Worst hotel. It's more like a mansion. Poor maintenance. Receptionists don't know how to communicate. Hygiene is a question mark here. Please consider other hotels. It's very hard for families to stay here. Doors have no additional lock. Windows are always open ,with no locks. Please shut the hotel if you have no interest in operating it.

MUST STAY AWAY PROPERTY>>>> March 2023 Property is in very bad condition. Starts from check in, booked for a non smoking room and when we entered in the room my god, Previous guest must have smoked 20 packets inside the room,That small it was. We were hungry so went to restaurant, Ordered food for 6 members but they served food for only 4 persons. At last so called , manager came after 45 minutes and told us our ordered food not available. Great... My kids were really hungry so i don't want to take a chance so ordered food through online for dinner. Went personally to reception at 10.15 and informed them to give us plates in our room. Believe me we have not received plate until 11.45, so went to reception and asked them regarding this they didn't even bothered. This is not the place who seek good service or comfortable stay with family. They are charging for a 3 star property but. Lodges are better than this. Please beware and stay away. Note: I don't need any Excuse replies plz....

All of you, Because of my dreadful experience, I don't suggest anyone stays at this hotel. After some negotiating, I agreed to the price that was quoted for 1-1/2 days at a cost of $2500 at the time of accommodation. When I arrived at the counter for the settlement, they informed me that I needed to pay $3299 in total. I was astonished to learn that I had to pay $3299! I was astonished to discover that the food amount had been added to the bill even though I had already paid the service person in cash for the food. These methods of dealing with the Orbis Hotel are unprofessional. I was communicating with no integrity. Although I no longer have the worth of the money, I can still earn it today or tomorrow. You can spend as much you want, but I advise you to put your money where value, integrity, and effective communication are created. Apart from the location. This place has to a lot of improvement. No AC in lobby.. Very shabby when u enter.. Though woodwork is used in rooms.. They need upkeep. AC makes crazy noise. Mrest rooms Could do some repair. Not a choice Again.

Hi,Recently stayed there and found rooms are fine with much reasonable food rates ,ofcourse it was tasty.But few unprofessional staffs are there and doesn't even mind about their visitors, they won't come for help to carry luggage,inspite of we ask them. We reached late for Complimentary breakfast and at 11am,they are ready to give same sandwich out of money only.

- Pathetic condition of rooms. All broken, old and smelly bed and washroom. - Hygiene issues in room service food - Unprofessional staff. Room service steward in CHAPPALS. No uniform. - Electric sockets not working for laptop charging - Worn out floor tiles is a clear proof that management is trying to make max out of these ruins of once a good hotel. - I was supposed to stay there for 10 days but checked out the very next day.

Room was decent enough. Had issues with Air conditioning. It was very very low. Staff was polite, quick and courteous. Breakfast buffet was awesome. In-house food was great. Loved it. Overall a decent stay !

One of the Good Residency in Coimbatore city Really Good Service and Good Experience in this Place. Staffs are really good responsible from our resident customers. Room service and car parking facilities are also available here. In this hotel located hopes bus stop. It’s really helpful nearly all types of shops are also available here.

There was hardly anything that we liked about this facility after staying there for two days. Check-in is at 2 p.m. Our arrival was just before 2 and we had to wait over 30 minutes before we could check in. The room needs to be completely renovated. In addition to the old bedding and pale white linens, the sofa was worn out, and the curtains were large. A lot of strain was evident in the bathroom. The wash basin was leaking and the floor was a mess. Room service was at its best! We had to call three times to get the extra bed installed (we paid for it when we made the reservation). After contacting the hotel three times, we still didn't receive an extra towel!

Worst place to stay. Delux room is such a nasty place. It is not even worth 1000 rs. Stinky bathrooms and dirty curtains. Doors are fungus stained and worn out. Bathroom door doesn't close over the bottom.

Booked room in a week advance and we called hotel 1 hr before reaching but still they made us wait in lobby for nearly 45 mins with 11 months baby which was informed in prior. Throughout our stay wifi was not working and even after complaining no action was taken. Food was awesome!!

Did the room i initially get have a bedbugs infestation? Yes. Did they haggle when I asked them to change it at first? Yes. Are the rooms trashy and u lose some petty stuff after a few cleanings? Yes. But the most befuddling part about this place is their amazing tenacity to deliver the worst room service; you will have to call 3 times to get something even as simple as a spoon, and 3 times out of 4 it will never show up even after you call them a million times. The food obviously sucks and the menu too is very limited. Rooms however are *Decent*

Average hotel for accommodation. Rooms are bit dirty, centralized AC. Cost of food is high and not tasty too. Ambiance inside the bar is not nice. Overall a decent palce to relax.

