This is a cute cozy hotel that is well maintained and clean. We loved being so close to the entrance to the Disneyland Resort. The pool may be small but was fantastic! The kids and I loved how deep it gets. The hot tub is also wonderful. We used the laundry room which was very handy. They have EV charging stations which was a happy bonus. It is pay parking- but when you are that close to the park it’s pay parking every where, and there place is so close it’s 100% worth it. All the staff were friendly and having the bunks in the room was perfect. I found the beds a tad too firm for my preference. The wifi was so spotty we could barely use it. However we spent most of the time in Disney, so it wasn’t a huge issue. We would happily stay at this hotel again. (How cute is that towel elephant!)

My family stayed in room #127 this last week. It was great. It is small and parking is so tight, but the room was clean, beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. We loved having the ice machine right outside the door and though the pool and hot tub were right outside the door, we could hardly hear people. The shutters on the window were so much better than the usual hotel curtains. The bunk beds are shorter than a normal twin, but we all slept well there and LOVED being a short walk home after Disney.

Total game changer being a few steps from the Disneyland main gate. Lots of dining options in walking distance. The rooms are old, of course, but they have been remodeled. Medium fridge and microwave in room. A/C worked well. Definitely would stay again.

Loved out stay here. Only a 5 minute walk to the Disneyland entrance. Only down side is I wished the rooms had blackout curtains. Other than that it was a great 3 night stay. Will definitely book again.

We love our stay here so far!! Luis at the front desk was extremely nice and even upgraded our room (for free) after finding out we have a few kids and are staying for 5 days. Also soooo close to Disneyland, we will for sure be staying here again in the future. Thanks Luis!

If you are looking for a place to sleep that is better than your car the del sol is for you. Plumbing is terrible, walls are thin but the pool does have water in it. I mean was there a band-aid in it? Yes, seemingly at all times. Speaking of cars their valets will double park cars and block you in even if you have told them you plan to leave early. Front desk will off you no help. Can you sleep, use the bathroom and change clothes at the del sol? Sometimes.

Recently stayed for 5 nights. Staff was wonderful, and accommodating. Rooms were clean, and location can’t be beat. Left room and 7:47 AM, arrived at Disneyland at 7:58. Would stay again.

Normally we have an ok experience here, the main benefit is the low cost and the fact that it’s literally a 5 min walk from your room to security. However I was very disappointed on our last trip, they discontinued breakfast service with no plans to bring it back when all the other hotels have brought their breakfast back. We also ended up in a room with the thinnest walls and loudest neighbors ever that had yelling teenage boys up until 2am. Request one of the top floor rooms above the parking spaces on the left if you want sleep. I don’t think we will be staying here again which is bummer because it used to be our go-to budget Disneyland hotel.

They advertise that they have free continental breakfast, we get to the hotel to find out they no longer offer it. Also says 24 hour service, nope. We tried leaving the hotel at 3 am to get home and find out we have been blocked in by the valet. And they don’t get in until 6 am. Walls are also very thin. I could hear the kid next door hacking up a lung all night long like he was in the room with me. I do not recommend this hotel.

Nice hidden jem, really close to the crosswalk to Disneyland. The office staff was really friendly each time I went in there. The lot attendant smiled and greated us. Room was clean, clean smelling. Nice having a refrigerator and microwave.

Great location, right across from Disney. Rooms are in good shape, parking is valet only but safe. No breakfast 💔 but coffee for the adults

Excellent stay. The room was clean and comfortable. There were lots of outlets for chargers. The shower was amazing, best shower I've had in years. Weird to say that, but there it is. Staff was super friendly, professional, and accommodating, and you really can't beat the location. Highly recommend.

The Del Sol Inn made our trip amazing and easy. I had originally booked us at my go-to which is Motel 6 maingate cuz you cant find a better deal. But for years its been a dream to stay across the street so I paid over twice the price ($440 for 2 nights plus $25/night for parking) I could not find a better rate any closer and the reviews seemed good. The rooms are very clean. The desk is extremely attentive. They called me the morning of check in to get my ETA and i was able to request a forward room close the street (wish granted) for easier access as the Del Sol sits right behind Dennys. I have to say though I dont think those further back rooms could add more than one or 2 minutes to you walk. We were able go get to security in 8 minites including waiting for the light at crosswalk. No comp breakfast which is fine i dont like fighting over slimy eggs with strangers at 6 in the morning anyway. We packed our own food and were able to heat stuff up before we left as there is a microwave fridge and coffee maker. I had my do not disturb sign up and in the afternoon they text to confirm i didnt want maid service or need toiletries. Parking spots are weird and small but it didnt impact us because the valet guy parked for me and i didnt need to use my car at all anyway. Valet staff also very friendly. Id come back here in a heartbeat. Im spoiled now!

