Upon check-in the "security staff" was fairly rude and condescending, at one point having two people flanking either side from the rear as I spoke to the front desk. They then proceeded to follow me through the lobby area, as well as giving dirty looks the entire time. Checked in for two days with plans to potentially extend, but will likely leave after the second day. First impressions, and all that. Between the three shower heads, only one is connected to heated water, but none work particularly well as they, presumably like the rest of the room, haven't been cleaned particularly well (or finished), as evident by the accompanying photos. Though the low water pressure may also be playing a role. I even found a cigarette butt just resting on the windowsill (so a bit of caution to anyone with sensitivities to that type of thing). The woman at the front desk was polite and professional, however.

This hotel is famous for its events place. It has good ambiance for whatever occasion you wish to celebrate. The only problem in my opinion is the parking because it only has a few slots upfront. But the location itself isn't difficult to spot and the airconditioning is not a problem.

The lobby looks great, but the service we had was pretty bad. The utensils look so simple, it doesn't have any quality. The table cloths were looking dirty. The food servings were so little! So please do improve.

The food is delicious. The rooms are clean. The session room is comfortable enough for workshops and training. However, one can hear what's going on outside the room. And at night, we can hear the live bands and the what seems like people singing in the karaoke.

Not a 5 Star Hotel, but it's a nice place overall. Cozy enough, has hot water for showers, and an accomodating enough staff. The lobby looks really welcoming and the cafe deserves a checking out if you're nearby!

Location was excellent and the front desk were very helpful in giving us directions to the mall and pharmacy when we needed them. Buffet breakfast (toast, cereals, sopas, tapa, fried rice, eggs done your way, etc.) was good, too. But the rooms (executive rooms) were outdated and in terrible need of a make-over. The a/c was dripping and annoying. The Italian restaurant downstairs took forever to prepare our dinner and served one dish at a time what felt like every 30 minutes! Also got our order wrong, but I did not ask for a replacement anymore as that would take another 30 minutes. Oh, they also lost one of our reservations through Agoda and it was only luck that we double-checked.

Accommodating staff. Although some rooms have strong odor (not sure about the deodorizers they use). Limited choice of food.Excellent signal of Wifi. Overall, i like their service.

Amazing ambiance especially on the rooftop bar amazing foods and drinks and have a great venue for parties delicous food and very clean

The service was poor. Slow serving time -our food took almost an hour. Doesn't taste good and small serving. Overall, not a place you would likely go to when you're hungry.

Not good for quarantine area. Bathroom was not clean. They won't prepare even clean it b4 they accept visitor. Manager nid to inspect every room. Maintenance first from the toilet bowl w/c is untidy from the walls up to the supply of water🤬

It is our 2nd time here. The room is pretty nice for the price. The reception and staff are nice too. Their aircon is strong, you'll have a mini refrigerator, table and chair, and the CR have heater and new shower heads. The complimentary breakfast is good with fried rice, egg, sausage, and tocino.

Very nice place but at the same time its a little bit creepy. Five star customer service.

Only the smallest interior room available, very dirty, depressing. Moved at 7 am to another hotel. Note: if 1 night only you can survive, but I had to complete the 6 days of quarantine without leaving the room

I am currently quarantined here in Imerex Hotel and the bathroom, shower curtain is disgusting. It is so obvious that it wasn't thoroughly clean before it accepts new guest. Shower curtain is white but in the edge is already yellow?! I am not expecting for a 5 star hotel but at least....should be a clean one?! You can tell the difference if it's an old room or never been cleaned. I called the reception so that they are aware and asked for a new shower curtain and she told me, they will try. I insist on a new one. They gaved me a new shower curtain and a pale with brush and chlorine.

Just used the restaurant for dinner. Its alright, food good and staff attentive. Price is good for what you get. Italian and Filipino foods.

Rooms are clean and safe. Got to stay overnight because I'm attending a seminar held on a university near the hotel. The front desk staff are polite and attentive.
