This place lack honesty and communication. They scammed me almost 100 euro for one month which I couldn't use because I was so shocked of this kind of behavior from a gym who has been deemed a five star. Not even one star is recommended. They need people with good communication to speak to customers and stop misleading people there are other gyms around that can help people better . Hate hate hate this pace never again never will I attend any fitnessloft across this globe. Never I repeat

Previously I gave them a 3 star review because of 2 dumb rules they have. First: no hats in the gym. Second: no sleeveles shirts to train. THE ONLY GYM IN THE WORLD TO HAVE SUCH unintelligent RULES. Turns out that my truthful, well spoken 3 star review was too hurtful so they complained to Google to get my review removed!! Imagine being such a coward!?!? Their "defense" is that they did not have a contract with anyone with my name.. well evidently you don't! With such unintelligent rules why the duck would I sign anything with such a coward, poorly managed company? Now you get one star and believe me, if I could give you -5 stars I would. Cowards.

The equipments and machines are good the price is excellent and the service was proficient

from my experience, staying and using various Fitness studies. I can say that you have quality personal trainers. it is true that they cannot devote themselves to every person at all times, but there needs to be understanding for that. or simply arrange a free appointment. I personally did the pictures at the beginning of the workout and one picture each week. I stay in your studio every day and look forward to new results. the challenges you organize are interesting and just keep going. support from me !!

I love the staff here. The place itself is super clean and there are a lot of different options to use machines or free weight training. I wish I could take this FitnessLoft back to the U.S. with me!

I wish it were possible to give FitnessLOFT more than five stars. I have been a member here for three months and can say with certainty that this is the best gym I have been a part of. The quality of the machines is wonderful, including the sauna and the solarium. Machines are always available for use, even during busy hours. However, by the greatest advantage of FitnessLOFT is their staff. In particular, Amer has been an exceptional staff member who is not only helpful but exceedingly kind. Look for no other gym if you seek to find both a wonderful place to exercise but also a kind community.

I had ankle issues and Amer helped me a lot! I can Finally train painfree again!!!

Beautiful facility with everything you need. Staff and trainers are very helpful, and they don't say it, but you can really book as many training sessions as you'd like. Only downside is a mandatory one year contract before breaking it, but this is common here.

Best gym in town!

I come with pleasure to train 3 times a week as I find the atmosphere conducive, the staff is friendly and supportive, the equipment is state-of-the art. It is never too full and there are special offers that are worthwhile signing up for. I'm so happy I decided to join.

I really like spending my free time at the gym. I do very good circle training. Everything is automatically and the data is saved at e variant in my fitness first app.
