The tickets 🎟 in Altaplaza Cinepolis cost 6$ for the regular seats 💺but for VIP it cost around 16$ or so which is pretty expensive just to watch a movie. The thing I wish for the regular seats to have is bigger seats because not everyone is the same size and not everyone can afford to spend money for VIP seats. The place is very clean but when walking to my seat, the floor were sticky which I don’t know if it’s dirty or it’s by design to have them sticky. Also you should atleast try the VIP seats atleast once since it’s very comfortable and you are able to order from your seat and don’t have to walk out to order. I also highly recommend wearing a jacket just in case you get cold or your afraid of the cold. Overall, a great experience watching the movie and people were space out accordingly because of the current situation. 🎥🍿🎟

The screen wasn't good, the room 9.has a light spot that won't let you see the movie clearly. The pop corn was good. Service was good. The entrance compare to last time the price almost doubled. Was a good experienced after the pandemic situation.

It's a nice theater at Altaplaza mall, and I like the fact that they have 4DX. Their popcorn was also very very good.

the treatment from the employees is horrible, just came to watch a movie in the vip area, and the one who attended me was this girl in her late twenties or early thirtieths, when i first arrived she just looked down on me as if i was not able to afford the tickets and when i was done paying she just threw the card and the receipts to me and disappeared, not even a thanks? i was not even mad at that, i don’t mean to be rude or anything but she is working here and i’m a client, i was respectful and calm when i came and she just acts like this?

It is pretty overpriced for the quality of service and products you are getting. Prices do vary between locations, so always check the other locations. If you are going to late showings, do not even bother taking a jacket because they will likely turn off air conditioning during the film

A cinema, not too much to say about it. A woke gang showed up in full drip to watch minions rice of gru. It was pretty ckean despite its many costumers.

4DX experience was ok... price are high, not too clean.

Bought tickets online in advance for 3D IMAX. Got in 1 hour early for the movie and 3D was not available. Had to wait an additional 2 hours in order to get in to another theater room. Had to pay for the new tixx and got the old tixx as "courtesy".
