Great time at Huate! Food was great and King crab was even better! It was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. This was our first time in Alaska and although we wanted to try more king crab, this definitely didn't disappoint. Our server Rome was also fantastic. Super energetic, funny, and on point.

Was kind of in a rut restaurant wise so decided to shake things up and try Haute Quarter Grill. Man oh man was it good. My wife loved her mango mojito, and she never drinks. The crab spinach artichoke dip was insane. The halibut fish and chips was delicious. The batter was light yet flavorful. I had the special (filet with bernaise sauce and king crab meat) and I loved it. The peanut butter pie was the best I've had maybe ever. Server was attentive and friendly. I'll definitely frequent this place!

Started with a bowl of what may be the best damn clam chowder I’ve ever tasted. So good I got two additional bowls to go! Blackened halibut with a strawberry salsa over rice and grilled asparagus for the entree. Incredibly delicious! Finished the meal with a mixed berry cobbler. It wasn’t cheap, but when the food is this good it’s worth the price. If you’re ever in downtown Anchorage, I highly recommend eating here!

We shared a Fish (halibut) & chip, rock fish taco, baby back rib, seafood pasta and a garden salad. The fishes were excellently prepared. The ribs were very tasty and the meat falls off the bone. The home made pasta was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised to have such a great meal and great services in Anchorage.

This is my new go-to date night restaurant! The atmosphere is warm with lights not too bright and clean. Good for fancy date nights or celebrations. I cant say enough about the food! Very delicious! We had oysters and bread for an appetizer and it was fresh and tasty! We also had ribeye, it was juicy and tender. For dessert we had melted chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. Everything was worth our money! Give it a try you will not regret.

If you're looking for a fantastic dining experience in Anchorage, look no further than Haute Quarter Grill. This restaurant is a true gem, and the food here is absolutely delicious. On my recent visit, I ordered the catch of the day, which was Cod. It was cooked to perfection and had a delicious sauce that really brought out the flavor of the fish. For sides, I opted for the fresh oysters from the nearby bay, which were served raw with a Strawberry Ginger Mignonette and roasted with a Lemon Garlic Butter. The oysters were incredibly fresh and tasted like they had just been pulled from the ocean. I also had the seared Ahi Tuna, which was cooked just right and tasted fantastic. Another thing that really made this dining experience memorable was my wonderful waitress. She was friendly, attentive, and had excellent suggestions. I'm currently on the Keto diet and she helped make sure each dish worked with my plan. Overall, I have to say that Haute Quarter Grill is now my favorite restaurant in Anchorage. The food and the service are both top-notch. But the real star of the show is the food, which is simply outstanding. If you're in the area and looking for a great place to eat, I highly recommend Haute Quarter Grill. You won't be disappointed.

The food was absolutely delicious. The menu was the perfect length and mix of options. Our waitress was so very helpful and professional. We had four in our party and we had three apps: oysters (favorite ones were the strawberry), crab and artichoke dip, and ahi tuna. We all tried each and couldn't agree on our favorite because we loved them all. For dinner, two of us had the night's special, halibut catch of the day and they thought their meal was amazing. One of us had the filet shish kabob and I had the blackened prime rib. These meals were cooked by professionals who knew what they were doing. Our only complaint would be that they started putting chairs up before we were finished, which we thought was unprofessional when in an otherwise top knotch place.

What a great experience, my friend and I went in for dinner, and enjoyed the drink, food, and atmosphere. Our waitress was a rockstar, and she had knowledgeable recommendations. My seared ahi tuna, and salad were very tasty. And we just enjoyed the space there, we’ll be back.

We just had 3 small plate bit everything was delicious and service was great. Girl’s bread was definitely the winner!! I would order that every day!!

We had NO idea that this was a Guy Fieri DDD spot, we just walked in and sat at the bar not knowing what to expect. By the time we were done, I was planning on what to eat the next day when we came back! The service was outstanding, the location right in the heart of city, and the ambiance was fancy enough for a special night out and casual enough for a great time with friends. I have no idea when we'll be back in Anchorage, but this is ABSOLUTELY on my must visit when we do!

This place was tasty and the wait staff was really great! We enjoyed all of our drinks and meals. Can be spendy but what isn't in Alaska, so might as well eat good! 😋

Cozy atmosphere, attentive workers, great music that fits the setting, tasty cocktails. Food as A1! This is what fresh seafood tastes like. My husband has surf and turf with crab. I have the smoked salmon pasta. We shared appetizers. So delicious, nothing disappointed. Thank you for a great experience!

