Horrible check out experience! There was an event and all the regular were forced to wait 20 min for the check out until I complained with the manager and he personally made my check out with with an additional machine next to the counter. Other than that great service and breakfast.

They open their club lounge where you can have as much food as possible. The staff working at the lounge are very courteous, attentive and friendly. But the internet connection today was bad.

I am okay with no early check-in, especially if the room is not ready. However the room was available; it is this hotel's policy of regardless when you arrive you have to pay an extra day to checkin anytime before 3pm. I have paid a fee before, but $238 for an extra nigh is messed up since my entire two night booking was $187. Average hotel in Bogota is $90s a night. It is a short wait so opted to wait. I would have canceled my booking and gone next door; but I has already paid in advanced and it was nonrefundable. Btw, I am supposed to get early checkin and late checkout due to my rewards status.

Fantastic executive lounge. Ideal to host business meetings.Staff is very attentive and discreet. I would not stay anywhere else on a business trip in Bogotà.

Perfect stay. Nice place and excellent rooms with 5 stars facility. There's vip breakfast place on highest floors, that's delicious. Overall service is a plus.

We had a 19 hour layover in Bogota. This was a very good choice. We ate breakfast, left our suitcases in the room, taxi took us to town. When we saw enough sights, we came back, napped, showered and took the shuttle to the airport. A great experience!

Good location, very good breakfast - only the cold air from the AC was annoying. Rooms are large and clean, very good beds. Hot water was only available early in the morning and cold showers were required in the evening. Otherwise great.

What a great experience! We loved the comfortable beds and pillows, bathroom had a tub for a hot soothing bubble bath! They kindly provided us with delicious desserts ! We will definitely return! Thank you Sheraton

We were in a handicapped accessible room and had to change after the first night to a different room because of a problem with the plumbing. The second room was a little run down.

Overall a nice hotel, the check in process was a bit slow. But this property is doing well in spite of the pandemic. I would recommend this property even though its not the best I've stayed at.

Breakfast is execlllant. Eggs made to order. Staff is very friendly. my overall rating would be 5 stars, except the room they put me in had a bad electric tric receptable. It happens. Other than that, great hotel, and l'd stay there again.

Great place to stay. Super comfortable and clean, with laundry service and decent gym. Wet areas are amazing. Staff in the restaurant where breakfast is served is not so good, you kinda need to be lucky, but the food is quite good. It’s not as cheap as you would hope given ratio between pesos-dolar.

**Updated Review** I visited Bogota again and stayed at this hotel again, they knew very well how to solve the past situation and I had a great time there, the service was great and the room and amenities GREAT. After all the inconvenience at my first visit, the second visit was great and everything was solved. Continue with the good work. Security guys, Service, Restaurant and Housekeeping people are 5 STAR Service. All the hotel’s area are very comfortable, clean and elegant.

The best place to stay by El Dorado Airport! This is one of the best properties within the Marriott/Sheraton hotel group.

Clean and spacious room. Good ambience. Beds are so comfortable. Room price are reasonable for tourist. Close to airport about 15 minutes of travel. I highly recommend to stay at Sheraton bogota.

Nice hotel. Decent service, decent food. Rooms where clean and tidy. The location is good if you need to be close to the airport and convention center, which is particularly important in Bogota due to really really heavy traffic.

The Sheraton Bogota Hotel is a high quality hotel. I enjoyed every aspect of my stay at this hotel. The room was large and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and linens, and just the right amount of amenities in the room and the bathroom. Housekeeping did an excellent job of cleaning the room, and they had just the right amount of Covid prevention measures in place. They had an excellent gym and swimming pool, and a very nice lounge in the executive floor. Their service was on par with what you expect of an upscale hotel. It is conveniently located and it provides a shuttle service to the airport. I completely recommend staying at this hotel.

From 5* to 1*! What a disappointment! We stayed in Sheraton twice last year and we had a great experience. Unfortunately this time we can’t say the same, the quality of the hotel has gone down a lot! We payed for the Sheraton Club which was an extra rate of 30 USD. We were promised to have breakfast in the private club area, free snacks, a coworking space and a 20% discount in the hotel restaurants. Unfortunately, at the check in we discovered that the Club area was closed and no one informed us in advance. Moreover, all the restaurants in the hotel were closed except the Sushi restaurant, were the discount was not applicable for fish dishes. We felt scammed and very disappointed by the service! We will never come back here..

If you’re looking for the comfort, assurance, and confidence that comes with a well-known, 5-star hotel, but with the added spice of Latin American city life, then the Sheraton Bogota is exactly what you’re looking for. The biggest highlight of the Sheraton Bogota is the luxury Pool and Spa, which has a huge heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish steam room and a full gym. After an hour or so relaxing in the warm pool, then lying in the sauna, you’ll forget that you’ve just flown 12 hours to get here! We stayed here last September 2, 2015 but unfortunately wasn't able to put a review.

I would go back anytime, took great care during business travel and followed covid guidelines.

Very comfortable!! Loved the bed and premium bedding. Good amount of channels. I was forced to stay here courtesy of the airline.
