We booked an overnight stay here while on business in the City. The Inn looked recently remodeled , updated and modern. The lobby was both welcoming and spotless. Front desk staff were pleasant and efficient, making check- in and check- out a breeze. Ample parking, well lit and secure, even the parking lot was clean! We stayed in a double, the beds were comfortable, clean with plenty of pillows. The bathroom was oversized, making it easy for two people to be in it at same time if needed. Hot water on demand and water pressure was superb. A full length mirror, iron, hair dryer, closet & hangers, desk, chairs, blackout curtains, refrigerator w/freezer, microwave, coffee pot, ice bucket, all cups individually wrapped & sealed a bonus! Best complimentary breakfast ever! Toast, bagels, coffee, tea, orange juice, iced tea, cereals, fresh fruits, yogurt, waffles, butter, syrup, milk, half & half, jelly, peanut butter, sugar, sweetener, plenty of dining space. They nailed it! Walk out the front entrance and turn left and walk five yards to Chili's Restaurant & Bar. L. Turner

Service was good and staff was friendly. The hotel is close enough to the highway which is a bonus but far off from public transit to Boston area. The room was damp and there were sign of moisture on some surfaces. Door was not cutting sound at all and we could very well ear everyone in the hallway. Breakfast is typical but bland.

I have stayed here several times recently and came away satisfied. The hotel itself, as well as the rooms, were clean, comfortable, and attractive, with nice amenities. The staff were professional and helpful. Location is great, next to I-93 and having two restaurants right next door. On one of my stays the noise level (loud tv in lobby, guests talking in hallways, doors banging) interfered with sleeping. (The other stay was quieter when I had a room farther away from the stairs, elevator and lobby.) On my second stay the shower backed up and the sink faucet was loose and sprayed water. Also there were no soaps/shampoos. So kind of a mixed experience - but overall the hotel is decent and reasonably priced.

I love this hotel! The beds and rooms were nice and comfortable. The hotel is clean and has a nice pool. Check-in was easy and everything was clean and comfortable. They had a good selection for the complimentary breakfast, including waffles, eggs, sausage links, cereal, yogurt and bagels. Only thing I would say is that breakfast could be a little later. It's over at 8:30. It would be nice to have at least until 9 or 9:30.

5 star to the staff very dedicated personnel. I appreciate your hospitality. The hotel is in need of an updated it is starting to look obsolete, and decade outdated colors and dark.

The price of rooms fluctuate at a high rate. The room is cleaned only once in 3 days. They say the breakfast is from 7 to 10 or even 11 but close at 9:00. The shower from upstairs room leaks from the roof in our bathroom and they take 3 days to clean after 4 reminders. Still waiting to see if I can get a discount for it. Definitely will not recommend.

Back again and as always never disappointed with this place. Great customer service. The older lady that checked us in made everything so heartwarming. Thank you!

I travel for business and visited many hotels and the reviews from some people I don’t understand. This hotel is clean and great area with chili’s restaurant next door and plenty of parking to accommodate setup. It’s a nice remodeled hotel with warm perfect breakfast with eggs sausage bagels toast waffle juices and coffee. Staff is super helpful and friendly. The lady at breakfast was working to make sure it was clean and filled. Great linens towels with hot water and good pressure. Love the size of rooms was big with double beds. No complains and will sure be back when in the area again! Was comfortable sleep and stay!

Wish it were closer to Dana Faber.. but it's a beautiful clean room. The staff are all so great! It'd be nice to have it all, like shuttles into Boston... especially since they are such a great bunch here!

Needed a place to stay that was near Boston and New Hampshire. The service was quick and friendly. The lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas. The double queen room was clean and smoke free. Finally a smoke free room that doesn't smell like smoke. We had a nice quiet stay. The free breakfast was quite nice and fresh options. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice room, only downsides were the tub drain was blocked so it filled up when taking a shower and the shampoo & bodywash bottles were just about empty! TV remote didn't work but otherwise the room was clean, bed was comfortable and it was an overall good experience.

