Very poor hotel. I stayed for one week. All staff are good , but one person , they have no sense of how should talk to lady. And a little spot was on bedsheets , they again and again behave like uneducated because its every person aware of hotels rule ..while I had paid payment also 1500 rs for one bedsheet. but that staff, I think service attendant, very poor behavior. And expensive hotel and no taste of food .I ordered one pasta , that was very costly .but no taste and quantity was less . so suggest you guys ..don't stay at there.. Much better than and very polite staff and good manner staff is at vaushali inn.this very good hotel ..Everythings is good like food, laundry service, hotel cost less , tasty food and all things are good. its about 5 years experience of this hotel vaishali inn. I advice to that staff who talked to me , first of all learn ,how should talk and manner too.

Location is not good due to heavy & unmanaged traffic in front of property. Hotel staff is very cooperative and professional.

Hotel is situated on the back side of Pacific Mall.. Any vehicle going to hotel has to pay ₹50.. Hotel faces a Bus Depot / Bus Stand which is not a good sight when you come out or see from room window.. WiFi doesn't work at hotel.. Requested many times to hotel people, but they were not able to sort out... Breakfast is pathetic... I had breakfast in hotel only once, then I used to have breakfast outside... Room size is good... And staff is very helping... Other than than these 2 things, nothing is positive in hotel

Awesome service provided by green palm hotel. Location is premium, just behind Pacific Mall. You have to enter from exit parking gate (Ask security). Rooms are big, centralised AC, hot water, shower, TV all working. Breakfast quality is top notch. Highly recommended for a long stay. Only thing is it's quite costly as compared to other hotels.

Great place. Good ambience. The staff is very cooperative. The best part is the pacific mall attached into the same building. Parking available.

Rooms are nice, neatly maintained and open. The bathrooms fitting needs a repair and shower water is hard quality. The breakfast is okay with limited variety. The dinning area and reception is small. The hotel and parking is bit difficult to find. Located in the crowded place, backside of the mall. Place is crowded near a busy place.

Water is very hard .. Even hand pump water in rural area is better than the hotel water .. They say it is RO treated ..

As per price all services are excellent. Breakfast was awesome.
