The best saloon. Clean and safe ambience. Very polite and understanding staff. I am regular here since years. In my personal opinion Sameer and Shahrukh are the best guys . You might find them slightly expensive, but it's worth.

I recently visited Looks Pacific Mall for a hair transformation as I wanted a fresh change. I met Sahil who not only gave me a well suited haircut but also a detailed consultation on hair color and care. After discussions, we proceeded to get balayage done on my hair in light browns/blonde tones. I was amazed by the outcome and his craft, attaching pictures here of my hair transformation by Sahil. Great experience indeed and would love to visit again for a good salon day!

I found the staff to be insistent on additional services, creating an uncomfortable environment. When I declined the suggested additional treatments, the behavior of the staff turned noticeably rude, which was disappointing and not in line with the professional service I expected. I believe in clear communication and respect for clients' choices. This experience has left me hesitant about returning to your salon or recommending it to others.
