Very unfriendly staff, who doesn't want to help.

Customer care is very very bad. I bought CABINE BLACK2 witch cost 599€ + 50€ For delivery and on Monday when I open one of black glass is broked and next morning being to brico planit and try to explain my problem but no one speak English. I was wondering because when bought they all speak English I am not first time last 10 years I am regular customer here sometime for my company or sometime for my home. Today come again and ask and again and there told me I have to pay 295 for just one glass and wait 2 to 3 weeks. Unbelievable.

I did not recomend this market. Workers are not friendly, most of them act like racisst. I really didnt like it. they didnt solve our problem. We were thinking to buy many things, but now unfurtunatelly we will not. Now ı am going to ikea to buy same things. At leest, they are friendly and kind. Unlike brico workers.

Great DIY store. It is well located, it has a big parking where you can always find a close spot to the store. Inside, everything is organized, sections are well divided and marked. Prices are very reasonable compared to other big companies. There also is a Drive-In where you can buy materials in big quantities or other things you don’t find inside the store.

The place is good. I don't know anything about the prices, but it is reasonable and the staff is friendly

It's a Brico. Plaques, saws, screw, pipes ... It was neat and tidy. The drive in works very well. There is enough room to drive around. Basically, you take everything you need (gravel, sand, bricks...) then head to the exit where you are controlled and billed accordingly. Very easy! The only downside was one employee who was not professional. He saw us with planks and did not told us they don't cut them! He only told us when I asked him where the guy was since we rang the bell 15 minutes ago. Plank are quite cheap (5€ for 130×18×300). Near the exit, there is 4 saws that are free to use. So, we were able to cut our plank so they fit into the car.

Last Saturday I've been returning some items to Brico Plan-it. After taking my voucher I've checked for some other things I needed and I've lost the voucher in the store. It was quite a large amount of money and it was found by one of the staff members on the floor and they have kept. Needles to say that when I was about to pay I got pretty nervous since I couldn't find it. My partner looked for it in the whole store and the staff that found the voucher returned it. So i wanted to thank the entire personnel and to my boyfriend. :) Great service :)

Friendly staff, a little pricey compared to Gamma for instance; After the owner's remark let me precise: I find the wood at gamma better value than Brico
