Worst customer experience ever, I had purchased biriyani here few months ago, that was fine but too spicy, too much masala and chicken and mutton pieces was less. So this time (27jan2023) when I went to buy parcel I mentioned about my previous issues and told them put biriyani not from the bottom and to make sure the pieces are right. The shop person whom I have not seen before a guy in the white shirt told, " intha mari complaint vanthathu illa unnaku pudikalana Vera dakaila poi vankiko" (no complaints before like this so if you don't like, go else where and buy). I told very nice customer care and walked away and took a pic of the shop to post a review. Immediately like 5 to 7 guys came marching at me as if they gonna fight, as soon as I opened the phone video they just left away. I have the video will post it after complaining in police

!!!!They only accept CASH!!!!! Tasty briyani for ₹120 ( half). This place is small.so, I prefer take away is the best option.

Good taste. Really enjoyed it for a local shop but customer handling is zero. Even the shop owner treats us bad, money minded only. Accepting only cash. Place is yuck to dine in

This Briyani shop offers only Take aways. No place for eating there. Small shop, but tasty briyani. Quality and the quantity is good for the price they charge. But they add too much tomatoes in their briyani for my liking, still it was tasty. This place will be crowded in weekends

I prefer chicken biryani here... But i don't recommend mutton biryani as the flesh was not good both times i bought it. Otherwise everything is good. Another disappointing issue the new branch opposite church does not accept online or card transactions.

I had chicken biryani and it tasted really good. And it didn't stop here raita and brinjal were even good. In my opinion i would suggest for CB and not for any other side dish bcz i hv ordered for pepper chicken and it tasted good but the chicken was not soft it was kinda hard. In most of the local shops the briyani tastes good but chicken side dishes aren't as impressive as briyani.

Good Service... We recently ordered Chicken Biryani for 75 ppl and it was well managed and delivered on time as committed. Taste is real good and everyone appreciated the Taste & service
