One of the scariest experience I had ever when I came to this hospital with my daughter whose oxygen level was going down. We literally got scared in between when her health was going down and by seeing the behaviour of the staff in this hospital i took the decision to leave as quickly as possible from their and went to Rajagiri Hospital. I should say Najath management should learn what is humanity and learn how systematic and structured Rajagiri Hospital staffs are, starting from security to nurses or doctors. Worst experience ever! From Staff to security from Najath hospital.They got a rude attitude. Not attendive and no humanity. Please dont ever think to visit this "HELL" place called Najath Hospital. SHAME ON YOUR MANAGEMENTS AND STAFFS.

Pathetic service in one word. They don't have any idea how to behave and handle the patients. They even don't follow their own system. I went to Ortho dept. and was very disappointed. At last I could not even consult the doctor at my prescribed token number and had to come back. Atleast got the X-ray copy for which I paid so that I can consult a much better specialist. Never go there.

DOV: Multiple times over a month from 10th Sept 2017. If you r looking for a budget hospital with really good doctors, Najath hospital is best, esp if you are staying near to Aluva. Friendly and knowledgeable doctors, good nursing staffs and patient friendly rules of the hospital is really welcoming. If you are an existing patient, you can even see your doctor on Sundays which is really a plus. I have personal experience with ortho, Dr Riyadh and paediatric, Dr Sajith and both r excellent. Also met Azeez doctor, who is the owner, several times who considers charity over money.

Skin specialist Smitha poulose behaviour was very rude and worst to us.What she think of herself we paid for her appointment and medicines .Her attitude and talking style is like am her staff ..She just spoiled my day

Consulted gynaecologist & ent doctors both were good. The reception is vey poor, taking too much time for op, and also in pharmacy they are wasting time.

Pharmacy nurses are so disappointing and wasting our time .... And when our chance comes to pay the bill they will say we dont have change and doesn't give the change back ....

Najath super speciality hospital is one of the best hospital in aluva. The doctors and the staff are very cordial and patient. They provide good diagnosis and best treatment. They got good services, experienced doctors.I am glad that our family choose this hospital and got such a great services. There staff is really friendly. The hospital is neat and clean and beds are also clean.

The doctors may be good but the nursing care is below par.so if you are going to get admitted better think twice. Note: one nurse with a bad attitude towards the patient is enough to damage the reputation of the nursing staff.

Skin doctor Smitha Paulose is very unprofessional .I had the treatment to remove warts and now it looks very bad and scars are there. She was doing like somehow to finish and attend another patient... She charged high from me and I think even a beautician can do better than this.

Irresponsible staffs and Night duty doctor easily judging patients even if they are sick. I didn't feel the professionalism in them and were acting like " see I'm the doctor here! " . Arogyalayam is far much better than this .

Never give vaccination for your baby in this hospital.(In this Covid time).We cared our baby so much in this Covid time.Unfortunately we took our baby to this hospital for vaccination.Doctor refered us to pharmacy to bring the vaccine.I bought the vaccine,Doctor was not there,so the nurse adviced us to take my baby to the casuality for vaccination.I was not at all happy.but still we took our baby to the casuality.There the nurse said father should not enter,Mother is enough..I thought ok she is there,she will manage.All the nurses are well protected with all the protective gear,but they are not thinking this is a baby,let the mother hold and let us inject the vaccine.They said the mother to go out and they will hold the baby too..I am very much fed up.In the normal time ok.They can handle like this,but in this Covid situation being a health worker,they are not aware of these protocols?Very poor..Please don't take your babies for vaccination in this hospital..

Casuality staffs including Duty Doctor (Lady) have no time to attend the patients bcoz they are busy with other business. Only three patients including my mother in the casuality and we are waiting more than 15 minutes to see the Doctor. Very pathetic situation. I will never come again.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Najath Hospital. The level of service provided was abysmal, to say the least. I visited this hospital last Sunday at around 6:30 pm due to a leg injury. Being a new patient, I registered for a doctor consultation and was directed to the casualty waiting area. Little did I know that this would be the start of a frustrating ordeal. I waited for nearly an hour to see the doctor, only to find out that there was no semblance of queue management or any kind of service standards in place. It was chaos. Some individuals seemed to have a free pass to see the doctor while others languished in agony. I understand that emergencies need to be prioritized, but even non-critical cases were getting seen ahead of me. I even mustered the strength to stand outside the doctor's room, despite the excruciating pain in my legs, only to watch patients who arrived later than me get called in before me. To add insult to injury, when I tried to cancel my appointment, I was told that the PRO was unavailable and that there would be no refund. When I asked for a complaint form, I was handed a plain white sheet of paper instead. I had to hunt for the complaint box in a poorly lit area and drop my feedback in it. Later, when the PRO finally became available, I was in so much pain that I decided to seek treatment elsewhere. On Wednesday, I received a call from the hospital stating that they would only refund the consultation charge, not the registration fee. This is utterly unfair, considering I received no actual service, only inconvenience and added expenses. I strongly advise against seeking treatment at Najath Hospital. There are much better options available in Ernakulam. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for healthcare services.

I was reading the previous review and I was afraid to go but I went . Now I am fully satisfied with this hospital. Scanning, entree fee is normal range. Doctors behaviour was awesome. There is queue in pharmacy because lot of members is there. Inpatient outpatient is there so it will take time only no need to worry. Treatment and word wise giving the satisfaction. Now I am in hospital and writing this for upcoming persons thanks

A decent hospital for your day to day health issue. I visited the hospital for my ear pain and the treatment was satisfactory. The doctor 'Maya Devi ' seems to be a knowledgeable person with lot if experience. I booked appointment day before and was called first. Not sure whether I was lucky or is that the case always. Doctor was late by 30 min and the hospital don't give you your patient file so you are not entirely sure about your treatment details or prescription. I will not trust a hospital that does that with more serious health issue .
