Our first time here and it was almost flawless!! The staff is AMAZING!! Helen and Neil were the stars of the show going above and beyond and showing the definition of customer service!! All of the staff was great, one of them even gave one of her own feminine products to my daughter since we did not pack any and the stores were closed. Any request they also call to follow up to confirm it was completed. The Location is PERFECT!! Two turns away from Disney park parking and surrounded by anything you need or want!! We LOVED they they offered free laundry and two hot tubs!! My only critique would be for a six person room there should be two bathrooms. This made it tough on the late return nights from the park. Otherwise our stay would have been FLAWLESS!!

Honestly, this place is always a pleasure. Very good value for the price. Like a home away from home if my home were tidier with better landscaping. Have been in February, June and August. Each time was pleasant. Staff is pleasant. If I were a time share person, I would be very happy to have one here. Love that the clientele is diverse and mostly families. Very centrally located. Close to Disneyland. Kitchens are stocked with everything you need. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Everytime we go, we're sad to leave.

The resort is decent, but there's mold in the bathroom. The tub wasn't draining while taking a shower, the towel rack looked like it was about to fall off the wall, but this place definitely looked like they needed to make repairs before people should be staying in the room we were in. The customer service was good, but I felt like I had to call a bunch of times to have things fixed.

Although everything was basically great at the resort, especially the rooms and staff, there were a few concerns with the up keep of the outdoor/pool areas. There were a few lounge chairs that were damaged and should have been removed or repaired to avoid injury, a spa wasn’t working properly the time we were there (repair was supposedly in progress, but things happen. Worst of All we’re the bugs by the grilling area after sunset. After a day out and about, we figured to use the grill for dinner. During the grilling, the area became over run with water bugs. Other than the few issues. It was a fun and relaxing stay. Thanks

Such a nice place to relax, sleep and be at. Gated community only accessible my room key. The pool was nice the entire resort was very tropical like, it was refreshing to come back from the parks and be in such a cozy environment. The room was like a tiny apartment and it was a quiet place to sleep and walk in. They even have mini golf-! Our balcony was lovely as well. Only downside is when the park has it's firework show you can definitely hear that, so be aware of that if you're trying to sleep early. This is right next to a gas station, 3 minutes away from a Target, 5 minutes away from downtown Disney and the theme park parking-! Definitely will be back.

STAY HERE! What a refreshingly enjoyable property! Our party stayed here while visiting Disneyland and it was a fantastic stay! Honestly, I would have been happy staying at this slice of paradise soaking up the sun and sipping a cold beverage rather than fighting the crowds at the parks. The two-bedroom unit we stayed in was brand spanking new and bright and comfortable. There was a kitchen and dining room with all the amenities. The grounds are immaculately manicured; the trees and flowers and pools and putting course are beautiful! There is an exercise room, a child's play area, and many other amenities to pamper even the most finicky hotel guest. The staff are friendly and service oriented. Parking is free and right on the premises. We'll definitely stay here again!

We have stayed here multiple times and the service is wonderful. Love the central area with heated pool and bbq grills to use. Such beautiful grounds and close enough to theme park. Only complaint is Laundry isn’t in the rooms, but at a central location. Comfortable beds and updated feel in the rooms.

Nice place. I would not pay full price to stay here. But as an RCI trade it is great! About $200 for a week. I would give the rooms 4 to 5 stars, BUT the "three" AC controllers only link to 1 unit. So if one person wants a cooler room, and one wants a warmer room... To bad. Also no elevators to the second floors. Laundry is kind of far from most rooms. Heated pool and spa are nice year round (we were there in January).

Maybe this is not fair to leave a review of somewhere we didn’t get to actually stay at, however I feel like people should be warned! The hotel overbooked and the day we had already traveled to the destination with small children we got a call saying we were out of luck and no longer had a room. Sucks to plan and plan and prepare for a trip and have to redo it when you are already there. Completely made us have to redo a lot of things as we were planning on doing our own cooking and such, and couldn’t find something comparable last minute. No apologies from the hotel either or any type of let’s try to make this right. Very disappointing. I understand hotels overbook, but I feel they should be prepared to also take care of customers.

