NO!!!!!!! Some things should not be on Priceline, and this is the biggest offender in the USA. Description said it was a 3-star motel with a garden. See the photos for the โ€œgarden.โ€ Bad to worst from arrival. Very dilapidated and aged structure. Room numbers applied to doors with handwritten post it notes taped over. The remote for the tv was passed through the cubicle window with the parking pass. No Covid protocol. Room for 4 had 2 towels, period, no hand towels or wash cloths or bath mat are provided. I asked. I had to walk to a store and buy Glade air freshener spray before entering the โ€œroom.โ€ Not as nice as my dogโ€™s accommodations and certainly not suited for adults. This looks like an hourly establishment. I cannot describe the condition inside and am standing in the parking lot writing this review. I cannot bear to take photos. Iโ€™ve checked into motels and found blood on the comforter and it was much cleaner and nicer than this โ€œmotel.โ€ Obviously waiting for demolition after a buyout. Avoid. Iโ€™m an experienced traveler and I am completely embarrassed that this has happened to me. Addendum once inside the room. The WiFi access code IS NOT PROVIDED UNLESS YOU ASK FOR IT! The sheets on both beds were dirty and both beds were made differently and wrong; blanket under sheet, sheet on top. Toilet paper roll had been fully immersed in water and dried, then placed in room tinged brown. Replacement sheets and toilet paper were requested. Sheets provided were freshly cleaned but perforated with holes. A $25 cash only deposit was required for some reason. Gang graffiti was on headboards of Room 203. The entire toilet was not attached to the floor and rocked upon touching. There were unidentifiable colored substances on the room walls. The floors were not visibly clean. Toiletries for one person were provided and not increased for 4 guests. Beds were singles, not queens. There is no phone in the room. The mini refrigerator worked. The microwave did not. The strongest WiFi signal in the room was for the Orange County Sheriffs Department and the third strongest signal was the Anaheim Police Department. The motel was 6th strongest. I believe law enforcement watches this motel and parking lot for questionable activities. You have been duly warned not to stay here for any reason!

If there was an Option to give negative stars I would have Chose that. Upon checking in I noticed that there was a notice that they would be filming on March 10. Which didnt bother me as I would be check it out on March 10. On March 9 upon returning to the hotel from going to the convenient store. I noticed that there was a hotel key on the ground. So as a good Samaritan I decided to walk it up to the front desk. Upon Hanan the key to the front desk clerk I was notified that I would have to check out today although my reservation still had me there one extra day. There Excuse was that the film company wants to start filming today so everyone Has leave. The only thing they offered me was a refund for one day. Mind you I had a four day plan as this was my last day in Los Angeles instead I have to figure out last minute where I was going to stay because the hotel 1. Failed to notify me. I only found out because I went to return the key that I found on the ground. 2. They fell out to me any accommodations for me outside of a refund when this is their problem not mine. And they should have been explain to me pro to my reservation. 3. Failed to apologize. This has been the worst experience Iโ€™ve ever had at a hotel. The rooms were clean but other hotel guest would play music weigh on into over midnight there will be constant loud banging all throughout the night. I am pursuing a for refund as this this was a nightmare situation to be in not being from here. Do yourself a favor spin a few extra bucks in book with Another hotel who has more integrity for their guest. Because they will kick you out even though youโ€™ve already paid them.

No elevator so Gad to carry everything up the stairs 9. I was supposed to get a refund and still havenโ€™t

As soon as I opened the door to my room I was appalled. My inspection of this room created a feeling, that my health was at risk. With Covid being an issue we are not sure about transmission. There was blood on the blanket, VERY filthy air conditioner, blood on the wall. Dirt on the walls. The bed was dirty. I found hair in the bed. The sheets smelled. I felt my health was at risk, and I recorded pictures and or video. I documented the room in the event I need to take further action at a later date. The hotel attendant and I did an inspection together. The worker understood I was concerned. Unfortunately, there was no empathy. I then informed the hotel I can get OSHA to intervene if need be. The hotel then gave me the option to cancel with no recourse. I was there less than 15 minutes. But my card still was charged. Horrible service. Pay more and go somewhere else. Unless feeling you enjoy your vehicle not being safe. Also, if you donโ€™t mind possibly contracting a disease of some sort. Donโ€™t say I didnโ€™t want you. See the pictures and reviews on Yelp if you donโ€™t believe me.

