Updated 2020- 2018- Starbucks is life. I know I’m dramatic but I need caffeine to live and Starbucks gives me that fuel every single day yes every single day. I have my hot drink that does not change and make cool drink when it’s hot out that does not change. I’ve been a gold member for five years. You got to earn them re-wards

Please retrain baristas for Customer Service. Rude comments.

Really rude baristas. I've given the stand several chances, but they can never get my drink right (I don't even order anything difficult). I shouldn't have to apologize for asking for my drink to be made correctly. They act like they're inconvenienced by the presence of customers.

I just ordered two coffees from this location. While the man was making my daughter’s mocha, he ran his hands through his hair, twice. Employees should be educated on sanitary food/ beverage preparation. I won’t be going back to this location.

19 times of 20 I get excellent service at this location. That 1 time though, always puts me in a bad mood. There are a couple of people there that just talk to me and look at me like they have somewhere better to be. I end up feeling rushed out and disappointed. But the drink orders are almost always right and if you go before noon they are fast.

Went to this location today and asked for an Oat Milk Matcha latte , I made sure that I was clear about it being oat milk as I have dairy/lactose problems. 30min later my stomach is hurting so much, I have cramping and nausea. I saw the whole milk jug but I figured it was not from my drink but obviously it was. I already know I should probably give up on Starbucks but after today, I am officially done.

Rude lady for no apparent reason. Every time me and my mom come here the lady with glasses (not sure of her name) she always has an attitude even though my mom apologize for minor mistakes like forgetting something or even asking for a cupholder. The lady always gives us a side eye or a stink face . Rude lady for no reason

Went through the drive through and they gave me a black coffee instead of my order. I feel like the company stole from me because I paid way more then what a black coffee costs. Returning to the store with 3 kids was not an option and should not be to get the correct order. High disappointment. Orders at this store have been going down hill and this is the final point. Time to try the local coffee shops!

Prices are very inconsistent here and generally on the high side. Pour over machine was broken and barista did not offer Americano for the same price. We drove across town to Fred Meyer New Seward's Starbucks and got 2 cups for $2.72 cents cheaper. That's quite a big difference. Freddy's service at Starbucks is tons better also.

Employees here are almost always unpleasant. I get they have to deal with us basics all day but I'm always friendly and nice and probably have a nasty person 9x out of 10. Yesterday took the cake when I asked if they had the apple sauce pouches somewhere else for the kids because they weren't anywhere in the front where I could see them. The girl looked irritated with me instantly and took a deep breath before saying "we've NEVER carried that". I didnt want to argue with her that I get it for my kid EVERY time I go there so I just dropped it and ordered us drinks. Some people are new and I get that she might not know. While waiting I noticed the display was behind me, Filled with the apple sauce pouches. I grabbed one and planned the purchase it but when the same barista saw me with it in my hand she took a deep breath again and rolled her eyes and turned to another person. I just grabbed my drinks and left.

My coworker and I go to the Starbucks on Muldoon every week day because of the exceptional team of employees they have there. They greet us every morning with positive hellos, friendly conversation, and delicious coffees. This is the best Starbucks we’ve been to in Alaska! We’re so lucky to work close by them.

Friendly service and quick to boot. Food is always fresh. A $5 gift card from Verizon prompted the trip. Thanks Verizon & Starbucks to a great start to the day!

Slow service, cold coffee. They did offer to brew another pot, but I’m going to Kaladis from now on.

My first time going here on a Tuesday, but NEVER AGAIN! Staff today must hate their job or have other things going on,because they could surely use an attitude adjustment or just a better understanding of the statement "If you don't like your JOB, CHANGE IT!"

They always mess up 1 of the 2 drinks I get if coconut milk in a drink they will put in lemonade if I want lemonade they put water

Typical Starbucks, clean, good coffee, plenty of places to sit, but was surprisingly crowded for a Friday after work. Parking is ample as well.

The cafe is a nice space where you can do your work or mingle with friends. It was really annoying however, that the drinks are never called out. You have to just go to the counter and check for your order vicariously.

If you don’t like your job, then quit (working the drive thru 18 Nov 2022). You have no reason to get an attitude because I asked for no whip and I asked for my order to be corrected. Also, remake the drink, instead of just scrapping the whip off the top!!

Before you mobile order here beware, they are chronically understaffed and often close the main lobby. If you mobile order there is a good chance you will be stuck in the drive through for 10 to 15 minutes or more

My mom and I just watched a female employee (name started with an M I think) put a stir stick in her mouth while making a drink, then insert the same stir stick into the drink she was making. Stick was left in for the members online pickup. Probably not the first time it’s happened, so I won’t be returning to this starbucks.

Went through the drive-through and got a vanilla latte and grilled cheese. If you haven't had the grilled cheese at Starbucks I definitely suggest trying it. The wait can be a bit long if you come in the morning. Staff are very friendly And helpful.