I had high hopes checking into this hotel. I was instantly brought to reality when I saw my room. The door for the room was flimsy and felt unsecure. There were still hand prints on the headboard of the bed from the previous tenants and the shelf in the coat closet was hanging off ready to fall at ant moment. At night is when I really learned how thin the walls are. Anyone walking through the hallway was heard as clearly as if they were in the room with us. As far as location, it was nice to have a gas station and a chili's in walking distance. However the location also lead to an experience where someone was drunkenly walking into random guests rooms and the police had to get involved. Would not recommend

Basic accommodations, but clean with a comfortable bed. The bedding and bath towels were clean. The bathroom, refrigerator and microwave were clean. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Check in and check out was quick and easy. They offered a decent breakfast at the hotel. We only stayed for one night because we were in town for a Red Sox game, but we would definitely recommend this La Quinta Inn and Suites if you are visiting Boston.

This is one of the worst hotels I've stayed in, in a while. It's run down, no service help. We discovered our bed had what looked like either dog hair or men's leg hair. The ceiling is peeling layers of paint. The carpet looks like it hadn't been vacuumed in months. Just a dump of a place. Bed are really old and very uncomfortable. There are very.old mattress pads on these beds. I'm totally grossed out by this )a Qunita. I would not return to this hotel.

Not a terrible hotel, but a bad value compared to the others in the area. Service was pretty bad. I stood unacknowledged many times at the front desk, we didn’t have hand soap in the room, and when we asked about a tub drain stopper, they promised to have a maintenance person supply one while we were gone—but didn’t. The breakfast wasn’t bad, but it’s really heavy on empty carbs. Fruit was only offered one of two mornings we stayed. The rooms are comfortable and clean enough, but noisy. Especially at the end of the hallway near the laundry area is really loud all night. And the rooms themselves have quite thin walls with a pretty noisy clientele you can hear walking down the hallways. I stayed at another hotel right up the road on our last night in Andover and the contrast in facilities and service was really striking. So, seek other alternatives, if you can.

The room was very big. Everything was clean in it as well. The hotel has some nice aminities such as a pool and a gym. The gym is a bit lacking for leg days, but other than that, I didn't have much of a complaint. The breakfast was average, although the coffee wasn't to nice, smelt a bit burned, but it was absolutely fine. Internet had an okay speed. YouTube worked fine whilst connected to it. The location didn't have much of a choice of restaurants, if one doesn't want to drive. Despite being close to the Interstate, the noise wasn't hearable in my room. I'll gladly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was dirty. The hallways had garbage sitting outside doors. We were told they would not come in and clean our entire stay of 4 days that if we needed extra towels, we needed to go to the desk. The mattresses had no protective mattresses covers. In my opinion, I feel like this hotel also houses people of need and possibly, for that reason, does not provide housekeeping services. Im not picky, but we left early.

It was very clean and the staff was kind! The room we had was super quite and a nice size. The breakfast was what you would expect at a free buffet but we enjoyed the fruit and free coffee. It was a little drive from Boston but super close to NH so we enjoyed the best of both!

Room was nice , a little displeased in finding long hairs in the bathroom sink and on a towel . Had a decent breakfast , really liked the waffles , you make your own.

The AC worked sporadically. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bottles mounted to the show wall. There was a cockroach in the drawer of the dresser. If you're staying for business and expect to get work done in the evening I hope you're planning to use your own mobile hotspot for internet, because it took over a minute for THIS webpage to open so I could leave a review. There isn't much in the way of food options nearby (a Chilis shares the parking lot, but not a lot else if you're staying for more than a day or two.) I tried to have a package delivered and had to pick it up from Fed Ex because the receptionists at the front desk notoriously refuse to sign for packages.

I had a wonderful stay at La Quinta. The check-in associate was friendly and efficient; the room was huge and comfortable; and the breakfast was filling. I enjoyed having a late breakfast hours on the weekend, too. I highly recommend the hotel.

Located right off the interstate just outside the Boston beltway, actually only 10-minutes from The Mall at Rockingham Park in NH. Breakfast was excellent each day. Rooms were clean and everything worked. 2 restaurants beside the hotel along with a gas station. Indoor pool and laundry facilities.

The room was clean other than that the girl working the front desk today was super rude and unprofessional made my stay go from a 9 to a complete 0. I told housekeeping I needed 10 more min to gather my stuff for check out & the lady at the front desk calls room very unprofessional and rude saying we need to get out right away, I stay at la Quinta all the time this is the first time I ever experience this. Super upset and I had children with me not acceptable especially paying for your hotel room.
