Kids
had
an
amazing
time,
but
the
layout
and
lack
of
organisation
makes
it
a
bit
of
a
headache
for
adults/guardians.
The
reception
area
is
located
in
the
main
arena
on
the
ground
floor,
where
the
trampoline
park
is,
and
the
noise
levels
are
enormous,
making
it
difficult
to
communicate
with
staff
at
the
desk.
Even
with
a
booking,
you
have
to
queue,
so
arrive
an
extra
20-30
minutes
before
your
intended
start
time.
Maxx
Arena
socks
must
be
worn,
so
they
need
to
be
obtained
from
reception
before
you
begin
-
it’s
a
good
idea
to
have
the
shoe
sizes
of
all
players
ready
before
check-in,
to
avoid
delays.
Lockers
are
located
right
next
to
reception,
and
they
are
small,
with
no
seating
nearby.
When
dealing
with
a
large
group
of
children
(especially
if
they
are
wearing
winter
coats
&
boots),
trying
to
navigate
this
particular
scenario
-
in
the
deafening
noise
and
with
people
everywhere
-
is
pure
chaos.
It
would
make
much
more
sense
to
provide
large
lockers
or
a
lockable
chest
next
to
each
birthday
party
table.
Birthday
party
tables
are
situated
in
various
locations,
on
several
floors,
and
a
number
of
tables
are
grouped
together.
None
of
the
areas
are
secure,
so
you
can’t
leave
your
stuff
lying
around.
The
trampoline
park
is
on
the
ground
floor,
the
inflate
park
is
on
the
1st
floor,
and
there
are
party
tables
located
next
to
both.
If
you
are
doing
a
mixed
event
(inflate
and
jump,
for
example)
you
will
be
moving
between
floors,
and
if
you
need
to
supervise
the
kids,
you
have
to
leave
your
table
unattended,
in
an
area
filled
with
other
people
-
not
ideal.
Also,
none
of
the
party
tables
provide
a
view
of
the
action,
so
you
do
need
to
leave
the
table
if
you
want
to
watch
the
fun
(there
are
smaller
tables
in
an
area
with
a
view
of
the
trampoline
park,
but
they
were
full
while
we
were
there).
This
is
also
tricky
when
dealing
with
children
getting
thirsty,
if
all
your
drinks
are
sitting
on
a
table
on
another
floor.
Food
and
drinks
are
available
next
to
reception
on
the
ground
floor,
serving
pizzas,
nachos,
etc.
The
slushy
machine
was
broken
when
we
were
there,
much
to
the
disappointment
of
the
kids!
The
backlight
room
is
located
next
to
the
trampoline
park
on
the
ground
floor,
and
has
about
six
large
tables
in
it,
each
suitable
for
about
ten
kids.
This
room
is
very
cool,
and
the
kids
loved
it
-
probably
the
best
place
to
have
a
party.
Instructions
on
what
to
do
are
really
limited.
There
is
a
safety
video
shown
to
kids
before
they
begin,
but
after
that,
you’re
on
your
own.
It
wasn’t
entirely
clear
when
we
could
move
from
the
inflate
park
to
the
trampoline
park,
whether
a
staff
member
would
bring
us
down
at
the
right
time
(they
didn’t),
or
whether
we
had
to
use
the
trampoline
park
in
any
particular
order
(we
didn’t
-
anything
goes).
The
inflate
park
is
good,
but
the
kids
were
finished
with
it
before
their
hour
was
up,
and
we
had
to
wait
a
while
before
we
were
allowed
down
to
the
trampoline
park.
The
photos
on
the
website
showed
an
area
(battle
beam)
as
being
part
of
the
inflate
park
which
was
actually
in
the
trampoline
park,
so
that
was
a
bit
misleading.
The
trampoline
park
is
amazing,
so
much
to
do,
we
could
easily
have
spent
3
hours
there,
without
any
hint
of
boredom.
Apart
from
the
trampolines,
there
are
high-jumps
into
a
very
soft
air-mattress,
trampoline
jumps
into
a
sponge
block
pit,
obstacle
courses,
target
games,
video
screens
with
jumps
to
follow,
and
battle
beams.
There
is
no
real
supervision
in
the
trampoline
park
though,
and
it
is
huge,
so
if
you
need
to
supervise
children,
make
sure
you
have
enough
adults
with
you!
Most
of
the
time,
kids
waited
for
other
children
to
get
out
of
the
way
before
doing
jumps,
but
I
saw
a
couple
of
near-misses,
and
there
were
no
staff
supervising
activities
at
all.
Overall,
the
kids
had
a
fantastic
time,
and
very
much
want
to
go
back,
but
the
organisation
could
be
a
lot
better.
If
we
were
doing
it
again,
we’d
just
do
the
trampoline
park,
book
a
table
in
the
backlight
room
(or,
for
a
smaller
group,
request
a
table
overlooking
the
trampoline
park),
and
bring
enough
adults
to
supervise.
