I
had
a
good
one
year
at
Easy
Fitness
Göttingen.
But,
when
I
canceled
my
membership
with
Easyfitness
and
requested
them
to
refund
my
money
for
the
two
months
when
it
was
shut
for
two
months
during
the
Corona
pandemic,
I
saw
the
real
face
of
the
management.
I
was
told
by
the
manager
Herr
Rese
at
first
that
it
will
take
two
to
three
weeks
for
a
refund
and
since
then
I
have
been
continuously
contacting
the
staff
of
EasyFitness
Goettingen
and
every
time
I
call
they
reply
me:
1)
We
do
not
have
any
update
about
the
matter
and
will
have
to
talk
with
EASYFITNESS.club
Hannover-Lahe
in
Hannover
and
will
update
me
in
two
days.
2)
On
calling
after
two
days
from
I
was
told
that
the
manager
is
not
here
and
we
don't
have
any
clue.
For
example
today
it
was
Herr
David
who
told
me
that
he
has
no
information
for
the
same
and
that
the
Manager
is
on
leave.
3)
On
calling
EasyFitness
Hannover
I
have
been
continuously
informed
that
it
is
EASYFITNESS.club
Göttingen
that
will
be
refunding
me
my
money
and
they
are
only
accountable
for
the
refund
process
for
members
in
their
respective
city.
They
tell
me
that
I
am
being
misled
by
the
staff
of
EASYFITNESS.club
Göttingen
.
4)
I
have
also
been
continually
writing
EASYFITNESS.club
Göttingen
several
emails
requesting
them
for
the
refund
to
which
I
don't
get
any
response.
ll
5)
I
am
given
vague
excuses
over
the
phone
call
that
it
can
take
weeks
or
up
to
two
months
because
they
have
a
long
waiting
list
for
a
refund
and
it
has
been
four
whole
months
since
I
am
requesting
for
it
and
have
got
completely
hopeless.
I
can't
see
a
way
to
get
my
money
back.
