1. Rooms are good. 2. Will be collecting the full day fare even though we stayed for less than 24 hrs but don't even provide drinking water to the customer saying that your stay is less than 24 hrs. (Ridiculous reply to customers... can't even provide drinking water for such a huge fares). 3. Wifi is also not provided most of the times, unless requested by customer multiple times.

I had Tea ☕ there with my friend. Tea was really very nice. It costed around 60 rupees each without taxes. They provided us with a Cup of tea without sugar and some sugar sachets.

Hotel is good . Rooms are clean and hygienic. Customer friendly and it’s looks very modern and elegant ,you can get 5 different categories of rooms with good amenities The rooms are like Executive,Elite ,Supreme suit, Royal suit , Alexander luxury, check in check out 24 hours basis that’s also a good concept in terms of customer and gst 12 % applicable for all the above tariffs rooms and The sparsha the continental restaurant is also attached there food also good .

Last Two days I stay this hotel fo,I came here for business trip I feel very comfortable in hotel rooms good space with good ambience,food is delicious but room service charge too much

That hotel manager don't know how to talk to customers. We booked elite room with king bed. He alloted twin bed and arguing that the king size rooms are already booked. Tat idiot don't know the pre booking things. Once we booked elite he can he allot some one.. Out of that he is asking to cancel the booking if u want.. And saying this is my property. These are my rules.. How management kept fellow as manager..

Rooms are good but .Worst service i had ever seen . Management is not co operative at all. for small things also like wifi. it will not work for iphone. No room offered offered for a small adjustments also.staff is very worst instead of understanding customer needs they are laughing at for unknown reasons.

Quite a surprise in a town like Anantapur. I think it's because of Kia's presence especially that such hotels have come up. Very good room, equipped well like a good business class hotel in a city. So you get the idea, the bathrooms even have a hair dryer. Very good breakfast with both Indian and continental dishes. The location is good, being in the centre of the town. They have a parking space for cars.

On 10th June by 4-00AM we arrived from Bangalore International Airport after return from Netherlands. We made online booking .No information to the Reception people after 15 minutes they asked us to go to 418. When we gone for breakfast they charged for tiffin though it included in the booking itself.Mainly there is no coordination between Reception people and restaurant people. Worst experience I had.

One of the best hotels. Super clean rooms, top notch hospitality, helpful staff and awesome food at their restaurant. Breakfast was average.

Not a good place to stay. It's very costly rooms and it is not worth for money

Today morning at 4Am I had arrived directly to reception for the rooms availablity. Asked the guy for 2rooms, we came for office work. He denied to give rooms after even after availability. He say that it's beyond the rules, as if they give the room for free. Whenever that I come to anantapur I book in your hotel but you guys made me feel guilt coming to your hotel. While leaving same guys were peeping from the reception window. I guess they decide the customer on looks. But seeing me in THAR they were surprised. I personally do not recommend any one to visit this hotel with your family.

Alexander luxury hotel has cleanliness and Ever green in maintaining Health and Hygiene to Customers.Alrxander hotel has Excellent Restaurant,Super Lounge ,Meeting hall Entirely My experience in Alexander luxury hotel is Super .

Good service and Rooms are very much cleaned timely, safe for family / couples. Add on's can be done like spa and jacuzzi etc, Rates if reduced will be perfect stay here.

The AC in the restaurants don't work and it is suffocating. They give wooden spoons for eating unless you insist. Rooms are clean but there are bed bugs in the sofa gave us rashes. Staff training is not good. Some are helpful

Very bad experience. Booked 2 rooms and after reaching staff Says only 1 room is available as they have given rooms to a marriage party. When I insisted they gave a room with half bathroom. There is no provision to take bath. When we asked them to change the room, they said with in an hour it will be changed. But at 11m also we had to fight to change the room. Manager and asset manager was not present at hotel.

Excellent maintenance.neatrooms even though small.Morning breakfast is very good.overal the food is nice and little costlier,but justified for the quality and quantity.vallet parking available.Great location for business travellers.
