Our child came here sense birth the doc we had was dismissive and not taking anything to heart we were saying after the second er trip I had to fight to get referrals thank god we found a place that listens was told by a doctor at acp that we were over reacting I’m sorry not breathing is a big issue (was told he would grow out of it ) in my opinion they are a shot factory they were more worried about shots then giving care. Also they shut off access to the medical records for our kids

Doctor's are great but unfortunately we will have to find a different place to go. This is not a doctor's office anymore, it's a social/political billboard. My kids' care from the staff and nurses has gone downhill, all the while they're putting so much effort into promoting and normalizing mental health issues. A doctor's office should not have "pins" with your preferred pronouns on display at the front desk as if it's normal. IT'S NOT NORMAL! IT'S A MENTAL HEALTH ISSUE! Do whatever you want in the exam room with your patients privately, but don't promote social issues at your front desk. And the questions they ask now are so stupid.. "what is the hardest part of parenting for you?" I am here to get medical advice and recommendations for my children and I can no longer trust these ya-hoos.

Used to love, but has just become an assembly line of get your shots and get out. I tried to have my daughter only get one vaccine at a time spread out over a longer period of time and I had to keep reminding them of the ones she already had and the ones she needed, even though they were looking at her chart. I corrected them several times. It's just not a good place for individualized care. Good for getting in quick and getting shots if that's all you need. They spend more time asking "social questions" than with you talking about the actual health of your child. Dr. Abernathy is a great doctor though.

Wonderful staff and doctors! My girls loved Dr. Ray, who performed very thorough exams and developmental screenings at their 1 and 4 year old well visits on the same day. They scheduled my children for a day and time that worked best with our schedule, and went above and beyond to ensure that visiting the office was as convenient as possible for our family. The staff was compassionate, child-friendly and patient as our 4 year old talked their ears off and asked for little cups of water. I was so impressed with everything about our visit. 10 out of 5 stars for this office and all staff members! Thank you all for a great experience! I can say with 100% confidence as a Pediatric clinician myself that I trust ACP with my children's care.

I was really pleased to get a same day appointment for my son who was sick for four days. Dr. Susannah Olnes was very professional and experienced in her field. She genuinely cares for her patients. The treatment she gave my son was very effective and I truly appreciate that she called the next morning to check on my little one. Please continue to provide excellent care for AK babies & their families. I also would like to express my gratitude to all the staff members who assisted us during our doctors visit.

This clinic is honestly the best one yet! I changed providers because I didn’t feel I was getting the best care for my kids and I’m so glad I did because not only was everyone so friendly but they were very professional and welcoming from the front desk to Dr. Banks! Thank you!! Can’t wait to recommend all my mom friends here! :D

Love this office. Been taking my kids since we moved here 6 years ago. All 3 have a primary care provider that works well for them and even if at times their primary isn't available someone else is and I've had zero issues with any one we've seen. Love the patient portal where I can write a message and get a timely response and they follow up to make sure the child is feeling better if it was a sick visit. Really couldn't ask for anything better if you ask me. Keep up the great work.

Everyone at ACP has been amazing! My son has always cried and cried during his check ups, but the nurses and Dr. Ray made him feel comfortable and even got a few smiles/laughs. I was shocked when he got vaccines today and they had toys ready for him to choose from! He immediately stopped crying and was totally fine afterwards. Dr. Ray spent a lot of time getting to know me and my son during our first visit. She took a thorough history, talked about milestones and what to expect next, answered any questions or concerns I had. She was wonderful. I’m looking forward to bringing by son back for his well checks every few months!
