My experience with blue world bus service was excellent since from last 15 years, very good bus services for uttrakhand route

Very nice facility I am booking in this bus from last 20 years and facilities of this bus are very good and I want to tell more people to book in this bus especially for family it is very nice facility

It's perfect platform to get a buses for travelling anywhere in Uttarakhand . I travelled with blueworld tourist from last 20 years to rudrapur as well as haldwani, khatima, nainital and kathgodam, and no never any complaints with blue world tourist, App has great user interface, it's easy to use and tickets could be booked easily via mobile app blueworld tourist, The experience overall always was excellent and it's highly recommended to use the app for travelling to nearby cities.

Booked ticket via Red bus for volvo. Got bus from Blue world tourist. Expensive tickets, Not Volvo at all, 3rd class quality dirty... Stinking, while searching for bus on bus station help desk number not responding, on asking bus conductor he is saying VOLVO is same , only bus body is different,😂 then bus stops in midway ac not working. We have no other options, no refund and at time of journey it's difficult to see for other options. Thing is what we can do, they take money for quality service but everything depends on luck, no support no mechanism no authority to complaint.. first frustration then accepted the situation.. Anyone can suggest what to do. Waisting the hard earned money..

Best buses is known as blue world tourist, the bus ride for uttrakhand buses always relaxing and glad we decided to go with blue world buses always, very good buses for Nainital hills from Delhi ghaziabad

Veryy very bad service i wish these people could suffer the same they have done. On the same day of journey they have informed us that bus is cancelled and refund has been initiated and that is also after deduction. i have booked the tickets a month back . At least they should provide any alternate bus. After this i have call VGO bus services at Mahalaxmi travelers then they have provided me a good service please do not ho for this bus . People was not active even for urgent query. I am very disappointed

We were made to change 3 buses to reach the original buses. Our bus was at 9.30 and we were made loiter I delhi for around 2 hours and finally at 12.00. The bus had all broken ac vents. Also, after reaching outskirts of Dehradun, the bus conductor shifted us to a govt seating bus for 30 kms to ISBT. Worst bus service providers.

This is the worst bus service I have ever used. Please never ever hire this bus service. You will find yourself like an animal transporting with lots of goods and luggages. You will not even think of it is a bus service for humans or Just for goods transportation. Bus smells very bad inside. Definitely it will look like awesome from outside but from inside it's very smelly and dirty. They are not fallowing not a single protection or Precaution to prevent covid spread. Not a single staff wear mask. Please never ever book this service if you don't want your money wasted. I am feeling so cheated. I am travelling today by UP22T7729. They are also no punctuated. Timing was 7:30 but not it's 9:08 pm and we are still on delhi. They started by 9 pm. Please check all pictures.

Booked seats in middle of bus but they gave us lower last seat where some drunk man was sleeping. Seats were so dirty that u could not travel. Bus was filthy and stinky. Don't deserve even 1 star. Booked sleeper but condition of seats were so bad that I cannot lay down in filth. I had to sit whole journey and travel. On top of that drunk man singing and whistling beside me. It's not safe at all for girls to travel in this bus. Better take a government bus than this

They don’t care a out customers. We booked ticket via redBus app, we arrived at place from where bus supposed to start (next to their office) 20 mins before time. We asked about exact place where we need to wait for bus - man from office showed us another point and said that we need to wait there. After 1.5 hour bus comes but it occurred it wasn’t our bus. We went back to the office and ask about our bus which should be there 2 hours ago, first they told us that its our fault because we are late, when we asked about another bus they told us that there will be another one in 3 hours, we fought with them to give us tickets for this bus, they did but they didn’t want to refund price difference between tickets we bought and this new ones (around 400rupiees). Other man from the office told us that our bus was broken and that is why it didn’t come(first they told we were late….). Finally after 6hours of waiting another bus arrived, but services of this company are a joke. They cared only about cricket match which took place this day. They laughed at us when we told them that their behavior is very unprofessional. Don’t use their services, go with Zingbus.

