Called for a enquiry with the team. One of the kindest person took the call and said this is only for family stay not for bachelors. So I asked no where it is mentioned in any of the sites and even I asked him what if I book and come over there. He said we will not allow you to stay. Such a kind hearted person. Really impressed with the hospitality towards a enquiry customer. His name is Mahesh. Thank you. Please maintain the same hospitality where you will get lot of family customers only.

It is a convenient apartment 2BHK. We booked for 2 days and had a comfortable stay. Location is heart of the city off Avinashi road about 250 meters. One side is park front side road. Car parking on roadside but convenient. Shops hotels and all are available nearby. Fully furnished. AC available in both bedrooms. All facilities are available in kitchen for cooking using induction stove. They said it's for families only. We as family of four stayed there. Value for money.

We stayed in IKOS apartment on 17th December & on 25th December. Whereas the staff is courteous and the house is pretty spacious, we were not too happy with the stay due to the following reasons. 1. The living room furniture, the sofa, the diwan were looking dirty with stain marks all over 2. One bathroom was too small whereas the second one was way bigger 3. All bathroom fittings, tiles are pretty old - they need a makeover. The bigger bathroom always gave a sense of unclean 4. The beds and switches are diagonally opposite. So, you switch on the fan and if you need to adjust the speed you need to walk all the way to another side. 5. There's an open drain just in front of this home and the staunch smell is unbearable -though it is beyond the control of the property owner, this will definitely be a down side.

The rude behavior of the staff convinced me not to stay at Ikos. I have special dietary requirements due to health reasons and had contacted them for details about the kitchen. The manager was rude and disrespectful. He was unwilling to answer my questions and I didn't feel that he understood the severity of my health issue. I had a comfortable stay at another place that treated me well.

It was a pleasant stay. Room is clean and hospitality was too good

We have stayed for a day at ikos serviced apartment, reasonable price and they have maintained the rooms so neat and clean, house keeping and support persons are available there is added advantage, wifi is available moreover the rooms are have sufficient space for a family, kind suggestion from our side if tea,breakfast lunch and dinner is possible to provide in future then it's going to be complete package for every guest, Thanks for the great service

Neat place spacious and comfortable. Ideal for family stay. Supermarket and restaurants are walkable distance. Host was courteous and helpful. Provided necessary things for kitchen when asked. Good experience over all.

We came from yesterday(28.04.2023) Chennai and stayed at IKOS Service Appartment which was like our own home it was a quiet and safe environment, because there is a Watchman at night and a Manager during the day. He will do all the help and we will always get our freedom there without any hassles. 🙏Thank for Tr.Ajith (Manager) and Owner🙏

Good & spacious house with 24/7 water facilities. Near by amenities Park, Funmall, Aasife Brothers Birayani.

The place is conveniently located in Peelamedu, Coimbatore. Very near to all important educational institutions, major medical facilities and major commercial interests. The apartment is well maintained and spacious for a family of 4 or 5 persons. Recently stayed for two days, the staff are supportive and helpful.

I can say very good in terms of tariff. Utensils are very old which they have to change. Only if u ask, they will provide. Otherwise area is calm.. Though we booked online, receptionist will ask us to pay advance so That booking is ensured Near by fun mall is there, no good restaurant around. Try to order via swiggy to sree anandhas restaurant which is good. Since faraway All hotel will take minimum 40-60min

I booked the apartment for photographers team. Property owner/maintainer rejected. They accepts only for family. This is not fair. I didn't book for bachelors. I booked for photographers team. You have to mention this point in all the respective websites.

Good Atmosphere location... Staff also good and support for everything... It stay and safe for familys ..And Rooms are very clean and tide.... We were happy to stay another time......

Rooms are spacious. It has dual washrooms with hot water facility. Out of two, one washroom is very spacious, another is a bit congested. Location is also nice. Hall and kitchen is also good. 4 wheeler parking is also available. We were there for few hours and did check out...