ALL Items mentioned in Menu card are not available except a few for Dinner. Room service is good. Visited restaurant - good Neat and clean, Display of Breakfast Items was nice. Both Veg and non Veg are Good. Prime location is an advantage.

Stayed for one night was not happy with the reception but for one night stay it’s ok. But the most embarrassing thing is that tea was costlier than beer one tea costs around 50r which I was forced to buy because of the time we arrived. Rest all was fine.

Amazing place, stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, hospitality was amazing, very safe for family and children ❤️. Food was great especially south Indian is their specialty. Overall they made our stay unforgettable for the whole family.

Stayed in hotel almost for one month time jul22 sharing my experience Every day you have to call for hot bath water, everyday it will cause you delay of 30 + min. As they keep on saying dial reception, dial room service, staff keep on passing responsibility. Room service daily forgets the order you placed even after 2 reminder for each order. Food order get delayed up to 1.5 hr. AC stop cooling at night Mosquitos also available in room to greet For drinking water you need to call many times to get one bottle of water.

I had made multiple confirmation with the management on hygiene and safety as I was accommodating elders in the hotel, despite all that it was a complete mess and I had to vacate right away. The rooms were poorly maintained. The flooring was wrecked and the furniture were extremely old. The cushions were not even close to adjustable. The image in the websites should be totally imaginary or may be this accommodation was good couple of years back but now, the rooms are a complete mess.

We came from Bangalore directly to the hotel and wanted a walk-in room. In the hotel reception they asked us to book the room through online so we can get the best prices available 🙂 which we did and then we waited for 1pm to check in. We were served with a welcome drink who all waited in the lounge. The room was fine. We found everything clean and on point. Nothing to complain about after seeing all the reviews here. Our check in early morning was also very smooth. We didn't opt for the breakfast. Everything else was beyond expectations. Thank you Orbis. We will come back again.

Location is really good due to ease accessibility... Receptionist Jeeva has given fantastic welcome always...person is very kind. Rooms are really clean and hygienic...Rooms are most of the time full..so please make sure that your booked room is readily available before reach the hotel.

I recently stayed at the Orbis hotel and had a positive experience overall. The location was great, the staff were friendly, and the amenities were top-notch. However, the washrooms had an unpleasant odor that detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. On a positive note, the Schezwan fried rice at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional.

Cons: Too pricy for old fashioned room. Not well maintained. Rooms full of cracks and holes. We booked this hotel because it was located in main area, but totally disappointed. Thank God we stayed there for one day. Pros: Food was good. The only thing we enjoyed there was breakfast with coffee. Kind advice to management: please renovate the rooms by fixing all the damages inside.

I was on a business trip and my flight landed 3 hours earlier than the tentative check in time. Normally for a hotel of there stature, I was expecting some quality service but unfortunately it's no better than any other low quality cheap OYO who are just concerned about making money out of each guest. Worst experinece with the lady at the front reception. Absolutely disrespectful, ill mannered and un-profoessional receptionist I have ever seen. There were issues with the room booking as well buy honestly don't feel like going into each and every detail at the moment. Just a word of advice for the good owner, "Please choose your hotel staff carefully and diligently, specially the ones at the front reception as they are they are the 1st face your guest sees when they enter the premises".

3 types of room. If you choose the lowest from any website in the general category then its not very good but average. Then the next level may be good as I did not try it. But the staff is honest and efficient. I forgot my belonging there and got itl back after a few days. You should give it a try if you don't find other avenues.

The worst experience ever. The images shown in the websites is not even close to reality. Everything is old dusted and in pathetic condition. Bathroom condition is horrible and disgusting. Room are very badly managed. Bedsheet and matress protecter is full of stains and its the most disgusting thing i have ever seen. Furnitures old and scratched. Had the most disgusting experience for the price of a 4 star. This is just a 2star hotel. Plus front reception guy is awfully annoying. Never again.

Good place to stay food is good ambiance is good very nice place to stay people who serve are also very polite neat and clean, if you ask for help you will get it immediately people are available always on the call room service is fentastic food is good cost is little high and the availability of food over late night is definitely very near to bus stand and railway station event you can get an Auto or Tuk Tuk to reach the hotel easily

This is my second visit after a long time. The hotel is badly managed and needs renovation. Toilets were having cockroaches. The bed and the pillow were very worse. In the current state we need not even pay half the price they are asking as charges

Annoying stay I ever had. Delay in servicing, room was also not good. Unsure what difference a deluxe and standard room amenities has in this hotel.