Try to avoid booking in this company's bus. They have bad staff service and everything is broken even the hand rest was bad. I got cuts. The worst is the ac is not working at all. I was sweating and suffocating the whole night. I repeat DONT RUIN YOUR TRIP BY BOOKING IN THIS BUS.

This is not a passenger bus, its look like a malgadi, bus fully packed with shop's purchasing materials, not comfortable, very poor quality, poor poor poor, , droping time not accurate, we are 5 hours late, very poor facilities. So i recommended , don't choose this service, plzzz, totally uncomfortable, and waste of time.

Worst experience, staff for the main bus is good. Blankets make your skin itchy, couldn’t sleep for even an hour. The smaller bus driver was highly unprofessional and badspoken.

Pathetic is a very mild word, started 1 hr late from Khatima, no one was there to handle luggage, kept under the seats. They did some repairs on the way near Rampur, I had confirmed drop off at Sector 62 circle Noida on the highway. They dropped at Meerut expressway and left us to cross the road by climbing 3 ft divider and cross the road with luggage , it was a great risk and climbing divider for ladies was really so difficult. They said that they drop like this only, please avoid them , better to travel by any non AC. Sarkari bus. Worst service and worst behaviour ever seen.

Bus is not well maintained. Pick up location could have been better. Uncomfortable journey overall and will not recommend to use their services. I had booked middle row but got last row in sleeper coach and it was very uncomfortable. Also air conditioning was much cold and sometimes unbearable. They drop from delhi till haldwani and from that point they take via small seater bus or cab till nainital.

Buses are not clean. Actually these are not buses, these are the export containers where you get an area for the sitting.

My experience was good and I am happy with bus service and everything was good during the trip as well as driver and conductor was behaving well during trip 🤩❤️

Poor quality of food and there is electricity issue in the rides.worst place to visit and even you can spend your money at lounge.

One of the worst bus service, they dont behave properly with the passengers and there is no space for passenger to sit. Its more like a courier bus which carry heavy parcels across states. The pickup point changed and they take extra passenger with them and put 2 in one single sleeper and never reaches on time to the destination. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Fraud traveller. Don't ever trust the traveller on any app even on their own website. They are cheaters and playing with the customer on price. I had done advanced booking with them at regular prices but when they check that demand is higher due to long weekend they immediately cancelled the old bookings and took new booking by raise prices 150% . They have no legacy , no commitments , no surety nothing. Kindly be aware they will twirl you and cancelled at last moment or ask for double amount.

What a pathetic service by Redbus and Blueworld. I booked a bus ticket via Redbus site for my travel from ghz to lko. The travel is not less than nightmare as:- 1) On arriving at the spot. The bus conductor denied me my designated seat. 2) Later the conducter got aggresive and threatened me of cancelling the ticket. 3) he argued with me stating " do whatever you want to do " I specifically booked a single sleeper as I don't want to share seat with any personnel given the COVID times. this has by far the worst ever bus journey for me and i should thank Blueworld for it.

I have booked 2 sheets for viklalang person .he said me .he droped anand vihar to sharsha . But after mid way ride .he drop .he said bus not going sharsha. He have not money.this is very bed.

I am traveling delhi to Haldwani but bus drop only at Rudrapur afaterthat use private local sevice for dropping Haldwani No sefty because Rampur to Rudrapur all local passenger full into bus even maximum passenger is starting on bus.so very poor condition.very bad service

Worst bus no hygiene not proper followed covid protocols

Very bad service complete unprofessional my bus time was 5:30 pm they start bus after 7:30 very rush in bus wothout seeting also they given some pepole sit onflore mat very poor all thing they doing fake comitment about timeing about food and and about all services they stop but a very poor resturant not have woshroom not good food they they dont have maners how to talk passenger ghatiya ghatiya or bhut ghatiya service
