i would have given minus if that was an option , they are very nice till they take token money. then god help you, There is no accountability right from the sales person to the production. there is no respect for the clients specifications and concerns, they make the kitchen and dump it at their own sweet will. after the kitchen is installed they do not respond to your calls . the pullouts are as per whatever is available in their factory and not what they promised . their cabinets are not built according to the appliances specified so either you are left with an option to buy a new appliance or wait for them to pick up our calls and respond which never happens

Services offered are not worth the amount they charge. Employees don't really work like professionals. After you buy the appliances as per their instructions, mistakes are made on their end which you have to suffer. For instance after I bought hob for my kitchen, I was forced to change it because the person who was supposed to make the plan of the kitchen according to my appliances forgot to consider the dimensions of hob. Also at the end of completion, while giving feedback they force you to give good comments and if you don't then they mentally harass and try to threaten you by not issuing a warranty card. It's been one or two months since my kitchen has been installed and whole payment had been paid before the installation but I haven't got my warranty card yet and they are not even willing to unless I fill the feedback form again with good remarks.
