So we booked this hotel to enjoy the Disney Parks. I was trying stay within walking distance of the park and this hotel was great for us. We actually stayed here two times. If you don't mind walking a bit, which we had 2 small children in a stroller, it is great. It's about 1/2 mile from the Disney parking structure which you can hop on the tram or walk all the way to Downtown Disney which is probably about one mile. The hotel itself I think is a hidden gem. It is a newer hotel, I believe built in the last 4 years. The amenities are great, rooms are decent, not the cleanest I've been in but still good. There is a free hot breakfast everyday that has good options for all. The staff is awesome and very helpful. There is also social events on certain nights of the week with food and drinks, some for the adults too (beer & wine). Overall for the price in comparison to the closer hotels and Disney branded ones too, this hotel is quite the bargain. I enjoy this hotel a lot and will be staying again.

The staff was nice, common areas were clean and breakfast was good. However, the room we were in (425) needs a deep cleaning. We were there 20 minutes and my daughters feet were black from the dirty floor. The carpet and tile badly needed to be cleaned. I cleaned the bathroom door and the desk chair because they were both sticky and very visibly dirty. There was also hair in the shower. Thankfully we spent very little time in the room.

Affordable and awesome location. Staybridge is approximately 7 minutes from the entrance from Disneyland (by car) or 25 minutes or so if you're walking. There is no on-site shuttle to Disney but you can look into ART (Anaheim Transit). We found taking a Lyft to be most affordable for my family of 5 and also easier on our feet after a long day of walking. It's cheaper than about $6 per person for ART and minimal wait time. Staybridge offers complimentary breakfast, continental style with hot food and you can make waffles with gear batter. Perfect way to start the day off before heading to the theme parks. Use of washer and dryer (in the basement) was free which was beyond helpful. Our suite was equipped with a small stove, full fridge and microwave which allowed us to warm up leftovers and store any drinks and food for the day ahead. Great for cooling water bottles so you don't have to buy water in Disneyland. Front office staff and managers were extremely nice and very helpful. Note that there is a $18/day fee for parking, which we had a rental the first 2 days. It is unsecured, so make sure you plan accordingly. Overall, Staybridge was a nice place to stay. Wr enjoyed the smaller size of the hotel compared to larger scale resorts we have stayed in the past. It's affordable, but definitely doesn't look or feel cheap. My family and I will stay there again without a second thought.

People were very friendly. Rooms functionality were good having a kitchen, fridge and good size shower. Housekeeping was almost nonexistent. When we got to our room the foldout couch was halfway unfolded with cushions on the floor. There were French fries and a couple of dirt hair ties on the floor. The trash can was still overflowing with trash/food which smelled horrible. There were still unopened bags of food in the cabinets. Overall room felt dirty and grungy. I can't figure out how the room was left this way for another family to come in and they thought it was okay. The rest if the hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was very nice with a great selection and fresh food.

I rate it at good because the room was clean and the kitchen area was nice. We reserved a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa bed. When we pulled out the sofa bed it was broken and not usable as a bed. We immediately went down to the front desk to request another sofa bed or be moved to a new room. They did not have either Would group consisted of 5 adults and one 8 year old child. We did happen to bring a small cot for our 8 year old grand daughter. As it turned out out 18 year old slept on the cot and the 8 year old on the sofa. We were promised a different room on our second day but that never happened. The hotel does not provide daily room service so we had to go to the front desk to ask for supplies. The third day we requested more toilet paper and they had none to give out. At the end of our 4 day stay they agreed to comp our parking fees and one half of one days room charge. If we had had 6 adults, we would have been in a very bad way. Disneyland opens at 08:00 am but on the weekend the free breakfast didn't start until 07:30. We could eat breakfast on Saturday or Sunday if we wanted to get to Disneyland when they opened. I really wouldn't recommend the StayBridge hotel in Anaheim.

Very pleasant place. Clean. Good breakfasts, and 3 days a week Happy Hour. Irene was absolutely wonderful. She helped us strengthen out our handicap room. If you book here be aware they have 6 to 8 different types of room. We had a 1 bedroom handicap suite for 4 adults, 2 kids. It had a nice kitchen area, big bathroom. Only 1 bathroom was a slight tight fit for 6 people. We really enjoyed this hotel. Lots of parking for the area. 1.1 mile from Disneyland. We walked to the Disney parking lots, about 6/10th a mile, then rode the tram to park entrance. It was easy to get on I 5 if driving. Several nice parks within a mile+. The staff was very good. From the front desk, room service, an the rest. Very pleasant, good Disneyland park distance.

