I
was
looking
forward
to
my
appointment
the
following
day
until
the
girl
whom
I
dealt
with
over
the
phone
gave
me
all
the
reasons
not
to.
I
have
never
experienced
such
unprofessional
and
rude
behavior
from
anyone
in
this
field
before.
Was
asked
to
provide
half
of
the
total
due
within
3
hours
either
in
person
or
by
depositing
the
$
into
someone's
bank
account
since
I
was
a
new
customer..
ok
.
No
problem...
I
tried
to
explain
to
the
lady
that
I
live
2
hours
away
and
I'm
unable
to
do
business
online
at
this
time
and
was
hoping
she
can
take
a
credit
card.
The
credit
card
wasn't
an
option
neither
was
the
in
person
one.
Had
to
call
around
to
my
friends
to
see
if
anyone
can
help
me
out
while
I
gave
them
the
cash
and
they
can
do
the
online
transfer.
We
were
approaching
the
3
hours
limit.
Luckily
found
a
friend
who
can
help.
We
were
having
difficulty
transferring
the
money
because
the
instructions
given
did
not
match
our
options
online.
Called
a
few
times
to
try
and
get
the
young
lady
(hard
for
me
to
call
her
a
lady
after
her
rude
behavior)...
The
time
was
at
exactly
the
3
hour
mark
and
I
was
trying
to
explain
to
her
the
problems
we
were
facing
and
that
I
didn't
want
to
miss
my
appointment.
She
refused
to
listen
to
anything
I
was
saying
and
proceeded
to
tell
me
that
anyone
who
calls
this
many
times
she
doesn't
want
as
a
client
Did
I
just
hear
correctly??
Yes
I
did
because
she
was
on
speaker
phone
and
my
friend
couldn't
believe
what
just
transpired.
I
will
never
step
foot
in
this
place
nor
will
I
recommend
it
to
anyone!!
I
chose
this
place
due
to
the
reviews
online
but
after
dealing
with
this
person
I
have
no
desire
to
ever
give
this
business
any
of
my
hard
earned
money
and
would
rather
wait
a
few
days
and
go
to
a
place
where
you
are
treated
with
respect
and
not
spoken
to
as
a
child.
