I'm totally thrilled! I've tried a lot of hairdressers, but now I've arrived. Great advice, professional work, everyone super friendly and a warm, fun atmosphere. I was treated to a delicious coffee and Christmas cookies right there. Everything is very relaxed and stress-free from reception to payment. The appointment arrangement and the product recommendation are also great, nothing is forced on you...no...quite the opposite! They say, use your current product to the end and try our product next time. I will do that too, I thought it was fair and honest. And I also find it absolutely funny that there is popcorn...you feel completely comfortable and in good hands. My conclusion...if you're looking for a good hairdresser, you should definitely go to Coupers. I immediately made a new appointment.

If your daughter falls on the hairdresser's neck crying because two hairdressers ruined her hair and the vacation and everything else would have been ruined because she wouldn't have dared to go out without a hat, then dear Guel has done everything right. nice people I felt in good hands and the hair cut was perfect. I'm sure without Corona I would have gotten a nice coffee or cappuccino. maybe a bit pricy, but hair cuts are important enough for me to pay a little bit extra to get a very good one.

Normally I still try to find a nice word in my reviews, but for me this visit to the hairdresser was completely disappointing. After a very detailed consultation, the result was unfortunately not at all satisfactory, and at a very high price (separate tinting in lengths and roots >200€). Regardless of the fact that the overall result was far different from what was previously discussed, both tints didn't even last through two washes. After a very long discussion, a repair was only carried out in return for a 5-star review (which I was supposed to leave in the store). The repair only involved correcting the approach; However, with the same procedure, which of course led to the same result... My hair looks like it did before I went to the hairdresser.

Today I was at Coopers Hairdressers Gold in the southern city of Hanover. I got a perm and a haircut. I was received very well and informed about individual details in advance. Melanie, my hairdresser, was very friendly and you immediately felt at home there. The waiting time was fine, as is usual with a hairdresser. The result was great, I was very happy!! I'm with Melanie and would love to never let another hairdresser touch my hair again. She is super professional to deal with and always warm, so you immediately feel at home. She is also very perfectionist, so the results are simply a dream every time :)
