I
think
people
should
be
aware.
This
man,
Tom
Tran
of
SA
has
harrassed
my
family
for
the
past
few
days,
name
calling
and
continued
verbal
abuse
on
a
multitude
of
messages
because
he
doesn't
understand
basics
of
a
product
he
sold.
After
speaking
to
the
producer
of
the
product
and
having
a
wonderful
experience
with
them,
the
owner
of
the
product
was
nearly
in
tears
as
they
saw
the
abusive
comments
by
Tom
at
Seaside
Aquatics
wrote
in
responses
sent
to
them
and
to
us
as
well.
Amazon
also
filed
a
claim
against
the
seller
not
us.
These
are
emails
sent
between
them.
Tom
was
corrected
as
he
didn't
know
his
own
product
and
there
is
some
label
confusion.
the
product
is
great
but
Tom
is
an
abusive
unprofessional,
unstable
person
who
continues
to
sent
verbal
abuse
responses
and
won't
stop.
You
can
certainly
by
great
products
elsewhere.

Koizyme
and
the
non-refrigeration
during
shipping.
As
well
as
many
koi
health
issues
they
are
having.
I
was
on

phone

hours

min.
They
where
very
upset.

is
a
live
bacteria
that
does
need
to
be
refrigerated
as
soon
as
possible.
However
it
being
unrefrigerated
during
shipping
will
not
kill
or
destroy
the
live
bacteria.
I
have
gone
ahead
and
shipped
them
a
gallon
of
*product*
to
satisfy
and
keep
good
customer
relations,
as
at
the
end
of
the
day
I
want
them
to
see
the
product
as
a
good
thing.
As
for
any
reviews
that
may
be
left
on
Amazon,
I
won’t
have
any
control
over
that.
Hopefully
the
customer
will
be
a
reoccurring
one.