I'm letting my opinion of Southern California jade my opinion, I think. I hated the traffic and the constant "busyness" of the area. The resort was older and our room had some issues, including a bathroom door that wouldn't close and really dim lighting in the bathroom. The eating area in the kitchen was weird too. Oh, well... The location was a few blocks away from Disneyland and close to Anaheim Stadium. There was a lot of foot and car traffic.

Very clean, great service at front desk, not luxurious but it has all the basics and very tastefully decorated. Full kitchen & dining area that comfortably seats six. Surprisingly spacious too. It doesn't feel cramped like you do in most hotel rooms even thought this has a separate bedroom. Don't let the outside fool you. It's much better looking on the inside. Good job Wyndham!

Rooms and Setup are dated and reminiscent of apartment living. This room was behind Orangewood; which was a bit noisy with intermittent emergency response vehicles, etc… I noticed some trim in the kitchen and the TV needed servicing. This is about 2 blocks from Disneyland resort and Dennys on corner on Harbor Blvd. Parking is gated Security entry and so is resort border. Pool and Jacuzzi, BBQ was close to our room near the office. Customer service was awesome! There is a Wyndham concierge that will give local information and also offerings of timeshare purchase or update. Really a great place overall for kids vacation; but I might not go here for only couples.

I've stayed at this resort several times and each very long stays. The service is excellent! Rooms are well laid out. I recently stayed in a king 1 bedroom that was recently renovated. The pool and jacuzzis are always working with no issues. There are other on-site games to play. Fun for everyone! Due to wifi being available, I'm able to use this resort for business/vacation trips. Great food and restaurants are around within walking distance and retail stores if needed.

Rooms were a great size. Beds were comfortable. Quite. Helen who checked us in was great. Overall two thumbs up. Only thing I can say bad was the laundry room, too small. It was a mad house, it was like combat laundry. Met our needs in every way. Plenty of restrauant in the area. Public transportation to Disneyland right around the corner.

Absolutely lovely staff and fellow patrons were quite welcoming as well. Decently sized swimming pool and good, clean facilities such as the gym, entertainment room, computer lounge, etc. Although the arcade was...not the greatest. All in all, my friends and I enjoyed our stay here and would gladly come again next time we're in the area.

I booked and paid for my reservation on August 22, 2023 (11 weeks ahead of time) for my stay on November 6-9th, 2023 and received a confirmation of my paid reservation. I then received an email notifying me that they cancelled my reservation due to "circumstances beyond their control" on November 5, 2023 only 11 hours before I was departing on my trip the next morning. Needless to say, I was very upset and it took me 2 hours to find new accommodations. I though this was very unprofessional for such short notice and they were not willing to help me find another place to say.

Amazing stay here 🖤. It's quiet and so clean. The pool is a good size and super clean. The jacuzzis are super warm and feel amazing in that cold breeze! 5 minutes away from everything! Comes fully equipped with kitchen and bath room tools... love it here!!

It is one of our favorite places to stay, especially with our families and grandkids. Very friendly and helpful staff. Accommodated and moved us to a lower unit since I couldn't climb stairs since I recently had foot surgery.

Blake’s professionalism and customer service exceeded my expectation and raised my standard on how guest should be treated at any establishment. Blake’s customs and courtesies demonstrated not just who he is as an employee, but who he is as a person. In a short time frame, Blake learned who I was and tailored his presentation to my needs and welcomed me to comeback if I had any further questions. Blake is nothing shy of amazing and is an asset to the Dolphins Cove team. Highly recommended for promotion.

Great location- close to the parks and lots of restaurants! Our room had a few non working features- bath tub, TV, lights out, etc. The staff are extra super friendly! The pool and hot tub are great and the landscaping is straight out of a BH&G magazine. The concierge, especially Anthony, was fabulous!! He definitely went the extra mile for us. Hellen at the front desk was a doll! We’ll be back in August!

Love this place The kids were happy with the pool and us adults loved the jacuzzi (especially after spending the whole day at Disneyland) It was close enough to walk to Disneyland but we decided to uber!!! Rooms were very spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything you needed to make meals or snacks. Highly recommended!!!

A lovely family resort. Rooms are big and have all the essentials. Our room was beside the pool, so we would have prefered a room with more privacy as we didn't have little kids, so we didn't want to sit in our courtyard. Either way, that's not a complaint, more of a positinging observation.