I've never stayed at Motel so nasty and dirty. We found roaches crawling on the floor and in the fridge in the room upstairs. Then they moved us downstairs and more roaches, mold, and water coming up through the flooring. The people in the office have no people skills and only wanted to refund us for our second night since we hadn't checked in for that day yet. Reserved through Priceline so they helped us get our money back for the first night since we checked in and went to our rehearsal dinner. We got in around 10:30pm and found all this. We got a non smoking room and the comforter had cigarette burns all over it. After arguing for two hours they finally refunded us. Don't stay here unless you don't mind sharing your room with unwanted critters!!

Unacceptable. Booked with price line because it was a reasonable price and I was horrified. There were marks on the desk, stains on the sheets and pillows, the blinds were broken, the door handle to the bathroom door was broken and when you close the door you have to lift it for it to close, there were stains on the walls, a gum in the corner of the bathroom walls, hair in the bathroom drain, toilet seat broken, the toilet clogged and had water coming out of it onto the bathroom, the sink opening was dusty and dirty like it hadnt been wiped down, and there were wrappers from the soaps in the sink cabinet. I didn't believe the reviews but I will never recommend a place like this. There were sketchy rules at the front too and they needed a $20 deposit but cash only, which forces you to use the ATM next to the office.

It's terrible you have to leave even 1 Star for a review. If you do happen to book at this Motel, have them show you the room before you give any card info or they bait you into paying cash only. Do not use the ATM directly next to their check-in also unless you want your information skimmed. We stayed back in Oct 2021 and are still in dispute over charges and discrepancies. Our mistake was running out of the room without taking photos. Unknown wet residue on counters and tabletops. Balls of hair on sheets and pillows. Extremely traumatizing.

Served its purpose. We stayed for few days. Noise surrounding:7/10 near the street and in front of another plaza. Cleanliness: 8.5/10. Though the structure and a few minors that didnt affect my stay.

Disappointing. Room was not in good condition and how this was missed by cleaners or management... Bathroom door didn't close as was kicked in missing faceplate or hanging, damaged walls, bed bases didn't go with bed size and too soft as were sinking into abyss, graffiti on furniture, wall paint on headboards, razor blade found in sleeping area on floor (lucky i found and discarded safely) and the worst thing is the remote for TV went bad, lol. Pictures before showed as was just remodeled but in actuality, looks 10 years old since (that abused I guess). Had resrv for 2 nights but will not be staying for 2nd.

Let's start with my overall rating: 1 star. I came late, around 11 pm, and the reservation was cancelled because the payment was declined (my friend's card). So we had to pay a different, more expensive rate. Being already late at night we decided to just pay and get over it. The receptionists are mother and daughter. The mother doesn't seem to speak English so we dealt with the daughter, while the mother was just sitting next to her watching. She (the daughter) was impolite and disrespectful, very rude. I felt I was being interrogated ๐Ÿ‘Ž The room was reasonably clean but dated. There was a strong smell when we got inside. The vanity area and bathroom looks recently renovated. However, the workmanship I consider sub par. There is no hooks or towel bar anywhere. It makes it really difficult to manage your clothes inside the really small bathroom ๐Ÿ‘Ž They are also stingy with the amenities. During checkout the father (I guess) was the receptionist. He gave me hard time because I lost the self-made door tag. I left it in the room when I went out and never bothered with it. We had a little bit of argument before he finally said "okay." I don't think he understood what I said. Wi-Fi was slow and I had to ask for the password. The location also is far from freeways maybe 10-15 minutes away going through local streets.

