Our family decided spur of the moment to do this Segeay tour versus the trolley. We were looking for a more active way of seeing Anchorage but not walking cause I didn't want to hear my boys ages 11 and 14 complaining. This was 1st time and we enjoyed it. Not only did we see the sites and hear some history, but we got to zip and zoom around the area. Our tour started with a tutorial, and Buzz was patient particularly with me. Then we headed to a river were we saw the salmon making a run up the river and then saw different areas of town with stops in between. Overall, it was a fun, interactive experience and I highly recommend it. Our tour guide even took pictures of us riding the Segway!

The Segways are so much fun! The tour was filled with fun facts and I got to see and learn things about Alaska and downtown that I didn't know; and I have lived here my whole life!

They are a wonderful group of people! We had some changes to our reservations and they worked great with us! Fun and informative guide. Made sure we are comfortable on the segways. Definitely a fun trip around Anchorage and learned new things!

Our segway tour was amazing. Grace was our guide, and she was knowledgeable and always checking on how we were doing. It was the 1st that I had been on a segway. It took me about 15 min to get comfortable, but once I did, it was easy to maneuver. The guide was so patient and helpful getting me acclimated to the segway. They deserve 10 stars

This was simply awesome. The training was quick and easy. Duncan was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable. We had a really good time and plenty of photo op stops.

This is a fun and interesting way to spend a morning or afternoon in Anchorage! Mary & Buzz make the experience fun! We enjoyed the Alaska Earthquake Video, Segway tour and the salmon fishing experience! Our tour guide, Grace, was lovely! She was well informed helpful on the segways and made the time go by fast! Lots of interesting sites! Take the tour!!

Grace was amazing! So much fun. The tour was informative and fun. She even took pics for us. Make sure this is on your list of things to do. 😉

My husband and I took the Downtown Anchorage Adventure Tour. Grace greeted us at the door and spent some time getting to know us and explaining the tour as well as the short films that were available to see in the theater room. We watched the Aurora Borialis film along with the Earthquake and safety film. We actually learned a lot from each of the films which made our Segway experience even better. Lee was our Tour guide and she was awesome!!! She made sure that we understood how to operate the Segway, get on and off safely, make turns, stop and go up and down hills safely. She was patient and encouraging. She shared lots of great history with us on the City of Anchorage made sure to make brief stops so that we could really appreciate the history and views around us. It was one of absolute best tours that we took over the course of our two week vacation. We loved it so much that we would take the same tour again just to hear and see everything again. we can’t say enough wonderful things about Lee and her tour guide expertise! If you book a tour we would recommend you ask for Lee although I’m sure all the tour guides are great! This is a must do activity! So fun!! Fun bear helmets are optional! We did see Star the reindeer but he was pretty tired and was taking a nap when we stopped by. 😀

Reece was our tour guide, he was funny, knowledgeable, and laid back. We had a great time doing the Segway tour and my husband that has nerve damage in his feet, plus minor balance issues was able to learn the Segway. I’d definitely do this activity again!

Great tour! Takes you down to the train station to the coast line. It was long enough I was good at riding and long enough I was ready to get off whem we where done. The coolest part was stopping by Star the reindeer and getting to talk with Albert! Recommend this tour 100% nick was a great tour guide ask for him if he is available.

We had a great guide. Reese was very nice and fun. We did the tire in the rain and it was still a great tour. Great route.

This is a "Must Do" if you have some free time while visiting Anchorage (or if you live here). Mary took great care of us and Nick our guide was excellent. Knowledgeable, entertaining and a great teacher.

We did a tour of Anchorage after a 10 day cruise tour, and thought this would be a fun thing to do and see the city, and did they deliver. Nick was the perfect guide informative, fun, and very knowledable. There where 6 of us and we had a blast, a perfect way to end a great vacation. Highly recomend you look at this option, we had several members in our group that had never ridden a segway and had a blast, and had no problem riding the segway. Just allot of fun.

We had a wonderful time with Adam. He was fun, knowledgeable and took us to some wonderful spots. He was even able to calm the nerves of one of our party who was absolutely petrified at the outset, so much so that she wanted to do it again at some point during our upcoming cruise. Thanks Adam for a memorable and fun afternoon!!!

We did the Anchorage Air Museum Segway tour and loved it. Fabulous guidesNick and Reese were very knowledgeable and safe.

This was way more fun than I could have ever expected. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and very patient with me and my wife as it was our first time. She was a great teacher about the Segway. She was also a great guide throughout the city of anchorage. She gave us some great tips of things to do and see along the way. One of my favorite things we did in anchorage

If I could give 10 stars I would. Buzz was a fun and engaging guide. Mary on the office was super accommodating. We did the Lake Hood tour on our way to Valdez. They helped us arrange storage of our luggage while we toured the museum after our Segway tour. The Segway tour was awesome fun for our entire group. Loved everything about it!!
