    They are not open until 11pm on Saturday. We just stopped by at 10 pm, while calling. Seen the boy holding the phone and when we swung thru the drive thru he was mopping while talking with another worker. It’s fine just need to change their hours or answer the phone.

    Delicious as always. It is hard do get into the dining area... the last few times we have stopped in they have had it closed because they are short-staffed, but the drive thru remains open, the service pretty quick, the employees friendly, and most importantly, the donuts are usually fresh & amazing. Try to stop in when the Hot sign is on for Donuts that will absolutely melt in your mouth.

    When visiting Anderson SC, we always stop on the way home to grab a box. Staff are super sweet, friendly, and helpful.

    A great way to end a day. Handicap parking and clean bathrooms and fresh donuts served daily. Staff is nice and they do have inside seating. This location has helped local firefighters in the past so they got my business!! Look for the hot and ready light for a hot fresh donut and download the app for even better perks.

    Awful. The girl lied about being there alone. Asked us to pull up even though we ordered a half dozen original donuts and a drink and there was no one behind us. They kept forgetting what we ordered. Took 30 mins. I'm only giving 2 stars cause they gave me a free extra half dozen

    I don't eat Krispy Kreme often, so I wasn't aware of the 'Hot N Ready' status. I arrived and placed my order at the drive-thru. Staff was friendly, order was filled quickly. My oversight, but expected warm donuts to share with co-workers.

    I thought they still gave a free dozen during your birthday. Wrong! Very disappointed. Drove 40 miles to only get 3 free. But they were delicious. As were the 2 chocolate covered one's were.

    We went through the drive thru ordered 2 hot and ready because light was on .Once we got them they was not fresh we was very disappointed. WE also ordered one raspberry one and a Boston cream ones.The guy said we got to extra ones because they was small of the hot and ready which was cold and not what we expected to get.

    We ordered a mocha and caramel ICED COFFEE and 2 dozen glazed donuts. We arrived at the pick up window and the gentleman had hot coffee waiting for us. When I told him we ordered iced coffee he said no we ordered hot coffee. So, then he said we will just pour the coffee over ice. It was like watered down coffee. We were disappointed in the customer service.

    All of the workers had the best energy and best attitudes when I went in tonight! It’s obvious they all get along well and love their jobs! Fantastic customer service! Everyone in there was working hard and had a smile on their face! Should out to Jeremy for going above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of!

    I called ordered in got there to pick them up they said they didnt know i called in so they didnt have my order ready then fixed my doughnuts got to work and the order was wrong and the doughnuts was horrible they looked like rocks

    Where do I start?!?! There is never anything better than a Krispy Kreme! Staff are kind. Would like to see them offering more Hot and Nows. They only seem to offer once a day. And, they quickly run out on special offer days.

    I ordered 2 blueberry cake doughnuts and one original glazed. I opened the box after pulling from the window and noticed I received a plain traditional doughnut with no glaze. I turned around and informed cashier Anthony (per receipt) that I wanted the original glaze. My receipt also states original glaze. He said okay but you said traditional. I said no I said glaze and my receipt says that as well. He said well that’s how it rings up for a traditional. Doesn’t make sense to me but either way he came back with the glaze doughnut and held it up and proceeds to chastise me that the next time I should be more clear. Excuse me. My receipt and my words both were glaze. I asked for a manager to contact and then Virgil the team lead comes to the window to ask what I needed. He basically said the customer is not always right and that he had no contact information for the owner other than his name. He was not rude but my problem is the challenge of what I know I said. Maybe the customer is not always right but it’s mighty strange that my request and receipt matched but what I received did not. Honestly Anthony could have handed the correct doughnut without the added comments and kept a sale but I asked and received a refund because while again the customer may not alway be right as a customer I do have choices. I can choose not to spend money at a place that patronizes me for their mistake.

    Did not have the product I went in for. I was told they would have it about 8 hours later the same day. I waited then set out completely across town against the time they gave me only to be told that maybe they will have it tomorrow. Bad business practices. I won’t be back

    Place has no customer service waiting on line for 20 minutes and was told they were closed. Light on sign at the street still shows open after 10 pm. Virgil employee has no customer service skills at all just hangs up on customers.

    You know you can’t beat how amazing these are. Tiny donuts too! The three year old loves them. The door said the lobby wasn’t open until 12, and I showed up at 11 (it was 12/26) and someone came and waved me in. My daughter loved it. Super friendly staff and great service.

    Their donuts are always fresher than the Greenville location. Wish the glazed creme filled like the jelly filled would return. They do offer an original glazed with creme as an option😃

    While the doughnuts are good and fresh. This location will do whatever it takes to avoid giving any kind of discount or letting you use any kind of coupon. We had a coupon and first oh I think it's fake I ask well can you just scan to see " oh well our scanner is broken." Really? Unreal!

    Most awful experience last night the guy taking our order at the drive thru took our order. When we arrived to pay they didn't even take our order the guy at the window was so confused and we had to re order and they ran out of everything no fresh doughnuts were made and some of the doughnuts were mini. Also the guy at the window was sick no gloves on. Will not be back. Hopefully they will get these flaws resolved. 0 star rating

    On December 1st, 2023, around 1040-1045 am, I entered Krispy Kreme to pick up a dozen donuts. I got in line behind 2 ladies, one being rang up and one waiting behind her. The lady at the register and I then became second in line, at the singular register/till opened. It took about 5-7 minutes to take care of the girl in front of me. A lady walked in well after me and had a lady help her at the counter. Way off away from the register being used this morning. While the cashier was ringing up the lady in front of me, the other lady got the third customers order. The NOT cashier took the ladies order behind me, took it to the register, rang it up, and both ladies acknowledged I was in line and hadn’t been helped. The cashier then looked at me, looked past me, and told the lady to come around me and skip me to ring up. So at this point I’ve been in line for almost 10 minutes, haven’t had a word said to me, wasn’t asked if i could be skipped in line, and have a customer just come around me to skip me in line. WHAT kind of customer service is that? You review the videos and tell me what i did wrong. Why the employees thought I didn’t matter but every one else around me did? My background includes 10 years as a GM in retail and 10 years in the military. I understand proficiency and efficiency over customer satisfaction and business needs, but this was absolutely ridiculous. I then called the store later that day and left my complaint with a manager and said they would escalate it to the General Manager and the Owner. Its been 3 weeks and no call back from either. I will be contacting corporate and leaving a review within the local Anderson facebook page as well. A simple call back from the Owner or General Manager could’ve solved this, or maybe the cashier ringing me in my order in line.
