I
am
a
frequent
shopper
at
El
Costco
but
I
was
appalled
at
how
i
was
recently
treated
at
one
of
their
Stores.
I
visited
El
Costco
on
November
22nd
Los
Pueblos
branch,
and
I
had
in
my
bag
coconut
candies
that
I
had
purchased
at
their
Albrook
Mall
location
a
day
before.
going
into
the
store
the
buzzer
rang
off
but
the
door
checker
still
waved
me
and
my
aunts
through.
after
paying
for
my
merchandise,
we
exited
and
the
buzzer
rang
off.
my
bags
were
taken
from
me
and
my
handbag
checked
revealing
the
half
empty
bag
of
candy.
The
Supervisor
was
called
and
I
was
paraded
around
the
store
like
a
common
criminal
back
to
the
register.
They
tore
open
the
bag
checked
the
contents
while
I
was
asking
the
Supervisor
to
check
the
Surveillance
camera
because
I
am
not
a
thief.
They
refused.
After
checking
my
bags
they
handed
it
back
to
me
and
told
me
to
leave,
without
the
candy.
I
was
outside
very
angrily
explaining
to
the
door
checker
that
he
should
have
checked
us
going
in
and
therefore
I
would
not
have
been
embarrassed
coming
out.
The
Supervisor
then
came
to
the
door
and
handed
me
the
candy
I
told
him
to
throw
it
away
I
do
not
want
it
anymore.
I
always
keep
candy
in
case
I
need
something
sweet
right
away,
but
I
preferred
not
to
take
them
after
being
suspected
of
stealing
them.
I
received
no
apology.
I
was
a
tourist
visiting
Panama
and
I
know
the
laws
when
it
comes
to
stealing
and
committing
crimes.
I
should
have
at
least
received
an
apology.
This
takes
away
the
experience.
