They never pick up the phone they always hang up on you when you question them about the specials! Do not expect good customer service. Especially, when it snows outside in Alaska, because they employ from the bottom of the barrel, and they can not afford a pick up truck, essentially this leads to the conversation about the economic collapse of AMERICA!!

The Pizza Hut on Boniface suck, They don’t want to answer the phone. They always put me on hold and hang up on me ! Maybe you should not offer call in orders, if you don’t want to answer the phone and take an order. I understand the last hour being put on hold until you close and then hang up like they normally do me, but it’s only 9:39 pm. What the heck! It’s easier to call Best Buy and they don’t even have customer service.

I tried to order the Detroit style pizza from here twice, the first was terrible was just a regular pizza with sauce and that was it and was thinking it was probably just ingredient shortage so I didn’t worry to much about it, but I did it again and it’s the same thing, I tried to get my money back but they just hang up on me and transfer me to other places not even in state like what? But I would highly recommend not ordering from this specific place, also the breadsticks I got were cold and the marinara sauce was ice cold as well.

Went here for the first time and the dark haired young lady got my personal pizza wrong. There were multiple people waiting and I finally got mine after others who came in after me left before I did. Then got home to find out a got the wrong pizza and my food was cold and soggy. The dude who answered the phone though was able to give credit. It's the young lady that didn't get my order right.

First time I’ve ever ordered Pizza Hut and the last. I Ordered pizza and wings. Wings were good and the delivery was good. The pizza is inedible!! Tastes like it was in a fire. Heavy burnt smoky taste in everything. Like when you cook in a greasy, dirty oven. Crust was under cooked and couldn’t even pick it up without it falling apart. I would have eaten it with the under cooked crust, but that burnt flavor almost tasted like chemicals were infused into all of the toppings. Even brick oven pizza doesn’t have this burnt taste. Maybe clean your ovens???? I spent $28 on a pizza that we had to throw away. :(

Good pizza, fast delivery. Had just arrived from a day of flying, last flight was a monster 6 hr flight. We just wanted good food and to crash. Everything was exactly what we ordered, quicker than expected, and prepared well.

Just got a pizza from here delivered and it was awful. I love stuffed crust pizza but the last few times it has been very bad. This time was the worst I’ve ever had. First off, it was cold. This has been happening to me since they started using DoorDash drivers to deliver. Next, I put “please don’t undercook” in the special instructions because I’ve found that if I don’t put that, there’s a high likelihood that the pizza will show up undercooked: completely undercooked in the middle. Not sure if stuffed crust pizzas are particularly susceptible to this but doesn’t happen to me with any other pizza types. When the pizza arrived, it was not only cold but chewy, hard and dried out. There was no meltiness to the cheese and the crust was hard to bite through and chew. The toppings were completely dried out. To add insult to o jury, the store would not pick up the phone when I tried multiple times over a half hour period to call them. Very disappointed and disgusted with this business.

The general manager at this store tried to fight with me. Not only that also you was very foul language toward me with Threats He should not be a general manager. I have videos of him being all rude and disrespectful
