The apartments aren’t bad compared to what else is around in anchorage. The issue I had with them is when we moved out we had our place and carpets professionally cleaned. They still charged us for cleaning out of our deposit. Just one last chance to get some more money out of us I guess.

Want almost 2000 a month for small trailers in a neighborhood where so many people park on the street blocking others from backing out cleanly from their spots even though they claim to “tow” ppl who do. Don’t worry you won’t be towed HOWEVER you will need to drive very careful because they don’t maintain the roads in winter or break up and might mess up your car. Look at the roads right now! Little cars getting stuck left and right. They do this EVERY YEAR. My rent went from 1350 to 1800 over the course of 4 years and that’s because i was already living here. The same trailer is almost 2000 or more but they can’t enforce their own lease policies (unless your late or they see a car that hasn’t moved in a while, that they jump all over) or maintain the roads lol save your money look for a real house.

Rachael, Mackenzie, and Hannah by far gave me the best experience with any housing management. They're always positive and humourous making every visit a pleasant one! I have a lot of family who live in the Four Seasons location and have nothing but good things to say about them as well. Other companies need to take notes after these guys. The three of them know how to treat customers and tenants and make them feel appreciated. All of them deserve more praise and I'm very happy to have interacted with them!

I have lived here for over two years now and love it! The staff is great and helpful and so nice, and the lawns are taken care of at least twice a month and we have snow removal in winter. And we even have our own K9 security that patrol's every night. And there's never a day that I don't see an adorable dog being walked, and kids out playing and riding bikes. I feel safe and love my place and the neighbors are great and friendly.

We moved in late November and have been here for a week. I love my kitchen; it's a gas range with ventilation that feeds to the outside—really hard to find that in an apartment. We also love the island in the kitchen. The kitchen sink in our unit is shallow, on the small side, and came with the most generic faucet. After bringing it up to the staff, they're going to install a new faucet with a hose, making it easier to wash my hand-wash-only cookware. It felt very thoughtful. The refrigerator is on the small side at 15.4 cu. ft. (20 if you include the freezer). There's some space for a larger unit, so I'm uncertain if this is standard or just a temporary solution. I enjoy cooking a lot and receive fresh produce during the growing months, so I would consider it an inconvenience. The gas stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave all work well. While there aren't many drawers in the kitchen, I wouldn't necessarily see it as a drawback; it's just something to consider when planning storage. Shelves inside the cabinet are secured in place, so we couldn't remove any shelves to make room for our KitchenAid. We're currently shopping for a baker's rack for storage. I love the bathrooms—large-sized tubs, nice deep sinks, and water-efficient toilets that don't splash, resulting in less mess to clean. There are only cabinets in the bathrooms, no drawers, so we're having to rethink storage a bit, but I wouldn't consider it a negative. Our carpet was deep cleaned on move-in; I would call it very clean, but it's obvious that it's been around for a bit. Some spots are worn, with a lot of discoloration from cleaning jobs. We had some minor issues pop up on move-in; our heat stopped working in the evening, and maintenance was here in no time and fixed it right up. While here, he also fixed some loose bolts on the washer that were making noise and decided to straighten up a panel; I was very pleased. As mentioned with the carpet, there was a spot of bad wear and tear, but someone came by and repaired it within a week. Plenty of parking, with enough room to fit two cars. The trash can is picked up right in front of the unit. The location is great, near everything we need, including school and work. If I remember down the line, I'll try to update this post with the cost of my utilities and such to give everyone a better idea. I would recommend four seasons, especially for students due to location and bus routes.

I won't ever again. Lived in 3 different properties. Hardly upgraded. Charge too much and raise your rent significantly every year, I'm talking hundreds. They also lie to their tenants. Also, they bribe employees and tenants to leave good reviews. Beware of the good reviews!

management is sub par, we had an incident with mold and it took over 10 days for them to move us to a new unit. they’re increasing the rent by $600 this year, making this place unaffordable for the money you’d be spending. looks nice on the inside, but everything is cheaply made and there are not many amenities. keeping dogs on leash/supervised is not enforced. if you have young kids or a small dog i’d be weary, many people here attach their big dogs to the porch unsupervised.

I dont know what to say. As rent gets higher and higher am beginning to think it's time to move out and find more stable place to rent instead of high price rent. I know the economy is bad but you don't think of our struggles as well. No one listens even if we make our comments here. Worth a try just this once.
