It's a best brand for Delhi people. Customer friendly brand in India which allows its customer's to return their purchased material incase of issues even after a quarter or so. Best display and good care of customers by their sales executives. But today I found issues in emergency lights in changing area. Complete dark for few minutes.

Not a good store. No place to sit for old people child and even tired people accompanying someone on shoping. The staff has no idea for the ongoing offers and specially if there is any technical fault or for some reason the offer is not functioning then staff has no idea how to deal with situation. They refused to call store manager to look into matter

Poor customer service. They have network troubles at the store, so you have to walk around the store n times to obtain your goods since they are too busy selling their cards to other people. Awful experience

If the particular product is over, it's difficult and more over it's impossible to get the same one what you liked, the services is not good, money is priotised than service.

Favourite shopping place for my wife. I have been seeing the same gent's clothes for more than 2 years. no new arrivals since a long time. The quality of clothes is average.

I went there to buy some clothes and accessories , they won't let you keep the accessories in the shopping carry bag provided by them which is understandable but every time and this has happened twice with me they forget to do billing for those accessories and few accessories were missing which i was made to pay for. Very disappointing experience that too twice in a row , what stupid irresponsible staff !

It's a nice place for shopping, having dinner or lunch with family at the food coat . There is PVR also you can watch movies also ... All in one it's good to spend some time along with shopping.

I love shopping at westside but now a days it's become kind of boring for returning customers. They have been running the same kurta styles for three years now. Only the colour, print and surface ornamentation changes but the styles remain the same. Secondly people go into the changing rooms to stay forever. They take some 10 - 12 styles and keep the fitting room occupied for ages. Someone should be there to guide them and keep a check.

I visited here during a non weekends day.. try to do the same otherwise ready to face noise and traffic. Inside the mall everything was so super. Zudio outlet is there. You can get tasty food over the top floor.

Have wide collection of men and women apparels at reasonable price. Clothing material is really good and in house brands are worth a try. Bought 2 tops from bombay paisley. Love them ❤️

Great store with good products, well lit and clean. The problem lies with the staff. Impolite aggressive and not trained to please and look at you with disdain. Other Westside outlets staff are seemingly pleasant. I think it's poor attitude.

The only reason i am giving one star is because the staff of the westside is not good ..they needed to complete there targets soo they force you to take the products even after you tell them no for 2 3 times and also one more thing they doesn't treat customer well as they doesn't talk nicely to you and also doesn't suggest things to you properly.

After years, I visited this place. It is doing well with most big brands. Escalator working with full service of two lifts. Wished to eat Mughlai in Nazeer. Food was good & tasty but they are using sub standard rough material in the dishes. They must take a note of this.

Good clothes. Most of there clothes are west touch. Recommend for western lover peoples.

Instant complaint was filed under Section 12(1)(r) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 alleging unfair trade practice on the part of the OP for collecting Rs 3.50 towards carrier bag from the complainant and hence sought appropriate direction to refund the wrongfully collected price of the bag along with compensation of Rs 30,000 and direct the OP to shop the unfair trade practice and provide free carry bags to all customers who purchase products from them. Shame Westside.

Pathetic staff. The person with me had medical situation and asked for washroom. She is 65+ and the staff simply refused the toilet facility and made her walk till the other end of the mall. Shameful and completely indifferent staff.

If you are a customer shopping there, you can't get a glas of water in case you are thirsty. Also the staff has no regret about there pathetic services. Hope my honest review could do a favor for you.