I found the staff very helpful. The housekeeper was very respectful, and I like that they respect your things and only enter to clean when someone is actually there in the room. The price was great, and the staff works hard to ensure the safety of all residents. It's close to all types of stores...laundry mat across the street, a convenience shop next door and walmart just a mile up the road. The young lady at the front desk always greeted me with a smile, and I felt comfortable there. I am planning on going back next week for another extended stay. Thank You for being so helpful!

If I could have given it no stars, I would have. So, the room was dirty, the beds had dirt in the sheet and the room had this stench. We had 2 towels to dry with and no washcloths. Pictures for the motel looked nothing like the room we were given and to top it off, my friend got only $25 of the $77 deposit we were charged on top of the room fee. Sorry, never again

It was disgusting inside and I found hair everywhere. Do not go here. My friends got a room at Rainbow inn across the street And they accomoted them a lot better. We only wanted a single bed but they upgraded us to two. Very fast and easy. Travel inn was doing something outside and bothered their guests to move their cars.

When I first pulled in, the parking lot was well lit and I felt safe. I was greeted by a very polite and friendly young woman at the check in/out window. She was patient with my questions and gave clear answers. The room was clean and smelled nice. The room was stocked with adequate toiletries and towels for my over night stay. My stay was very quiet. Traffic was a bit more active by morning but it didnโ€™t bother me while sleeping. There were a few spots that could use repair but honestly, Iโ€™m sure there are many more repairs that need addressing at my own place and none of these thing would impacted my stay or opinion overall. Did I feel safe? Yes. Was the staff friendly and helpful? Yes. Was the room clean? Yes Was the bed comfortable? Yes Was the environment quiet? Yes Was there close, well lit parking by room? Yes Would I book again? Yes The gentleman that helped check me out was very nice too. Overall, their customer service was great. I was happy with my stay. It was a pleasant experience for me. ๐Ÿ‘

I was so pleasantly surprised, astonished, and elated to find the room I had rented was in immaculate condition, quite large and spacious, and having a sleek modern minimalist look (I describe at is minimalist because from me it is a compliment as I appreciate the minimalist look and feel). Although the area leaves much to be desired, it isn't bad at all, unlike skid row or the tenderloin in San Francisco. I feel safe here as there is a single entrance and single parking lot and in order to get past the driveway and into the parking lot, you must actually drive past both cameras and the front desk window facing the driveway, almost like a gate guard๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜. There are two Seven-11's (7-11 mini-mart), near by: the one on Beach Ave, is very small and apparently closed until 5am, but I am unsure of what time they closed; the one on Ball is much larger and has a better selection, the employees are nicer, and although the door may be locked if you knock politely and ask nicely and make sure they can see either cash or card in hand, they will open the door as I just now found out. The ONLY complaints I have at The Travel Inn are: 1.) There is no land line telephone in my room, 2.) When attempting to call the front desk, albeit at a late late (actually early) hour, I could not get a person to answer, and I really needed the WiFi password, and 3.) I only got one roomkey. I realize these are very minor complaints and totally 1st world problems. I have ranked then a total of four out of five possible stars (4/5 stars,โญโญโญโญ/โญโญโญโญโญ). I have ranked the rooms 5 out of a possible of 5 stars. Service ranked at 4 stars out of 5 possible because I couldn't reach front desk from my mobile. Lastly I have ranked the location 3 stars out of 5 possible because it's, well it certainly could be so much worse, and it really isn't bad at all, quite average. Out of 3 total categories there is a potential to accumulated 15 stars total, The Travel Inn received 12 stars out of 15 [12stars earned รท 3 total categories = 4 stars; 15 total possible stars รท 3 total categories= 5. Therefore total rating is 4 stars out of 5.

Honestly didn't seem that bad for the few minutes we were there. None of our outlets worked and the HOTEL DOESNT HAVE QUEEN BEDS. (only full beds, one per room) so we left. The lady Ana lied to Priceline right Infront of us to tell them that they DID have queen beds in every room but she ended up being nice enough to refund us for 3.5 nights out of the four that we booked.
