Dr was upset that I did not have an appointment. Now be clear; there is no direct phone number and no way through my chart to make an appointment. Walk-ins Welcome MUST BE REMOVED as it is false advertising!! Walk-ins are clearly and absolutely not welcome. I will take my needs some where else. This Dr also made it clear she has been to busy to get back to me on a message that was supposed to be left 2 days ago. This location does not full fill its advertising and is not at all welcoming. I have attached a picture from the website for this location. Walk-ins welcome as well as the location address and name are clear and concise.

I'd give a 0/5 star if I could. Turned away by this place due to not having an appointment? Excuse me, but was not planning to for an accidental slice which resulted in a constant bleed. This is unacceptable. Need to update your name and services. This was urgent care. Your appointment only was from Aug 2020. Walk-ins are NOT welcome.

I had an appointment at 1pm I showed up early just in case I needed to fill out paper work but they were not open even though there were lights on and the open sign was on. I called the 1800 number and they told me to wait so I did, for 35 minutes and nothing. I called back and they told me to knock on the door which I had already been doing for the pasted 35 mins. I was then informed someone was in fact in there but despite my knocking (which turned into banging at this point) no one opened the door. I would give this place no stars if I could because that experience makes me want to never go back ever again! It’s an urgent care! Medical happenings aren’t always planned and it hurts my heart to know those who are supposed to be there for us when we need them most ARE NOT there for us :(

Absolutely abysmal communication. I waited outside over an hour for my appointment, and only found out they were closed when I waited on hold with the 800 number for 40 minutes. That was also the only way I was supposed to find out that they had rescheduled me for a different location, even though they are LITERALLY STILL ACCEPTING APPOINTMENTS FOR TODAY ON THE WEBSITE. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Do not waste your time. I drove all the way over there to see that they were locked and closed, in the middle of the afternoon on a Tuesday! Their door says open 7 days a week, 7am-7pm. I am reporting them for false hours, especially as an urgent medical facility. The point of urgent care is walk in appointments.

Pleasant and professional from start to finish- thank you!!! Highly recommend this location for all your urgent care needs! Cynthia and the gentleman NP (I went for an ear issue and missed his name- sorry about that!) were super friendly and kind, courteous and very knowledgeable!! Appt process was simple and check in and check out was even easier. 5 stars plus more!

This place was great! The nice nurse up front who greeted me, made me feel comfortable. She was so down to earth and just nice. The place is also very clean. The practitioner who checked out my ears helped explain what medicines she was prescribing me and how it would help. I would definitely recommend this place!

Pretty friendly service in the past but tonight I rushed to my appointment after I had someone to take over in watching my baby for me and I arrived in the place just as it hit 6 minutes past my scheduled time. The woman told me she wouldn’t take me because they had a 5 minute late policy… this was very disappointing as I only needed a simple TB shot. It’s tough trying to navigate with a little one, figured express care would make it a little easier on me. Pretty bummed…

Not a super practical design to have no way to contact the clinic. The pharmacy never received my prescription and you can only call the 1-800 call center and a representative “sends the provider a message” that they are supposed to answer in between patients. I had a bacterial infection in my eye that was eating away at my cornea and it took seven hours for the pharmacy to receive the prescription. I can only imagine that for other patients with urgent care needs it is imperative to get meds on board as soon as possible. After speaking to 3 representatives over that 7 hour period, I demanded the last rep let me speak to a manager. Instead she said she would call the clinic herself while I held and confirmed the fax was sent. Once she got back on the line it took 25 minutes before the prescription was filled and in my hands. A quick 3 minute conversation could have saved me a lot of pain.

First time being there and I was new going to the doctors by myself without my mom and they helped me explain everything in simple ways. I came around 30 minutes early and it's not a good idea. Because coming early means their were busy with other patients. So if your visiting just come around 10 minutes early of your appointment. Just wanna say thank you to the people and staff whose working there. It helped me get my sickness away in short time. 😃👍❤️

The NP that treated me was very professional and attentive to condition. My left ear canal was almost swollen shut and I got a script with instructions from the NP to call if I didn’t get relief in a couple of days and he would try a different medication. I called two and half days later still swollen and talked with receptionist was told NP was off of work and that the message would be passed on and I would be hearing from them. I spent $410.00 NO CALL BACK NO FOLLOW THROUGH.

Pennie H Schuh, FNP, was the best provider I’ve ever had. Second to none! She showed me so much kindness, empathy, and genuine concern. Pennie H Schuh went above and beyond, exceeded all of my expectations, and delivered excellent healthcare in a very timely manner. Pennie H Schuh is the epitome of the definition of “trusted healthcare.” In my opinion, Pennie H Schuh also truly defined the ideal of what a practitioner should hope to dream to aspire to be! My husband even told me after she left, “Wow…..I really think she’s the best provider I’ve ever met. She was so cool and really cares about her patients.” My five stars goes towards the clinic, but the heart that made that place beat was definitely Pennie H Schuh!

This place is the worst. The staff is extremely rude. I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes before anyone spoke to me. When I was spoken to the staff acted as if it was an extraordinary inconvenience. This place is disgusting. I would rather have a root canal than return.

Fast, professional, effective care. Conveniently located across the parking lot from Target CVS Pharmacy if you get a prescription.

They were quick, very friendly and did the necessary tests. I can highly recommend using them.
