say we never had an issue nor had to wait long for our vehicle, BUT then you feel like you need to tip the valet guy, but it's $30 a day already to park there AND I don't even want to valet so why tip for a service I don't want?! We walked to Disneyland from here, it's a short walk! The breakfast is great! Room was clean. Hot tub was good! Pools okay, it was cold. Staff was very nice and accommodating! All in all, we had a great experience here and would definitely return.

Great place to stay! Really close to Disney, maybe like a 7 minute walk to get to the gates. The rooms were nice and clean. They have a nice little lobby with couches and chairs, and a kids movie playing all day. They also have a pretty good free breakfast! Pancakes, omelets, yogurt, pastries, and sausages. They've got a small gym room, outdoor pool, and a paid laundry machine ($4)

Nice, clean hotel that is a 20 minute walk from Disneyland. Good breakfast and nice staff. The only thing they could improve is to lower the cost of parking ($40 per night after including taxes and fees) and cost of the room. I'm not sure it's worth what they charge, but I guess they can do whatever they want being this close to Disney.

The location was great a 8-10 minute walk besides that overpriced for valet parking, hotel with thin walls with inconsiderate guests who would come back from Disneyland parks and scream at kids and slam microwave and doors until like 2-3am. They should make walls more soundproof. I was too tired to call front desk so I waited and mentioned it to the front desk guy and girl they looked at me stuck not even a sorry we will speak to guests and it continued next night too. No customer service not a welcoming hotel. For the price you pay I would look elsewhere. Also stayed there 3 nights didn't come in to clean room or pick up garbage at all.

Just completed a 2 night stay: Hotel is great. Staffing is great. Absolutely clean. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are huge to be able to fit a full/queen pullout sofa. Lobby included a self checkout pantry which is incredibly convenient. Yes you have to pay for parking but you pay for parking anywhere in the Anaheim Resort district no matter what. Only complaint I would have was that house keeping between 7AM-11AM on our checkout day knocked and attempted to enter the room 4 times. I was baffled considering how early they began to try to get us to vacate the room when checkout is at 11. I’ve never had to put out the do not disturb sign on the door but this experience has changed our mindset for the next. Other than that, definitely a top choice when visiting the Anaheim Resort.
