In my opinion the management is terrible. The apartments are nice, they include all utilities which is great if you are on a fixed income.

This place is dangerous at night not safe

Apartments are huge with nice lay out. Lots of extra storage. Maintenance is responsive and they have after-hours as well. Management is very nice and they care about the property. They always have a full crew on site doing landscaping too. Carports are great!!,

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a place with worse management than this place. Literally!!! I have no idea how this place is still up and running -with as bad as the management is!! I wish there were something that could be done about it. (Like Better Business Bureau or something..but I don’t think there is..😩) The apartments are nice and I like how well-lit everything is. It’s in a fairly safe area, and everybody looks out for each other. (for the most part ) But the management makes the place disgusting!

Management is horrible and unfair which is disappointing. The place is nice and I like how it’s close to everything and the kids love it too but management really got to go!🫤
