I was looking forward to my appointment the following day until the girl whom I dealt with over the phone gave me all the reasons not to. I have never experienced such unprofessional and rude behavior from anyone in this field before. Was asked to provide half of the total due within 3 hours either in person or by depositing the $ into someone's bank account since I was a new customer.. ok . No problem... I tried to explain to the lady that I live 2 hours away and I'm unable to do business online at this time and was hoping she can take a credit card. The credit card wasn't an option neither was the in person one. Had to call around to my friends to see if anyone can help me out while I gave them the cash and they can do the online transfer. We were approaching the 3 hours limit. Luckily found a friend who can help. We were having difficulty transferring the money because the instructions given did not match our options online. Called a few times to try and get the young lady (hard for me to call her a lady after her rude behavior)... The time was at exactly the 3 hour mark and I was trying to explain to her the problems we were facing and that I didn't want to miss my appointment. She refused to listen to anything I was saying and proceeded to tell me that anyone who calls this many times she doesn't want as a client Did I just hear correctly?? Yes I did because she was on speaker phone and my friend couldn't believe what just transpired. I will never step foot in this place nor will I recommend it to anyone!! I chose this place due to the reviews online but after dealing with this person I have no desire to ever give this business any of my hard earned money and would rather wait a few days and go to a place where you are treated with respect and not spoken to as a child.

My experience was excellent. Trudy-ann is a professional, extremely knowledgeable and excellent at what she does. She made me feel comfortable and encouraged me through the process. I am so pleased with the results and service .

This was just as expressed on their website. I got there a minute late because I lost track of the time and I could see she was upset because she hardly greeted me but when the process began, she was quick and comforting to educate me on the process of waxing, my expectations etc. She was extremely professional and even though this was my first time, and it was a bit uncomfortable, it turned out extremely amazing and the results was breath taking. Would definitely recommend and I will be following up with my appointment.

Very unprofessional. I was there past 10:30 and they weren't even open. Their opening time is said to be 10...what a waste of my time. EDIT: I understand that you were performing a service on a client. However you came out and saw me, turned around and went back inside...you could've at least taken a minute of your time to explain the situation and ask me to come back again.

By far, the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life!!! If you are someone who is okay with someone talking down on you and disrespecting you then it’s the perfect place for you. Oh and I can’t comment on the service cause she took my down payment and after arguing with me about not reading some fine details she did not provide a service.
