There is a River view but seats are fully reserved when we visited. Nice ambience. They provided English menu. The bread is warm and crunchy. They provided a second serving upon request. Sangria is just average. Cuttlefish and angus beef are soft and delicious. risotto is a little too salty and has some cheese in it (so give it a missed if you are not a cheese person). It’s a higher tier restaurant (both food/service quality and price).

The one star is for the staff who has multi language skills and being polite. Regarding to the food, octopus was well cooked, seasoning was basic and lacking of the octopus taste “itself”. It’s really plain compared to the price and the type of restaurant. I would expect higher or higher quality of the seafood. Sangria has 4 big chunks of ice cubes which contained much less liquor in it and cost 7.5€. The worst was there were 3 people at upwind and smoking. Even the ashes came to my plate with the wind. The staff should have asked those smokers to move other tables instead staff came asks me if I would like to change the seat. If I am not wrong, by the law it’s prohibited to smoke in the terrace even and outdoor area at the restaurant/bar/cafe. This has ruined the whole meal and experience. I would not recommend the food nor the place. To reply to you from your answer, First of all, The other guests were sitting on the first table of upwind site Doesn’t matter where we change the table, wind would bring the smoke and ashes to everyone. Second, we arrived first and again I think it should be the smoker who should move to somewhere at the very end of downwind. What you said are just excuses! Regarding to the smoking regulation, let’s see what will the authorities do on what you meant smoking is acceptable at your terrace!

Fantastic cuisine. We sampled many dishes and polished all but the last plate, we were so satisfied. Even the bread was exceptional. They offer the menu in Spanish and English, and our server did speak English though we were capable in Spanish. The menu is marked with dietary preferences and allergens. Which was a relief for me who cannot consume dairy. There is something for everyone here. Be sure to let the staff know you are enjoying the food!

An absolutely phenomenal meal. We had a special dish with rice and beef that was beyond comparison. So delicious and tender. The croquettes of curry chicken, vegetables and shrimp were also amazing. My favorite meal in the last 8 days of Spain.

This place was amazing!! We're vegetarian and had the truffle risotto and another tomato stew sort of dish. Both were incredible. Sangria delicious ❤️ Also... The cheesecake!!!! You have to have the cheesecake. Honestly one of the best cheesecakes I've had in my life 😍

Taco Sanlucar - literal taco shell made of prawns - interesting experience and surprisingly delicious Tosta Tarifa - soy diced tuna on toast. Nothing much can go wrong. Beef Medallion was amazing! Perfect char. Risotto Setas was really good, rich and warm - perfect for a cold evening. Service was good, prompt and warm. Only thing is that the food is a lil too salty for me, but have come to realise that most of the food is Spain is just a bit on the saltier side. 10/10 great place will come back.

Where to start? We saw pics online and decided to come for lunch on our last day in Sevilla and it did NOT disappoint! The service from Pepe (server) to the greeter and kitchen, to the lady who took our reservation were all SO friendly. It was honestly the best meal we’ve had in Andalucía in the last two weeks. The atmosphere is so nice compared to the city hustle, the food is made with love and the establishment is very nice. 20/10 would recommend!

If the weather is right try to sit on the promenade - watch the boats go by and locals out for a stroll with their dogs. Octopus, tuna tartare - excellent. Friendly, helpful staff. Good place to have a few beverages, enjoy the shade and let the world go by.

Best food and service we have had on our trip to Seville - would 1000% recommend! Pepe was so friendly and attentive. We had the croquettes to start which were incredible, followed by octopus and beef medallions. Both were out of this world tasty! We finished off strong with the torrija pudding which was melt in the mouth amazing. This place is in a different league to central Seville and totally worth a short stroll across the river to Triana. I’d return in a heartbeat if ever back in Seville.

Had the most delicious dinner here, food was amazing, really fresh and clearly well sourced in terms of ingredients. The menu was insane (I could’ve eaten it all!). Staff really made me feel welcome and I’d eat here again without a doubt. Also get the pistachio cake for dessert - I will be dreaming about this for a long time!

Amazing neighborhood restaurant by the river. What we enjoyed the most was the quality of the food. Everything we ordered was delicious. The tuna tartar toast was incredible, also the giozas, the tomato salad, the prawns, the risotto, etc. Reasonably priced. The atmosphere was relaxed in a quiet area with views to the river. Excellent service too. We didn't have to wait much for our food and the waiters paid close attention to our group bringing everything we asked promptly to our two tables. We'll come back!

5 is not enough for this place!! I am so amazed by the food, the attention, the environment! I usually try to find the best food in town, and this has exceeded my expectations. I want to come back for the rest of the days that I have left in Sevilla!!

Amazing “Salmorejo”. Really nice food. A must go in the city for tapas. The only thing we didn’t like so much was the sangria, as it was too strong and too sweet.

This is the best restaurant in Sevilla, the best service and the food is spectacular. My favourites, the morcilla, the patatas bravas and the adobo fish are the best!!

Exzellentes Restaurant. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Delicious dishes at very reasonable prices and right next to the river shore. A great discovery, will repeat soon! The service was also great. The waiters were kind and helpful. The place is nicely decorated and clean.

Wonderful experience - everything was fresh, tasty and full of savour. Risotto cardilla, pan bao Cardilla , pulpo al bras, gioza were just perfect. The service is very good too. Waiters are friendly, available and very efficient. Last but not least the terrace has an amazing view on the Rio + parasol and shadow from trees. I will for sure come back again <3

Lovely location, kind staff and tourist friendly as they have a menu in English. They did not find my WhatsApp reservation, but were accommodating all the same. Ordered the mushroom risotto, unfortunately it was not a well balanced dish and was way too salty. Perhaps the truffle could have been used more expertly; using an expensive ingredient does not guarantee a meal will taste good, it should be in harmony with the rest of the dish. I was also charged for bread, which was not expensive, but I didn't order it or eat much of it... Most places give it complimentary. There are cheaper places that are better value. Sorry chef, not for me!

The food was ok. I really enjoyed the prawn fritters. Risotto was average. Service was friendly but only spoke Spanish. Bill for 4 tapas and 2 drinks came to €16.70

La Barca de Calderón - very cozy, fun cafe / restaurant, front line, with nice river views. Very tasty food. Professional and friendly staff. Helpful service. Space both inside and on the terrace. Recommended.

The quickest I’ve ever been served in my life, and watching other tables it was the same. Food isn’t rushed though and is carefully prepared! Clean bathrooms, great view, and really cool vibe inside. Recommend coming because I’ll be coming again next time I’m in Seville!

We had dinner hereon our last night and it couldn’t have been more delicious and we loved the river setting. We were served by Diego who was excellent, talking us through the menu in English and generally being v efficient. We finished with the baked cheese cake! So good.

Great service and the food was excellent. All with that special touch to make it something you’ve not tried before. We had some amazing Verdejo to complement the experience. It’s on the river which adds a lovely view to appreciate throughout.

Some of the most delicious fine dining Spanish food you can have while in the city, I have tried many others and nothing comes close. It is the perfect location in Triana right on the river with a beautiful view and environment. The staff is very tentative and responsive, and their primary goal is making sure everyone is having a good time and is comfortable. Definitely a must visit place if you have not tried.

👍👍 Top-notch unpretentious tapas, served as from a deli counter - and amazingly good for just off the main shopping stretch. A good option for lunch or an early evening snack. The octopus salad was generously-sized and perfectly tender. Drinks were refreshing and cold. Atmosphere was jolly and local....