My family stayed here during our Disneyland trip. We really enjoyed our experience! The beds were comfortable after a long day at the Disney park and the rooms were very clean as well as the rest of the hotel. I also liked that there was a kitchen and full fridge in our room and the room felt spacious. The breakfast options were great and it was nice to have a hot breakfast with many options to choose from every morning. The staff were kind, welcoming, and accommodating. It is a longer walk to Disneyland compared to other hotels in the area, but our family used the ART transportation and the fares were very reasonable so we didn’t mind the distance between the hotel and Disney park. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience at Staybridge and will be staying here again in the future for our next trip.

Unfortunately have to leave a not so good review. Still at the Staybridge Suites near Disneyland. Asked for room to be cleaned. Watched front desk write down request. Left for Disneyland for the day and upon return they never cleaned the room. Called front desk and they said they did not see request. Someone needs to figure out service here. Location to Disneyland isn't bad and do have decent breakfast in AM. If you stay here and want room cleaned I guess be sure they actually take down your request by showing you before leaving. I loved this hotel. Huge shout out to Aliyah she really made my 7 year old son feel special on his birthday.πŸ’™ Dora during Social Hour was amazing holding down the fort, keeping everything stocked and clean. All of the staff during breakfast too. Breakfast was good. Kept us full and energized during our day at Disneyland. Great Breakfast selections as well as during Social Hour. They helped us save money on meals.🀀😊 The room was clean and had everything we needed. We didn't end up using the stove tops but having a full size refrigerator and a microwave was awesome. They supplied the bigger size shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. It was very close to Disney 5-7min by car. We took their advice and used the Lyft service. It's so close it was less than $10.00 a trip. We were able to come back to the hotel quickly to rest and regroup, use the pool, and head back. Best affordable place hands down. Thank you to all of the Staybridge Suites staff for working hard to keep the place clean and stocked.

Got a two bedroom suite. Full kitchen, living room and pool. This is walking distance to the park and downtown Disney. It’s a pretty good walk(about a mile), but with all the Disney walking who notices. Includes a free FULL breakfast and the staff is very nice. Excellent just outside the park choice.

I recently stayed at the Staybridge Suites Anaheim at the Park and I was extremely impressed with the property. The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from Disneyland, making it an ideal choice for families visiting the theme park. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you could need, including a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel also has a great outdoor pool and a fitness center, as well as a convenient shuttle service to the theme parks. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. Overall, I would highly recommend the Staybridge Suites Anaheim at the Park for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the Disneyland area.

Good place to stay for a quick trip to Disney. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well stocked and makes it really nice to have coffee and breakfast before heading out! They put snacks out in the afternoon and have a pretty good selection of fruits to grab as you head out.

Hotel is clean and very close to Disney parks! Breakfast is great, and staff are friendly. A great spot to stay for anyone looking to spend a few days around the Disney area! My only issue would be that we booked a 1 bedroom suite which was stated on the website to sleep 6, however, on arrival the receptionist told us the pull out bed was barely big enough for a child and that the room would be a squeeze for 4 adults, let alone 6. Bare this in mind when booking as the website says this room type can sleep 6 and that the pull out bed is a double! She did however work hard to find us a newly renovated room with a more spacious pull out bed, fantastic customer service!

This is a great hotel as far as location and staff friendliness goes. Everywhere you go there is staff shortages so the reviews I read here prior about housekeeping etc etc you get that anywhere now so deal with it and expect times where you don't get that daily housekeeping but when we asked for towels in the morning it was in our room when we got back after a long day at Disneyvand they removed the garbage as well. The staff here are really friendly and very good people. Morning breakfast is good and evening manager reception is a nice touch. Walking distance to Disneyland which is a bonus. If you don't want to walk the entire distance grab the Disney Tran which is halfway though your walk on Disneyland Drive. This hotel is idea for families. Like any hotel with ton's of guests with kids it will get busy and noisy but for the most part most parents kept their kids under control which is great Our room faced the back of Disney so we saw the fireworks from our room which was a bonus. We didn't use the pool but saw several families there enjoying it. For the price you pay for the room the value is there for you given how close you are to the Parks and the free breakfast in the morning is a savings. If you take advantage of the evening reception (Mon-Wed only) then there is an extra perk there for you as I loved having my free cold beer after a long day Thank you to all the hard working staff here at Staybridge. Keep up the great work !

Our stay was so perfect. Our room included enough beds to sleep 5(2 beds and a sofa bed) and We had a full kitchen with a full refrigerator and dishwasher. The room smelled clean and felt clean, and they give you breakfast in the mornings and Monday through Wednesday dinner at night at no extra charge. I was beyond satisfied and literally walking distance from Disneyland.

Service was amazing, the workers there were very friendly. However, the room I stayed in was nice but there where areas that were just unclean. Overall a good place to stay if your going to Disneyland since it's only a 3 min drive to the parking lot entrance. There breakfast 5/10
