Orderd biryani and other food...they served biryani with snacks and other gravy items were served 25 mins later.this made no sense.also the biryani was ice cold when served.looked like it was stale and straight front he fridge..very poor service and pathetic food.

One of the best outlet of Nazeer foods.. The staff, food, cleanliness everything is good here..

Nazeer is famous for mughlai food. But this outlet was very disappointing. The outlet was very small and congested. The outlet don't have washroom. The dishes are not properly served. The staff were not trained. We ordered butter chicken, chicken masala biryani and some masala toss for beverage. The quantity of the dishes were very less. The chicken masala biryani ordered was full but the portion is visible in the image. The experience was not good. The ambience was not good. You can check out the food court for better food and drinks. Not at all recommended !!!!

Only 4 small pcs. Loly pop for 300/- And roll is very small with half cook rumaali..😡😡😡 total waste of money

Great food and same taste because they have trained staff and cook's. Must try if you want some tastly non veg also dal makhni is soo good. Loved eating on nazeer as all the outlets have same taste.

Worst experience of nazeer ever, this outlet is the worst, broken chairs, 3rd class food quality, zeo hygiene, serving in dirty plates, no tissues, no cleanliness. I felt harrased in this outlet.

Most pathetic food i have ever had in nazeer... Chicken mughlai keema suggested by staff and after paying they get it.. Me and my wife were shocked when seen the oil level.. half of bowl was oil and rest was kind of boneless kotma .. informed staff but no reaction. Just keem aisa hi hota hai... We ordered biryani just to finish hunger as keema was pathetic.. they gave biryani without any raita and wen i asked for they said it is finished.. pls avoid wasting ur money in Nazeer.

The food of Pacific Mall Nazeer was very tasty food The behavior of the staff was also very good and the service was very good

Location - Inside Pacific mall. Food quality - We thoroughly enjoyed our meal as we ordered what they are specialized in. So it was a good food experience for us. Below are the items we ordered - Butter chicken ( boneless )- It was really good, moderately spicy and quantity was ok for two. Plus it wasn't too much buttery. Chicken tikka - Again it was yummilicious and we loved it. Pricing - Ummm I think if you want a filling meal then it would be close to Rs350-400. Ambience - Not good as they have taken a small area and have very limited space n seating. Service - The staff wasnt quick, they made me wait for giving the change back for like 5mins. Washroom - There is no washroom inside the outlet, so use the one of the mall.

Visited this Sunday at Nazeer Pacific Mall outlet. One of life's worst experience. Will never visit again, may any Nazeer restaurant again. Poorest services. Can you imagine no chatney with Seek kabab, one hour wait period on the table, waiter not interested in taking your orders, looking at other side. We order half plate n the waiter served full plate on his own and turned out rude. Very expensive, one seek kabak costs you 100 rupees. Butter chicken gravy was bitter, n very unlikely any good mughalai restaurant. Never plan for Nazeer if you wish to have some good restaurant experience.

Disappointed. I ordered a dish that tasted pathetic, when I asked for refund they denied and asked me to have something else, so I had to take biryani, that was dry and tasteless too. Waste of money. Apart from this, this outlet has no proper sitting arrangements and services.

Plates was not properly clean. Bad smell from all plates. Even They didn't give disposable plates. We had to eat directly from the dish🤧
