It is a long stretch of road with mostly Korean-inspired restaurants, massage parlors, karaoke and coffee shops. Walking in the sidewalk while looking at those korean signages will transport you to a street in Korea. There are a lot of Koreans dining and drinking in the area too but the area is not crowded. It is generally safe to walk around the area and tourist police are just visible in the entire stretch of the road. Public transportation are easily available in the area, from tricycle to blue taxi or even grab car. Tricycle’s tariff are quite high, some are collecting as high as 200 for a trip. That is almost the same as the fare in the grab car or in the taxi. So, if you will ride a tricycle, make sure you have to ask and negotiate for the fare first before deciding to book the trip.

If you love anything about korean culture then you have lots of chances to experience it here. So many shops and food outlets to choose from. Plus the fact that the koreans who are here in the Philippines generally contributed big time to the local economy. They’ve provided employment to many albeit the real estate have come up significantly over the years making it hard for locals to buy prime lots but what to do they got the money so no complaints there plus a lot of real estate agents benefited. 😀

Comfortable apartment with cool staff and workers. Fast managerial responses relating to maintenance issues. Walking street and local transportation is approximately a 5 min walk. The SM Mall is a 10 to 15 min walk, and the new nightclub, Eurika, is the new hot spot. You will hear the music from a distance.

Plenty of local and Korean bars, restaurants, bakeries, coffeeshops, grocery stores, wellness shops, and even hotels. As the name says, it is predominantly Koreanesque. Area is clean, road is wide, and parking is often not a problem. It used to be a 500 meter strip but now it is rapidly expanding southwards after the Abacan bridge
