When I first arrived there was no one around to help me. The store is very clean, but the fish selection is limited. I do come here to pick up food and some supplies. If you can track somebody down to help you, you’re good to go. I recommend just asking the cashier and not leaving that spot until someone arrives.

The staff were very kind and friendly but obviously overwhelmed and overworked. The products I ended up buying would have been $16 cheaper if I'd ordered them online for pick up. Not sure how thats fair? The problem was that the actual item I nearly bought for pick up wasn't even in stock, though the web site said it was. I usually avoid petco because I don't agree with them selling live animals but it was an emergency purchase and now I dislike petco even more. Give the staff a raise though, they were lovely.

My cashier Hailee was very knowledgeable about dog food and very kind to me at checkout. The fish wall was also very clean.

I like the people working here, everyone is helpful and help me to find a new bird feed for my parrots. I live closer to petsmart at Fullerton metro center but was here for shopping today and came here instead. I will come again because the service was good. Thank you.

This is a review for the vet service called vetco, the online booking process was easy and seamless and everything was on schedule when I arrived and I was in and out of the store within 15 mins. The staff are very helpful and the store has everything your pet would want and or need. Will be back again for all my pet related needs.

Good place to shop for pet needs good selection of small pets so its fund for your kids to visit just to look at the fish hamster and guinea pigs. They have a good amount of variety but not as much as other locations the cat food section could be bigger but pretty good helpful workers too.

Really lacking in selection and it seemed like no one was around. The lights weren’t even turned on when I first entered. They came on about 10 mins later. I think the cherry on top of a horrible experience was that they were out of bags when I checked out. I had a lot of stuff that wouldn’t have been easy to carry out by hand with my puppy in tow. The cashier did say that I could take the cart out with me to my car. Oh thanks can I? Really need to step up at this store. I like Petco but this was awful.

I called to make sure new cat grass was in stock, and was advised that it was. Because of this assistance, I knew what store to go to to obtain the product.

Petco is always a good place to visit when you need food etc. And usually they have what I need on hand. But today and usually once a while they'll be out of stock. But again that's something that's hard to control. Overall nice experience, customer service could be better at this location.

I'm sorry I posted this late but I really want to thank I believe her name was Alyssa at the register she was really helpful from when I walked in until I paid was very respectful even though it was super packed she still did her job it was my first time there and I'm definitely coming back because of her service!!

For over 2 years they would price match their in store product to online at the register all I had to do was pull up the website. On my recent visit I tried the exact same thing, pulled the product online which was $1+ cheaper however the lady at the register said they now have to check on their scanner rather than us showing them and guess what? It was coming out as $2 more expensive than in store 🤔 we were literally on the same website. I don't want to assume they now want you to pay in store prices.

This particular store is always so friendly but best of all very clean. The pets are well taken care of as well.

Cashier was extremely helpful. She helped me unlock my rewards and informed us of what was on sale in the store. 10/10 customer service

The Manager is very weak when it comes to customer service. The kid with the colored hair was professional and quick to take of my problems. Promote that man.

I love this petco. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, and they keep the store well stocked and clean. The parking is convenient as well. This is my "go to" pet store.

I asked about some items lady at front was nice . Too bad they didn’t have what I needed. Store supply looked empty. Shelves need work.

Check your products. The other days my daughter bought a container that was supposed to have worms and it was full of saw dust. The next container had almost double the amount of worms so something went wrong somewhere. It's not entirely on Petco but be wary of your purchases

Shopped online and picked up in store was very convenient. The store associate was quick to assist and very helpful

They had Flea and Tick. The Advantage 2 in large dog size and small dog size for each of our dogs.

Very difficult to find an associate to help. And when I finally did they didn't have enough crickets for my animals to eat so I had to go somewhere else.

It is soooo expensive to shop here. And whenever I buy any kind of treats........my dog ends up not liking them. I buy the beggin' strips from Walmart and my dog LOVES those......they're her favorite. Lol.

This Petco is great. Friendly and helpful staff. We got all of our puppies immunizations here. They always have something going on. Either the vets are in or training is happening.

They are all so friendly and helpful there. They have adorable kittens for adoption and everything you need for your family pet.

Very organized and clean fish department. I liked the aquarium sets for sale.
