Hustling around town to get a couple of links on my watch fixed before Thanksgiving. I went to two places that were closed before 6pm. I went by Don Roberto’s and thankfully they were still open. Was greeted by all staff with a smile. Aimee was happy to help me right away and adjust the watch twice for me. Asked how much and she said don’t worry about it. I wasn’t expecting that and asked again bc time is money. She declined and said come see her if I need another adjustment. I appreciate you Aimee!

WORST JEWELRY SERVICE EVER! , manager is very VERY rude and was no help at all, my dad went in a couple days ago to look for a chain and he told him to go to the swapmeet to look for one which was very unprofessional never going back there again! And other workers there were no help either. Do not recommend going there. Young lady with short hair was kind enough to still offer me her service she was very sweet other than her everyone was super rude.

Staffs were friendly and knowledgeable. Good quality workmanship and the price is reasonable.

Good services waiting for item to be sized. It mite be on the expensive side tho they seem like they charge for everything.

Went in today just to look at rings for my fiancé with one of my friends, as soon as we walked in we got greeted by these young lady’s Samantha & Andrea got offered water or coffee which was nice of them. :) started looking at what they have, got shown variety of rings til I seen one I liked!!😁 Samantha did what she could to help me choose and take the ring I wanted appreciate the help and know for a FACT SHE WILL LOVE IT !!!!! completely frustrated with them. AFTER my boyfriend was called multiple times that he was "pre approved" we went into the store to look at rings. this was in Oct we picked a ring, the sales associate told us 3 times YES 3 times we would need to put down 20-25% down payment. so we advised we would come back. We came back with the downpayment then was advised they actually wanted 30% again after being told 3 times after being PRE APPROVED! So we said we only have what was requested. So after going back and forth we an extreme language barrier we agreed we would pay the difference but after the ring was sized. They also said the manager said we would have to pay the 30% because he wasn't approved... HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE!!!! THEY CONTACTED HIM TOLD HIM TO COME IN BECAUSE HE WAS APPROVED! The ring was supposed to be available Nov 19th. my boyfriend got an alert from credit karma saying his account was dinged for miss payment!!!!! How did we MISS A PAYMENT IF WE HAVENT EVEN RECEIVED THE RING!!!!!!! So he went in today to pick it up and pay the difference. AFTER he paid the difference they advised it will NOT be available til next Thursday. IM COMPLETELY UPSET! I FEEL WE WERE PROFILED AND JUDGED BECAUSE WE ARE AN INTERACIAL COUPLE..... UGH IF WE DIDNT ALREADY PAY A GOOD CHUNK DOWN NOR WAS HIS CREDIT ALREADY AFFECTED ID SAY NEVERMIND

We had the pleasure of working with Miriam and staff Miriam was so sweet helping find my cross and chain she did not push me to get or look at anything I was not interested in I was relaxed and just took my time my X husband my great friend who was buying it for my mother's day gift was just relaxed and excited for me they are amazing here I will be back for more for sure thumbs up to great kind Lady's Thank You
