HORRENDOUS SERVICE. Front desk called my room in the middle of the night for a credit card question, zero regard for someone with an early flight and no apologies from front desk staff. Serving of dinner took 2 hours. Credit card was left behind at front desk and no one attempted to get in touch with me. Apart from service, hotel conditions and location are of good quality.

Really confortable place to stay! Nice personnel, great food and a calm hotel. They offer a free shuttle to the airport! It is just next to the hotel, but you don't hear the noise of the planes. You get nice views though.

Easily a 5 star for the price. Location is very convenient, airport shuttle is 24hrs a day. They were out of coffee when I came down to check out but happily made me a fresh cup for free. They spoke English very well and made the check in and check out process very easy.

Nice hotel, clean but problems starts at the very beginning in the front desk with the lack of preparation to receive a foreign guest, no english There is no SmartTVs in this hotel, none of the habitacions... so do not expect you will watch your Streaming services in it, simple not available in the entire hotel. There is a small radio at side of the bed, mine simply not working and they knew since was disconnected from the outlet. Restaurant is good Gym in good I would encourage you to explore others in town.

This is by far, the worst experience I’ve had with a hotel. From the moment we arrived to the hotel the staff was extremely rude. The lady who checked us in gave us a lot of rude responses to the point we were already upset before we even saw our room. (Little did we know). When we arrived to the room, it was like a sauna. Turns out they gave us a room with NO AC and refused to fix it or switch our room. Their solution? The smallest fan you have ever seen in your life (see pic). We kept waking up in the middle of the night sweating and got absolutely no rest. Honestly, I can’t comprehend how such a nice looking hotel (and very expensive for Bogotá could give you such a horrible service and overall experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody and I’ll make sure all of my friends and family NEVER stay at this hotel. Do better.

Worst Hotel to stay at! Staff is SUPER RUDE! We were discriminated because of our cloths! If we are staying here is because we can PAY, it might be a "fancy" hotel but their manners are disgusting. So disappointed! Will never stay or recommend this place to anyone. First and last time we stay here!

As an American, I was nervous about a quick overnight stay in Bogota. Movich Buró removed all those concerns. It was a modern hotel with a speedy shuttle. Rooms were perfect and was just what I needed on a long layover. Don't hesitate to book a room here, it will meet/exceed your needs.

5 stars out of 5 as this hotel checked all out boxes for a comfortable stay after very long trip. You can literally walk to the hotel around 20 min from arrival in T1. Quiet stylish and relaxed place with a very good breakfast (loads of fruit) included in our stay. Standard room size and has all you need, iron, ironing desk, coffee machine, tv, safe, fridge and super large mirrors. Beds are very comfy. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Comfy beds, sound proof rooms, nice bar and restaurant. Breakfast was very good. Definitely would recommend if you need a hotel near the airport in Bogota

What a great hotel!! Very comfortable bed! Nice and clean! Close to airport! And what a breakfast spread! Soooo many options! Definitely would recommend staying here if flying out the next day.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a great experience. The buffet had a good selection of food and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The customer service was also excellent. The only downside was that the reservation did not include the tax, so I had to pay an additional fee for that. Other than that, everything was great.

Hotel Movich is one of the great Hotel Chains in Colombia. This particular location has one of the friendliest staff and manager working for the chain. We were only here for 8 hours and we were treated like we were coming here for a month.. Check in was great staff was super nice and offered to hold our luggage till room was ready. The shuttle picked us up at the airport and driver was very friendly. This hotel has all my favorite operation of how a Hotel should operate. Thank you Movich Buró 26.

Run if the mill hotel right by the main airport. The bar was ok, but nothing special. The bartender didn't seem interested in making drinks at a decent speed. They also didn't have bourbon. I understand that it's not a popular liquor in Colombia, but every other spot we went had at least some bourbon. We ate dinner here, too. It was marginal, at best. The breakfast, though, was fantastic. They go all out for their buffet. By far the best part of the stay. The room was basic and small, but clean. The thermostats on the wall don't actually work. The hotel confirmed that the air is controlled centrally, so don't expect to blast the AC or heat while you're there.

