I had a good one year at Easy Fitness Göttingen. But, when I canceled my membership with Easyfitness and requested them to refund my money for the two months when it was shut for two months during the Corona pandemic, I saw the real face of the management. I was told by the manager Herr Rese at first that it will take two to three weeks for a refund and since then I have been continuously contacting the staff of EasyFitness Goettingen and every time I call they reply me: 1) We do not have any update about the matter and will have to talk with EASYFITNESS.club Hannover-Lahe in Hannover and will update me in two days. 2) On calling after two days from I was told that the manager is not here and we don't have any clue. For example today it was Herr David who told me that he has no information for the same and that the Manager is on leave. 3) On calling EasyFitness Hannover I have been continuously informed that it is EASYFITNESS.club Göttingen that will be refunding me my money and they are only accountable for the refund process for members in their respective city. They tell me that I am being misled by the staff of EASYFITNESS.club Göttingen . 4) I have also been continually writing EASYFITNESS.club Göttingen several emails requesting them for the refund to which I don't get any response. ll 5) I am given vague excuses over the phone call that it can take weeks or up to two months because they have a long waiting list for a refund and it has been four whole months since I am requesting for it and have got completely hopeless. I can't see a way to get my money back.

This gym is a scam. I moved to Göttingen for 6 month and I wanted to make a monthly contract. The employee told me that I don't have to make a monthly contract as I can cancel my contract anytime since just by sending an email. The time came and I wanted to cancel my contract and of course they refused. I even gave them a proof that my internship in Göttingen ended and still didn't get my contract cancelled and I'll have to pay for 6 months even though I live in Berlin which has no branch of that scam. Not only that their equipment have the poorest quality, but they are rude and stopped even replying to my emails and requests. Please pay 5 euros more and subscribe to a different gym. You will be saving yourself so much trouble.

Criminal organization. Charged a different amount than what was agreed upon in the contract. Agreed upon a 70 Euro initial fee, was instead auto-drafted 100 Euro. Told them about this (3 times over the course of 2 months!) because mistakes happen, but they won’t correct the mistake and give me my money back. This is not a ton of money (30 Euros), but such behavior is still blatantly illegal. Thinking of taking legal action. Stay away.

I would strongly advise against signing up for a membership in this studio. I requested to cancel my membership several times, first after moving to another apartment and then right after the Corona pandemic. They have never cared to respond to my emails properly, and continued to charge my account monthly for almost a year after I requested to cancel my membership, even though I never visited them again. This is a disgrace for a business, they must have no respect for their members who have to leave or morality apparently.

Experience was lovely at the beginning of the contract and they gym was great! However for cancellation you have to go through a lot of people all with contradictory information. When I left since they didn't have a gym near my new location, they assured me the contract had been cancelled after asking all month from different employees. They also said they would not charge me, yet still continued to do so.

On the website it states 29.99 euros for gym membership, but you pay 99.99 euros instead. After launching a complaint, they said the 29.99 euros was for online registration, which was not stated explicitly on the website. So You pay an additional 70 euros if you go to the gym to register with no additional service offered. I consider this fraudulent. The gym has basic equipments, most of which you literally have to queue for during peak hours. I would have deregistered 20 minutes after my first visit if I wouldn't be losing so much money. I definitely would never recommend

Easy Fitness is an excellent workout centre, with top quality equipment and impressive extra services (such as a solarium, a water bed massage and water refill service). I can recommend your gym to any student who wishes to stay fit and healthy during his/her study period in Göttingen.

The atmosphere in the gym is quite friendly and so is the staff . I enjoy my time at the gym very and the monthly fees are not bad at all . Would recommend the gym to anyone new around Göttingen!

A big shout out to trainer Lena. She was extremely helpful and was really patient with me. She explained all exercises to me with great professionalism and patience. She even set a good plan for my progress for the next few months. The gym in itself is very user and price friendly. The availability of a mobile application from the gym, which tracks your progress is exceptionally helpful. What I also found to be really helpful is that every machine in the gym has a QR code on it which leads you to a video, through which you can learn a lot about how to use the particular equipment (exercises, which muscles to use, the right presets for the equipment, etc).

This place is Scam. The gym itself is very nice and staff is also nice. But the management is just absolutely worst. Specially any of your questions won't get answered by their mail, expect one line reply to your long emails, and the contract cancellation is absolutely scam,First auto renewal of contract is there(Even if you don't want extension) and I've been told by the staff that we can cancel membership before 3rd working day of any month, even after doing that I had to pay for 2 months. Emailing them won't work, just save yourself from this.

The worst gym you can ever go to is Easy fitness, they make it hard for you to cancer the contract, they don’t work 24/7 still they charge a lot of money, they increase the membership after few months……I would not recommend you this gym….
