I would NOT recommend booking a room here, much less staying a night. They had plenty of table space but only a single chair, one of the two beds we had had a broken mattress, the bedsheets and pillows were dirty with holes in them, the shower head looked just about ready to pop out of the wall, the microwave was nasty and missing a spinning plate, the air conditioning motor was extremely loud, there were roaches EVERYWHERE, the blanket was basically just there for decorative purposes (no warmth), the TV didn’t work, there were loud noises outside all through the night, the most basic necessities weren’t provided, and overall this was just a horrible place to live in. If I could, I would give this place a 0/5, but that’s not possible so it has a 1/5.

This place was shocking to me about how bad the room conditions were. The queen double bed room looked uncleaned with stains and spots on the bed blanket , floor, and walls. I saw graffiti on the wall above the front door. The shower controller handle was loose and almost falling off. I saw a roach crawling on the wall. The swimming pool and spa looked unsanitary. I recommend not staying here. If I can give no stars, I would.

There was a loud group of thugs outside yelling at each other and their children. No one working there could be bothered to practice customer service. I don’t feel safe there and the underlying racism I experienced was obscene. Spend more money and get to sleep before 3am.

If I could I would give this place NO STARS. This place is filthy. Roaches walking around. It smells bad. Bedsheets were dirty and had cigar burs on them. I went with my 2 kids. I was NOT about to have them stay in such trash. Stay away from here.

The moment I opened the door, humid, musty air hit me. The wall paint is peeling from water damage, the sheets have holes, the air conditioner is dusty and dirty. There's no smoke detector, only a space in the ceiling with exposed wiring. No seating, only two beds. The bathroom has water damage as well, and mold. Furniture is chipped and the door doesn't lock automatically I had asked management if I could get a refund. I paid for two nights, and she (the manager) said the first night would be taken for a cancellation fee

This place is really bad, I usually don’t leave reviews, but this time I had to. If you are looking for hotels in the area Strongly recommend do not stay here. My room was filthy dirty bathroom, the bed sheets had blood on it, The lady in the front desk is very rude. If there was an option I would give you 0 stars.

The place is in a convenient area, but thats where the positives end. The place has bugs, which alone is only so bad, but don't want to have your kids in there. The rooms are not cleaned properly, I mean how hard is it to just sweep up before you have new guests? At least clean off the gunk and funk from the last person there, no one wants see that grossness. Lastly, they will absolutely not refund you at all, even if you book a few nights, and leave before you stay for the first night. Do not do it unless you're single and broke, or really need a place to stay.

This place is located on Beach Blvd. My room was $89 dollars and this was one of the worst motels I have ever encountered. The outside is surrounded by dangerous people hanging out, the pool in the picture is literally close to two bathtubs together, the Television didn’t work. I asked for a refund within 30 minutes of being there and the lady said “ we don’t offer refunds”. I booked through Priceline and felt they should have paid me to stay there to risk my safety and ETC. Horrible. Don’t stay at this Place!!

Didn't even get the chance to check-in because these lovely scumbags canceled my reservation (5 hours before check-in) that I made a month in advance just because they couldn't "prossess my payment" when I was told I needed to pay on arrival Didn't give me the chance to fix it just said I needed to book it online and laughed at me when i was upset about it. When I attempted to do that it said they were sold out. I wouldn't trust these bottom feeders with your vacation plans unless you plan on having to look for a room last minute.

Do not Stay Here!! You have been warned! This hotel is frequented by a large amount of street people. Often noisy and hard to park. People in and out of rooms all night while making a lot of noise. If you want to be woken up at 3:30 am hearing people scream and yell, this is the place for you! Would not recommend to any friends or family. Its better to find a different place

King room 204 at front of building Pros: The bed is comfortable. Sheets clean. Big king room with table and seating. Clean bathroom. Fridge good size and working. Good location for us. Cheap for the area. Cons: TV not plugged in. Microwave looks like it came from the 80's and been on fire inside. No bath mat, face washer or hand towel. No hair dryer No smoke alarm Sm cockroaches And impersonal reception through a hole in the wall. Reception area closed all the time. No phone in room. Road noise from street as at front of building that faces the road. And load banging noises from room next to us.

It was awful We stayed there 9 years ago and it wasn't terrible, so this year (2023) we decided to head to California for Disney and decided to book this hotel because the pictures on their site made them look better than the first time we stayed there, we get there on March 12th and right off the bat the false advertising started, people on bikes riding around the parking lot, people smoking, dogs, and on the side parking lot a guy was literally working on a car, should have been the first red flag, however we proceeded to go check in, the lady at the window had a very somber demener, she charged us for the room and we headed to it. We opened the door, noticed it looked like it was kicked in, there was one light working, the bed was in a u shape, and looked like it hadn't been cleaned, the smoke alarm was missing, the floors were sticky, the tub looked like it hadn't been clean in ages, my husband and I looked at each other and we decided to leave and go to another hotel, the lady wouldn't refund us the whole amount, she only refunded half. (Charged us for the first day, even though we didn't stay, we were there for maybe 10 minutes after checking in) DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

Terrible experience, company we booked it through told us the room was good for 5 people, show up and there is only 2 beds. Room smelt badly of smoke , blankets and sheets all had burn holes in them from cigarettes. No fridge, towels, or seating in the room, very dirty and there was ants and cockroaches. When we tried to cancel our booking the Manager refused to give us our money back. Please don’t stay here! unsafe and the “Free wifi” doesn’t acually exist. Unsafe area and the Manager will scam you if given the chance, DO NOT BOOK

The rooms are nicer than expected except for the roach problem... But for the price, it's totally worth it.