They did offer a crib and we had a room with 2 queen beds and a set of bunk beds for the kids. They did not clean the rooms but did give us towels every day. It's a 5 minute walk to the entrance to Disneyland. It's a good place to stay and sleep but that's about it. Limited parking but they do have valet.

Perfect experience. 3 days at the park. So nice and close to the park entrance. Rooms just what we needed in size and comfort. Staff was great, Luis in the office was very professional and kind to us. Valets always friendly. Will stay here again.

We stayed in September and the only upside I have to staying here is the proximity to the park. The room was well aged which doesn’t necessarily bother me but when you walk on carpet that turns your feet black right when you get there, that’s when I have a problem. Housekeeping is incredibly basic, they didn’t even run a vacuum through our room our entire stay and we had three small children. Parking is a nightmare, the lot is way too small. They will, and usually have to, double park your car and trap you in. We barely got our car moved before everyone left for the night, your keys are left with valet at this motel. So if you need to leave at an off hour just know no one is there until 6am to help you get your car. This unfortunately was our first and only time staying here.

The only nice thing is this places location. The rooms are not quiet at all! Whenever the person above us walked, the floor squeaked. We could even hear their phone alarm vibrate on their night stand! The towels were as scratchy as I remember my high school gym towels being. They did empty true trash and take the dirty towels away, but they don’t leave clean towels instead. Both of our rooms ran out of hand towels. When I asked for more, we never got them. The rooms are cold and you only have a very thin blanket. I had to use a bath towel for a little extra warmth. Be VERY careful with the bathroom floors. They didn’t use the right tiles and they are VERY slick! My daughter feel and hurt her wrist. Not something to look forward to on your vacation. I would rather walk a little farther than stay here.

Located across the street from Disneyland Resort and right next to Denny's. Staff very nice and helpful. A little pricey in my opinion but great location to put your feet up for your mid-day rest from the parks.

Hotel is right across the street. Great location. Parking is tight . Once you're parked don't expect to go in and out. If small property. Rooms are bigger . Beds were comfy. Room was nice and clean. No elevator if you have a stroller get a downstairs room. Rooms have microwaves and mini fridge that was nice and cold. Staff is friendly. Only reason i didnt 5 star was Make sure you pay attention to your card charges. We had prepaid and got charged again when we checked in and out. Had to leave park and go back to hotel on last day to see what was going on with the charges. The manager did fix the problem . So just be aware. I would stay again.

Amazing location, it only takes about 5 minutes to walk to the park. The staff were very helpful and friendly. This is definitely going go be our go to Disneyland hotel.

What a hidden gem of a hotel! We booked here becasue of the kid friendly rooms with bunk beds and the fact that it is right across the street from the Disneyland property. We will book again next time becasue we enjoyed the staff and amenities so much. We arrived in Anaheim very late in the evening. I called to let the front desk know and they were very reassuring and accomodating. We had a great discussion at check in and the clerk gave us some pointers for around the area. He was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and functional. It's an older property, and not a chain, so there were some tiny issues but nothing that detracted from our experience. The kids LOVED the bunk beds and I loved the LARGE spacious room that didn't feel overcrowded even with 5 people in it. The pool area was clean and i witnessed the staff cleaning the walkways and pool area multiple times through the day and night. It is very quiet and feels secluded from the road because of the location, but it is a very easy walk to the Disney parks.

Absolutely loved our stay here!! You can't beat the location. It was great to be able to walk back midday and take a break without feeling like you were losing too much time at the park. The staff was beyond great. Everyone we came in contact with was extremely helpful and friendly. The valet made it feel extra safe checking as you come in and out on top of everything else they did. The room was perfect for us. Highly recommend the bunk bed rooms for families. The bunk beds were actually bigger than I anticipated, I could have put both my toddlers in just one. The room had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. We didn't drive this trip but parking is valet only since the lot is so small but that would have been ok for me as I wouldn't have wanted to maneuver that.

This is my 4th booking here & favorite place to stay when visiting Disneyland & California Adventure! The staff is excellent every single time. Parking is handled well. The rooms are always clean and have everything you could ever ask for. Staff stay in contact with you regarding your needs or any special requests. The pool & jacuzzi are a welcome relief after a long day walking. I absolutely recommend this hotel! It is across the street from the entrance to Disney. Want a great time? This is the best hotel I've used when I've been here. (and I've tried a couple of them up-and-down the strip) but I continue to come back to the Del Sol EVERYTIME! Awesome place is you have kids or travel in a group!