The good part is their free airport shuttle. But for the hefty price they charge, they could at least offer a bottle of water in the room. Getting a late check-out turned out to be a pain in the behind. The reception guys made a big issue out if it. The 'discount voucher' they give you us a scam as it's impossible to use. I honestly doubt I'll stay here again.

The staff are very friendly, the hotel itself is very modern. Couple of things I did not like: 1) the AC in my room did not work, and was not able to get fixed. So I had to change rooms at night, with having to get up at 5am next morning. 2) the restaurant: beautiful, the staff are great, however, the food was atrocious. It was well presented, by the taste was.....buahh. I ordered a creasers salad and fajitas.

Stayed at the Movich in Bogota last minute when our travel plans needed to change. This hotel is top notch, from the food, service, and accommodations. The front desk was very accommodating to me not knowing alot of spanish. They also helped us with tour from very helpful local guides. I look forward to returning, thank you for a great stay!

If you go to breakfast after 8am everything is either gone and not replenished, or just cold because they turned off the warmers. Very hard to find a waiter to get coffee. Rooms are fine.

Excellent service, we stayed for one night just to sleep over until our next morning flight, the mini bus was waiting in the airport, the breakfast was delicious and the room had all the necessary! WiFi, warm water all working perfectly!

The check in and transportation services were excellent. The room was clean and there’s an excellent restaurant, spa and gym. What I don’t like is that I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to serve us at the dinner table - when I brought up those concern to the cashier guy, he tried to help us but my fiancée no longer wanted to eat there. The guy just went back to the cashier (no apologies)…as if our concern wasn’t important. The room’s bathroom we reserved has an uneven door lock and the bolt doesn’t close. The location is a challenge for Ubers, because they have to drive back towards the airport after they pick you up. Consider going across the street to catch and Uber. Their shuttle service is excellent.

The property is run down, the rooms are tiny, the front desk is slow and unkind, and the shuttle is unreliable. Only saving grace is its location. I’d pick a different airport hotel next time without a doubt.

Exceptional hotel with excellent customer service, a great wine bar and stellar breakfast. The shuttle is also very reliable. My glasses broke on exit and the agent generously helped me tape it together so I could see on exit. Absolutely amazed by the show of kindness.

I chose this hotel because it's close to the airport and has a shuttle service. I had a layover and only 5 hours to sleep, but spent >1 hour waiting for a way to busy shuttle. When we arrived over 40 people have queued to check in. In total it took 2 hours from the airport to the room.

Maybe not consider this hotel, day 1 the shuttle made me wait 1hr in the airport, they do not answer the phone, bad laundry service, clog toilets after shower, one night no hot water, hotel looks old and badly maintain, slow service… need to think twice to book this hotel! Disappointing

** BEWARE BEFORE COMING HERE ** This hotel establishment has zero care for service while only caring about squeezing every penny out of their customers. My girlfriend and I went to their restaurant for lunch. We started with an order of a shrimp ceviche appetizer, which average at best as it was drenched with ketchup for its sauce. Then we each ordered our entrees - mine was a salmon risotto, while hers was a grilled porkchop. The waiter brought out my salmon. The first thing i noticed was the odd pale color of the fish, like it wasn’t fresh. I didn’t think much of it until I took my first bite. Then I realized the entire inside of the fish was RAW/UNCOOKED. We spoke with the waiter and showed him our uncooked fish. He said he could give us another one, but as I was now very unappetized for salmon, I asked to switch it to a seafood pasta. Moments later, my girlfriend’s grilled pork chop came out. Within the first bite, we realized this meat was also RAW/UNCOOKED. We told the waiter and he took away our plate. By this time, we had enough and decided to leave. We went to the cashier and explained our ridiculous situation of having been served TWO RAW/UNCOOKED dishes. We didn’t want to pay for our meals but were told that we would still have to pay for our substitute dish we had ordered of the seafood pasta even though we never touched it because we had already been so disgusted for our previous two RAW/UNCOOKED meals. Then we asked for the manager who came and agreed with the cashier that we were required to pay for our uneaten seafood pasta as it wasn’t RAW/UNCOOKED like the previous two dishes they had served us. We argued that we shouldn’t have to pay for the substitute meal because we were so disgusted with the first two dishes that we had lost our appetite to eat it. Then only after she spent 10+ minutes speaking with her general manager did she agree that we didn’t have to pay for the seafood pasta. But she still required us to pay for our ceviche appetizer and two soft drinks! Now it’s been a few hours since our meal and both my girlfriend and I are in their hotel having severe stomachaches and food poisoning due to their UNCOOKED FOOD!!! I feel like the FDA should shut down their restaurant and anyone should think twice before coming here.

