    I won't buy here again. Shipped my item 2000 miles away from where it was suppose to go. After I told them the re shipped it out but could not even of shipped it with a faster shipping. Now I have to wait entire week for something I needed 3 days ago. If I wanted to wait an extra week I would of ordered today not a week ago. The customer service even said when I informed them that he remembered the worker picking that order. Why couldn't you of fixed the error then?

    Found this on koi pages with photos. I think people should be aware. This man, Tom Tran of SA has harrassed my family for the past few days, name calling and continued verbal abuse on a multitude of messages because he doesn't understand basics of a product he sold. After speaking to the producer of the product and having a wonderful experience with them, the owner of the product was nearly in tears as they saw the abusive comments by Tom at Seaside Aquatics wrote in responses sent to them and to us as well. Amazon also filed a claim against the seller not us. These are emails sent between them. Tom was corrected as he didn't know his own product and there is some label confusion. the product is great but Tom is an abusive unprofessional, unstable person who continues to sent verbal abuse responses and won't stop. I spoke to your customer and discuss their concerns in regards to Koizyme and the non-refrigeration during shipping. As well as many koi health issues they are having. However it being unrefrigerated during shipping will not kill or destroy the live bacteria. I have gone ahead and shipped them a gallon of *product* to satisfy and keep good customer relations, as at the end of the day I want them to see the product as a good thing. As for any reviews that may be left on Amazon, I won’t have any control over that. Hopefully the customer will be a reoccurring one.     WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Just got off the phone with an angry representative of the company. I was inquiring about filters asking simple questions about specific products and applications. His responses were delivered in a very aggressive tone and I ended up being yelled at by this sales representative. He was being disrespectful towards me for no reason. I asked why he was so angry and why I was being yelled at and his response was, “…because you asked a question. Do not come and we do not want to do business with you.” In over 35 years experience as a contractor, I’ve never seen or experienced such aggression or poor service over the phone like I just did. I DO NOT recommend buying from this “business” to any customer or contractor. They lack professionalism and common courtesy to help customers when searching for the correct product to use for a job or specific application. They should be ashamed of themselves and the way they talk to customers. There is no good reason for them to have this many stars.

    I am a 20 year old female that is new to the hobby. I purchased several skimmers, Bubble Magus Curve 9s, all of their pumps went out. I then emailed this company 3 times about warranty replacements. On the third email I said my tanks are in danger and please respond before I am forced to leave negative reviews. Someone then responded from SeaSide Aquatics and told they don't respond to threats and leave my reviews, so here they are. I am understandably upset when my tank life is in danger and I can not get a response. For them to not be empathetic and understand my mindset, is sickening in today's society. To hear those words from someone who works here broke me down into tears. I am more than likely going to have to take legal action, which is sad. They are endangering my tank life all to try to be controlling. If I could leave less stars, I would.

    Tom was very fast to respond with expert advice and help when I needed parts for my skimmer. Not only that, but he sent the parts that I needed free of charge! Because of Seaside Aquatics' service, my tank can continue to run in its peak condition. Thank you!

    Purchased a curved 30 gal "all in one" tank and it is absolutely gorgeous. The system is extremely quiet and our family really, really loves it. If they have larger capacity tanks I will be converting them. Oh, and btw. This was a total impulse purchased by my wife recommended by the store we purchase all my aquatic needs. "I" walked in for one item, and "we" left buying this tank and $1000 in fancy gold fish to go with it... But yes, We are happy!

    VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! I had asked them to honor their own price on their website. When I got sent the invoice to pay it was a different price. I asked sea side aquatics to honor their price again. I was told to order it online. Meaning go some where else. I would have thought a reputable company as this one claims to be. They could have honored their own price. I was just asking them to price match their own website price. I continued to try and work with them about this issue. I was ignored. I would’t use Sea Side Aquatics if I was you. They will not honor their prices on line.

    Never thought there was this much stuff for ponds! What a huge inventory of products, very good prices, beautiful koi for more than fair prices! Can't wait to get my pond started, this will definitely be my place to come for supplies and more koi. Friendly good and prompt service. If you are building a pond this is the place to be!

    Beware when you do business with this place, they will not give you a refund even when they sell you defected products! I like to add more to my reviews about this place I bougth a water pump from them back in September the pump was defected, it kept tripping my GFCI so i emailed the owner that i am returning the pump for a return , he told me to change my GFCI . you can tell that this owner have no knowledge about residential electrical, changing the GFCI is against the Code and can cause fire to you house so i sent the pump back to him but never got a respond from him, i emailed him serveral times still never respond. that is when i called my credit card for a dispute charged but i don' t have time to follow this i assumed with this place's customer servive that they let you their cuctomer know, today i called him on the phone instead of letting me know what is going on , he called me stupid and hung up on me. Folks we work hard for our money and we are all busy. This is the last thing you have to deal with this type of people. i normally don't waist my time writing reviews like this but this owner and his establistment derserve every single word i said in this review. take youe business some where else folks! oh and you can keep my $ 189.00 you need it more than me!