This was our absolute favourite eating spot while in Anchorage. Really great restaurant with a nice bustling atmosphere. There’s outdoor seating on the sidewalk, and seating inside around the bar by the entrance. The main dining area has slightly raised booth seating all down the one side along the wall - these are the best seats in the house IMHO. Service was super friendly and excellent- they knew the menu well and helped us order the best dishes. The fish tacos were sublime! The blue cheese walnut salad was heavenly. The kabobs were just sensational, served with a beautiful risotto. The stunning Peanut Butter Pie was just as good as the rest of the meal. It was rich and generously sized so perfect for sharing. We loved this place and everything about it! Highly recommended.

This is the first time I've been to Haute Quarter Grill and it was pretty awesome. Parking isn't the most convenient since it's situated downtown. It's an upscale steak house downtown. The atmosphere is great for dinner time. The staff were nice and went above and beyond. The seating and layout are spacious but provide the feeling of a private dinner. They seem to have a wonderful wine selection on a large floor-to-ceiling rack near the bar area. I posted a picture of the special which was fillet mignon, mashed potatoes with asparagus. Wonderfully prepared and presented. It's a wonderful option if you want to take family or a special someone out for a treat or celebration.

We were excited to have drinks and food after 49th State Brewery was absolutely packed with no bar seating. We sat at the bar and the bartender completely ignored us for 20 minutes while a local got his beer immediately after sitting down. We left and walked to Simon & Seaforts which was busy but had great bar service and FRIENDLY bartenders. The lesson we learned is that if an Alaskan bar is not busy, it is because of the service.

This place sounds like it would be a fine dining experience by the name and the storefront; however, it is a surprisingly casual establishment. This worked in my favor because I had been hiking all day and still had my boots on. This place has close to fine dining prices though. We had the halibut and chips and the daily special which was blackened fresh halibut with rice and a strawberry salsa. The food was great overall though the daily special seemed somewhat lacking in flavor for the price of $50. The presentation was great as well as the textures, freshness, and portion size. I don’t think it was blackened enough maybe? The flavor was like strawberry scented air. The halibut and chips however was excellent. It’s hard to go wrong with fried food but the batter was on point. The service was also top notch. Our waitress was knowledgeable and timed her follow ups well. We did not wait an unreasonable amount of time on our food. The main downside is the layout. If you don’t have a reservation, they put you in a “walk in” table or the bar. They are right next to each other. I do not really ever want to wrap up my day in close proximity to drunk people. We had to share our walk in table with another couple who only stayed for drinks. They eventually started making out with each other at the table. The couple at the other walk in table across from me were so drunk they were spilling the menus on the floor. The walk in tables have six chairs each which don’t leave much elbow room, so it was an uncomfortable experience.

Pretty good food. The T6 burger stood out because the beef patty was made of filet mignon and ribeye trimmings.

I liked this place a lot. I ordered the ribs with Mac and Cheese, most definitely did not disappoint. We did feel rushed though, the waitress said she had to "turn the table twice while open". But the food was amazing 💯💯💯

This is a must try if you are visiting Anchorage! My family and I decided to go here since it was on DDD and the food was incredible. The spicy chicken gnocchi and creole dip were our favorites. Our server was an absolute gem and was incredibly attentive and helpful, especially since we were unable to make reservations ahead of time (highly recommend getting a reservation though). The lemon drop cocktail is also delicious!

Great food, and staff. We were very excited to see they had gluten free beer and the waiter catered to our needs.

I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. After a long day of flying, I was so glad to have an excellent meal. My server was so pleasant, I enjoyed the atmosphere, and my entire meal hit all the right notes. The crab legs were reasonably priced, already split, and with the included sides was a well-portioned meal. I really enjoyed my chowder as well. It had a wonderful creamy consistency and great flavor. And the molten cake to end the night had the right combination of sweetness, deep chocolate flavor, and tartness from the raspberry sauce. Not to mention, it was perfectly gooey inside. Thanks so much for making my day.

Phenomenal service from Delores and delicious food and drinks. We had the salmon dip, king crab, filet mignon kabobs, and creme brulee. The salmon dip was our favorite.

Wow, first night in Anchorage and what a great it was. We started with raw oysters and fish tacos- I have never had oysters with that strawberry mix on top, it was delightful, the halibut in the fish tacos was so good we decided to stay with it and do the halibut and chips and man, what a treat. The halibut was cut into little bite sized nuggets, ensuring each bite could be equally amazing.