Good convenient airport hotel. Perfect for a quick overnight stay to continue an onward journey. The area is business industry and not much to do outside hotel grounds. Clean, professional employees, and a good breakfast, this place hits all the marks.

The first room had very bad smell. No water bottles you need to pay to drink water , also bring tooth brush as they charge 3 times the normal price.

Excellent!! They have amazing service, they have a lady at the airport organizing the shuttle Then at the hotel is very nice, very friendly, only a few miles from the airport. Rooms a great! Clean and quite. Breakfast is buffet style. For sure be happy to come back.

Don’t stay here during a busy time of year. They were an hour late with our checkin. Had to wait in line twice to check on status. When we got to the room they were still fixing it. Room service takes an hour. You think that it would be convenient to stay here because it’s near the airport but if its a busy time of year most travelers think the same and it will be packed here. With such a small hotel, it becomes slow and miserable with a lot of people.

Decent place for a night of sleep. The rooms are small but adequate. The hotel is very close to the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful. The washroom could have been better, but was manageable. Overall a good budget hotel.

Nice hotel less than 10 minutes from El Dorado airport with its own shuttle service. Comfortable rooms and fantastic buffet breakfast.

Hotel is nice and clean. It has a convenient location, close to the airport, so they have shuttle service every 30min at no extra codt (24h). If you want to eat good food, though, this would not be a good option. The calentado was dry and tasteless, the chicharron was chewy. In addition, the service is terrible!! It took like 20 minutes before someone would show up to take our order and this happened the two times that we had dinner here. Of course waiting times were replicated by the time of paying.

DO NOT STAY HERE. DISHONEST MANAGEMENT! DIASTER! The front desk workers are very dismissive and think they are better than you. They will also change your reservation/ accommodations/ room/ prices when you arrive . The room and accommodations are subpar. The room is dirty. My husband saw a rat as we were eating at the restaurant and the jacuzzi had so much bleach, it burned my eyes. Stay at another hotel and save yourself some drama!

Rude and dismissive personnel. DONT COME HERE!!!!!! Over the phone, I booked a reservation for 2 people for a certain price. When I arrive in person, they wanted triple this price even though I secured the pervious price over the phone. And they said I only booked for 1 person. They were dismissive when I showed my reservation for 2 people for the particular price. I ended paying it because we arrived after a long journey and I was exhausted arguing with such circular and dismissive people. How dumb of me! Directly after, I looked online and the prices from expedia and other booking agency were similar to the first price I was given over the phone. This place is nothing special and the room and accommodations are quite dirty i.e. dirty napkin, stained towels, stained sheets, scratches all over wall, clogged drains, discolored carpet. Save yourself some drama and find another location close to the airport.

This place is awful and dirty. The breakfast bar was completely empty and picked over by 7 in the morning. I would never come back. Also a friend of mine said she heard they were struggling with BED BUGS

Modern well decorated hotel near El Dorado Airport and ideal for overnight connecting flights. Free deluxe shuttle every half hour to and from El Dorado airport. It's so close to the airport that we actually just walked. Comfortable rooms with all amenities included. Professional and nice staff... Franklin was great at check-in. 24/7 room service. Restaurant and drinks are good too! Excellent value.

Great airport hotel with a shuttle every 30 mins, rooms are nice for the price and very close to airport, the breakfast I had there was amongst the best I’ve had in the world and was worth every penny, made a great start to the trip.