Room smelled strong like black mold and we all woke up with a headache. Sheets and bed were stained. Ran out of parking spots and had to pay for parking one hotel over as there is no street parking

If your into hard drugs and mild violence then look no further. Rooms consist of bed, floor and door. No complimentary chairs or wash cloths. They do have a rare soap from Motel 6 so thats cool. Cops are in here more than guests so I felt safe.

This inn was my home for a time, a very rough time in my life. They treated me and my children with respect and real understanding during our homelessness. I am so grateful for the staff and the owner was so patient and just a blessing to us. I thank you all. And Im praying the Lord blesses you all for your kindness and generosity.

This is one of the most trashiest hotels I've ever been to the rooms are trash the area is very very high for crime. Yes the prices are probably the cheapest I've seen but what do you expect or the type of room you're going to get

NO COLD WATER IN THE ROOM!!!! Only hot boiling water comes from both faucets! Burned my hand just touching this water. Management refused to deal with this problem either! Guests bring big and scary dog, while the sign said "no pets" clearly. Tiny parking spaces even for people with disabilities. I used to stay here few years ago and I loved it back then. Now this place deteriorated a lot.

I wish I could give this thing 0 stars. The rooms were absolutely filthy, the bathrooms were disgusting! The bed sheets were stained and the room smelled bad! Woke up and saw roaches in the bathroom, and other places. I would not recommend staying here at all! It may be cheap, but so is the quality.

Do Not Stay Here. Room smelled awful they do not give you blankets bed had sand all over it. You will not be able to sleep everyone was loud all night. Put me in a smoking room when I the room was supposed to be a smoke free room because I have Asthma worst motel experience I’ve ever had.

It was OK for the price . The main thing it didn't have was WIFI ((NO WIFI)) even though they give you a password to pacify you..Also no fire detector which I think is a hazard IF the surfaces were cleaned better,I'd have given a better review I would stay again ..OVERALL it was good for a trip to Knotts !

For the price this place great . My room was clean the shower worked I had hot water for a nice hot shower . The floors are hard wood not carpet no smells . One thing is the area might make some people uncomfortable and you should have your guard up situational awareness is the key .

where do i even begin. room smelled skin barley pours water, holes in the walls, tv is very small, paint missing, also early in the morning lady opened out door wile we were asleep, very rude, didn't apologize for randomly opening the door when we paid, no visitors of any kind allowed, we got 2 beds and only allowed 2 people, one person per bed? also have 2 service dogs and told me i couldn't have them on the property even tho there is not one sign saying other wise, over all would never stay here again, i wouldn't pay 1$ a night for this room, please find somewhere else to go and don't waste your time. and i should have also seen all the other bad reviews before coming here lol my fault

The first room we checked into was so dirty we asked the front desk to move us. After moving rooms the 2nd room was slightly cleaner. However, they require daily housekeeping but don't change the sheets or give you new towels they just make the beds. They don't provide any blankets on the beds, flat sheets only. Also this is a terrible location there's all sorts of random people walking through the lot at all hours of the day.

The rooms are nice but they do have🪳 🕷. In addition, the wifi doesn’t exist, so my kids was super depressed. In the same way, the bed coverings are super thin, two sheets only, so we were either super cold or super hot to avoid being cold. Last, the service is friendly but selfish. They only care for their own well-being.

This is an absolutely miserable motel experience. Upon showing up and getting our room from the reservations that we had made online we realized we made a miserable choice. This place was extremely trashy they were burn Holes in the floor of our non-smoking room, the cleanliness of the entire is absolutely disgustin, they have a pool and a hot tub that have green water and metal chair that permanently resides within the pool. There was not a single hotel room around us that was staying anywhere within a reasonable noise limit past 10:00. Everyone was screaming and partying and banging on each other's doors. I was up almost all night with no sleep and the people who run this motel do nothing to try and maintain peace after 10:00 p.m. the shower was foul, the toilet seats lit around every time I sat on it, there was sand in our bed as we arrived in our room signifying that they did not even change the sheets between customers. I 100% recommend trying to find somewhere else or just sleeping in your car.

Horrible experience, just overall do not stay here. Our first room had roaches AND bullet holes. Charged our card 3 times. The pictures on their site are from Google, the hotel doesn’t look like that at all it’s horrible. She WENT THROUGH OUR LUGGAGE while we were OUT and moved all our stuff which is how we noticed. She gave us attitude and raised her voice at us when we confronted her about it, she also said the guy that checked us in THE NIGHT BEFORE DOESNT EVEN WORK THERE! There’s signs saying required daily room service but the rooms are never cleaned it’s just an excuse TO GO THROUGH YOUR STUFF. Overall, do not stay here, if you care about your belongings, your money, and experience overall. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO I WOULD!!!!!!!

A FIRE dump of a motel that couldn’t even provide me with basic essentials such as an extra blanket or hairdryer. If you like druggies all around you and bugs in your room this is the place for you. If not I HIGHLY recommend you stay away from it. IT’S NOT WORTH THE CHEAP RATE!