1. Front office staff took too long for our checking in process irrespective of the fact that we had submitted all our Ids online. 2. Room service was very poor. No towels, no soaps, no mineral water, no toiletries etc. were provided unless we asked for. 3. We had booked an extra bed. Initially they gave us only a mattress. Only after continously requesting & insisting, they provided us a cot. 4. Breakfast was included in our booking but food was limited there. Not talking about the variety but talking about the quantity here. 5. The hotel is in miserable condition and deteriorated hugely. Pandemic could be the main cause. They have hardly 2/3 staff who are performing all on one job like room service, kitchen etc. But when they are taking money, they should atleast maintain some basic standard.

Do you need a nice spacey accomodation with modern amenities, easy access to shops and public transport? Then this one of the places you should pick to stay. Price is reasonable. About the BAR!!!! You should try.

The place is for budget stay but needs focus on cleanliness and customer service as it didn't look as priority. The property is in very prime place and well connected.

This property seriously need to close down and do a complete maintenance plus pest control, hotel is full of cockroaches, I was served a plate with live cockroach on it and when asked to change no one turned up, wardrobe door fell over me when I opened it. Front office staff are highly unprofessional. The only professional and sensible person over there is the hotel manager, he is trying his best to save this sinking ship.

Hotel is located in main street heading to the city center. Its a good location for business trip to avoid traffic jam. Many small restaurants, bikes shops, pharmacies, footwear shops around. Room is ok, clean, big enough. They have fan and aircon so you dont be too much worry about the heat of india. Receptionist speak well english and hotel serve food to the room as well. Soundproof between rooms is not so good.

Everything was excellent for a business visitor. The breakfast buffet was awesome. Friendly and courteous staff. Didn't give 5 stars for the wifi connectivity issues. Management said they are working on it. If WiFi issue is sorted out, this clearly is one of the best places to stay.

Located at one of the busiest places in the city. Rooms are well maintained. TV services didn't function properly during my last visit and didn't get a good response or solution from the maintenance/ reception people. No fan available but has an inbuilt Airconditioner which works very well. I didn't get a remote for Airconditioner during the stay, when asked they told to borrow from my neighbour room where my family people where staying. Most Rooms have a door inside like a pathway to the next room, which is good & bad in certain ways. As I felt the louder conversations are easily audible to the neighbour rooms.

As expected.... But washroom is little small...And they keep single towels in couples room....Other than that everything is fine.... Breakfast serving guys are awesome.... Had a good time

Location accessibility is very easy, the staffs are very courteous and helpful, bar service is excellent and prices are very reasonable. Their "chicken lollipop" is a must try. We had no issues with parking and management responds to all our queries immediately.

The hotel is very poorly maintained and the staff is almost non-existent and are unwilling to help with any sort of inconvenience. The rooms are damp and full of dust, anybody who stays is sure to take back an illness. I needed an immediate checkout because of bad maintainence of the rooms and started facing asthma issues, but just because my booking was done online through Agoda , they refused to give me a refund and were not helpful in getting a solution. Agoda is also highly unresponsive and I would recommend to never use this app for a booking as their customer service line does not exist. Its been a week since I have sent an email to Agoda regarding my refund and I still haven't received a response , I have also tried multiple numbers to reach them but none of the numbers are going through. None of the hotel staff even checked back with us regarding our situation. Would not recommend a stay at this place. Have rated this one star because we don't get an option of giving anything lesser!

The Orbis Hotel lies on central location of avinashi road. Close to the airport and acts as biggest hotel in hopes college area. Rooms are very nearly maintained and closet to the bus stand. Service wise it's very good as well. You have many restaurants nearby to the hotel including Delhi Darbar, sms, etc., And buses taxis available easily to reach Coimbatore city.

Stayed for 1 night 2 days for business trip. Rooms was good with clean linen, well maintained. Polite service from staff. Does not offer the complimentary breakfast buffet option which is expected at this price range.

Enjoy 5 star ambience at the cost of 3 star. Food quality very good. Takes lots of time for preparation. Bar is good. My driver told me that they need oxygen cylinders for breathing in the car parking (basement).

Budget hotel with bare minimum facilities. Easy to locate as its on Avinashi main road. Our room’s AC wasn’t working so we got our room changed. Food is good, average cleanliness, zero hospitality.

Rest room door is not closing completely, tap and flush does not work properly. Smells bad and does not look clean. Bedsheet , pillow covers, bed spread and towel are yellow in color , looks dirty. They don't change after every guest I think.

Intercom doesn’t work, cable tv not great. Decent hotel, large spacious rooms but no view, they say spa but not functional. Breakfast 2-star. Good hotel if half the price charged ofRs 6.5k