Clean room, comfy bed, nice staff. They have everything you need for a great vacation. That being said, it would be nice if they would not let the little ones play in the jacuzzis with giant pool floats so the folks who really need them could actually use them.

The resort itself is great, the staff is accommodating. The issue for me is their concierge folks. They are extremely pushy and misleading to try to get you to commit to a high-pressure sales presentation. I sat through one of these presentations the weekend before, and the concierge lady told me it was a requirement. I sat through another one, and I told her it most certainly was not. They absolutely no regard for the fact that you kindly explain you don't have time nor the need to join a presentation. Super aggressive and very distasteful.

Location was wonderful! Hitting the Jacuzzi and pool after a long day at Disney was a treat. Love the kitchens, they had everything we needed. Also loved the mini golf! Disliked · Sofa bed is our only complaint. It was bent downward from the middle and extremely uncomfortable. Also Neighbors kids kept running around at 12am. I had requested bottom floor since I have a knee problem. We were still put on 2nd floor and there are no elevators.

The service and location are excellent!! The few times we called for assistance, our requests were solved within minutes! The resort is partially under construction and our room was recently finished. There was an issue with the bath tub making a popping noise when you move around the shower. We brought it to their attention. They said they would fix it after we checked out.

We have been here since Tuesday on day two found a cockroach at our door. More by the pool and bbqs. We are timeshare owners and have talked to everyone multiple times wanting to be moved! No one gets back to us. The front desk was no help and when we said something to management they said “we had no idea” I am sure you didn’t…… This morning they were on the balcony! Needless to say still fighting to get moved elsewhere we went out for the day to find one in the living area when we came back. Will never stay here again super disgusted!!! Also, we pay house keeping fees and it doesn’t seem like the place was cleaned beforehand so what are we paying for.

Economical, clean, meets very basic needs. We used it for its location that is not too far from Disney. Double room was needed for our kid. Hot tub and pool table was useful.

Great location and good service. Darn close to Disney, which is very nice. The second bathroom is very small, as in you had to remove the toilet paper to open and close the toilet lid. For a place that people usually stay multiple days, they should just give you more towels, soap and such. It was a pain to have to go ask constantly.

As a Worldmark owner, this is my home away from home when visiting Disneyland. The rooms are spacious and updated, though a little austere. Full kitchens in each. The grounds are beautiful, and quiet. Large pool without much action in it. Only downside: It is a 25 minute walk to the parks.

Staff is absolut trash. I was told by one of the staff members I was able to check in at 12am due to it being a 24 hour front desk service and when I arrived after driving 10 hours they told be I wasn't allowed to check in till 4pm. I had to book another hotel and when I came back the next day they overcharged me twice and made my card hit my limit and wasn't able to use it when needed. And all I got was a sorry. Organization is absolutely trash. But property is well kept

Very peaceful place. The beds were very good. I slept through the night every night we've been there. The grounds are kept clean. Though there are kids all over the place, the pool was very nice and was clean.

Superb location close to all, Disneyland and downtown Disney, shops, restaurants. Not far is an outlet mall with Dave and Busters. The resort personnel are immensely helpful and pleasant. I stayed during Christmas week and was happy with the support and courteousness. Bryan from the concierge helped to make my stay even more pleasant with his response and follow up with my questions. The resort was clean and has “free” laundry services; games room, gym area. I enjoyed the miniature golf course, pool and especially the spa. The front desk provided crafts for my daughter.

We vacationed at Dolphins Cove this past weekend and despite of the negative reviews posted prior to our stay. the resort was totally opposite of what we anticipated. The facility was newly renovated, clean, comfortable and modern. The best part was the professional and accommodating services received from staff. We were treated to cart blanc treatment from the beginning to the end of our stay. Our concierge agent Haley Dawson was the best representation of Wyndham we have ever encountered and we've been with Wyndham over thirty years. Her personal service rendered was above and beyond our expectations. She was very genuine, warm, kind and thoughtful. Her personality was very welcoming and at that moment we knew we were in for a special vacation. It was the best stay at a timeshare we have ever had and cannot wait to get back to Dolpins Cove. Thank you so much for a great experience!
