Worst
experience
that
I
have
ever
had
at
a
store.
I
had
bought
a
Juicy
Couture
track
suit
for
my
girlfriend
to
wear
on
our
flight
to
Greece.
I
scheduled
it
for
in
store
pick
up.
I
proceeded
to
call
the
store
at
the
location
that
the
track
suit
was
going
to
be
shipped
to,
going
as
far
as
calling
3
times,
deliberately
making
sure
that
it
was
in
store
and
ready.
I
arrived
at
the
store
a
few
hours
before
my
flight
because
I
live
6
hours
away.
I
went
to
the
pick
up
and
that
is
where
I
met
"Ems".
She
was
incredibly
unfriendly
from
the
moment
we
walked
up
and
greeted
my
girlfriend
with
a
nasty
look
up
and
down.
She
continued
to
"where
is
the
email
proving
it
is
in
store
and
ready
for
pick."
I
explained
how
I
had
received
an
email
stating
my
order
would
be
ready
for
pick
up
on
October
14th.
It
was
Monday
October
17th,
and
that
was
why
I
called
several
times.
She
refused
to
check
the
back
even
after
I
explained
the
entirety
of
the
situation
so
I
had
to
leave
because
I
was
not
going
to
miss
my
flight.
Thirty-eight
(38)
minutes
later
I
received
the
emailing
saying
that
my
order
was
"all
ready
for
pickup!"
I
was
furious!
I
called
and
said
I
wanted
a
refund.
I
HAD
TO
CALL
12
TIMES
AND
WAIT
25
DAYS
BEFORE
I
GOT
MY
MONEY
BACK
AND
IT
WASN'T
EVEN
THE
FULL
AMOUNT!
I
don't
know
if
Ems
was
having
a
bad
day
or
what
but
I
guarantee
I
will
never
EVER
waste
my
time
or
money
in
a
JCPenney
store
EVER
AGAIN.
This
is
just
my
experience
with
placing
a
in-store
pick
up
at
the
5th
Avenue
Mall
JCPenney.