Very poor experience with the customer service at this hotel. I had booked months ago to reserve a room, and shortly after I cancelled through the online system. Months later, this week, a charge appears on my card and at the same time they send me an email the day of the trip saying I still had a reservation despite cancelling so long ago. They would not waive the $370 fee or offer any alternatives. I was considering booking here early next year, but I would advise to stay away as their communication seems to be lacking. I’m very disappointed as a frequent park attender.

It's a good location to Disneyland. The staff was super friendly. We were a family of 4. We didn't really look much into it but we were all super excited that there was 2 beds and a bunk bed. So that was nice. Kids enjoyed it. Bed seemed comfortable. Some things seemed runned down. Some of the outlets wouldnt hold any plugs. The mattresses on the bunk bed seemed flat. Not very comfortable to me. Kids slept in it tho. Lights don't work on it. they are short staffed with cleaning people. So the most they would do is take out the trash and give you clean towels. I'm sure if you ask if they can help you with something they would so I understand about the short staff situation. The staff is friendly so don't be afraid to ask them.

In the past it was great. This week we came and it wasn’t the same. No more breakfast. Our room was dirty. One of the decorative pillows look like someone barfed on it. The room had a weird smell. The door stop on the wall is broken. The lights in the bunk bed don’t work and there is no dresser space at all! 5 people, one bunk bed, two beds, no drawers. Last time we had a bunk room the bed had drawers on the bottom. The wifi is horrible and there is only 2 tv Chanel’s The staff is super nice but over the last 10 years the hotel itself feels rundown.

It was okay. Nothing crazy fancy. Room was a good size, has recently been updated, beds were comfy, nice big closet and walking distance was perfect (5 mins to security), car was parked right in front of our room. Beds definitely need more blankets. We were able to check in an hour early, and easily get a bottom floor. They were also very accommodating in last minute reservations, parking, or even needing to drop off suitcases if needed. We didn't use the pool at all. Washer and dryer were nice, clean and could pay with card! My 5'8" sister fit on the bunk bed no problem! I wish it had a dresser in the room, but the big closet does help make up for it. The air conditioning was like a big window unit installed. We had some pretty strong weed smells on and off throughout the stay coming in through the A/C. Housekeeping only does trash and towels for the stay currently. You have to ask for vacuuming or sweeping DAILY. No breakfast offered. Wi-Fi and cellular service was terrible! The room had a very distinct musty-mildewy smell. It was especially strong in the bathroom, and the water tasted like it. We all had coughs upon arrival and the more we were in the hotel they worse they got. I left medicine bottle in the room, and it hasn’t been found but I guarantee it was left there as it was the only place we used it. I don't think we'll stay again do to the mildewy/mold smell. If they got proper remediation for the mold/mildew and had proof. I would consider staying again and recommending this hotel.

Right across from the main Disneyland entrance. Plenty of room for families. Spa pool everything was great. The spa was perfect after a whole day at Disneyland. Just ask for extra blankets for the beds.

We didn't stay there but they held our scooters that we rented And gave us a place to park for the day at a price of course.. But well worth it thank you guys, you're wonderful. Made our trip to Disneyland memorable.

Location is great. No more than a 5 minute walk to Disneyland entrance. Room was clean and big. Facility is nicely kept. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.

The only positive thing about this hotel was the close proximity to the park and the ladies working at the front desk were nice. Cons: -Wifi was awful -We had 10 pillows in the room and only 1 was decent -There was a gap under the door allowing bugs to come in -There was a hole in the wall -We checked in early and while waiting for our room we asked to use the washroom. We were told we had to go to the Dennys as they do not have a public washroom. -Upon arrival there was residual poo in the toilet which made us question the standard of cleanliness.

Stayed over the Easter weekend with a group of 9. We had a range of rooms from single queen to family with bunks. Note the bunks are short, not for adults or older children! Facilities and rooms are standard for most of the older hotels across the road from Disney. Clean and comfortable with everything you need. What sets this hotel aside was how amazing the staff were. They went out of their way to help and saved the day many times. For example, our transfer to the airport cancelled after it was already supposed to have arrived. They helped organize one that arrived within 10 minutes. Double hotel charges went on my credit card (not their fault, it was a banking error) they helped to sort it out and remove them. They happily stored our bags. They let our robot team practice in the staff room. Our need for a room with wheelchair wasn’t noted on the booking. Without hesitation or complaint they moved our room to an accessible one, shuffled things around even though they were fully booked. Valet always made sure our car was in a position for wheelchair access. The list goes on…Every hotel provides a bed and bathroom. This one provided peace of mind.
