We ate here after stopping for the night on a long road trip. The restaurant has a rustic feel and I wasn’t really sure what to expect. We got the appetizer called cheesy bread. It was delicious! Like a combination of garlic bread and mozzarella sticks. I have never had anything like it. It was gooey and garlicky, and crispy on the outside. Also got the breaded pork sandwich because I read this was an Indiana specialty. Also delicious! My son got the burger and said it was good. The servers were nice and the food came out fast even though it was a Saturday night.

Overnight stay in town. I ordered a simple sampler plate to go. While waiting, patrons were served these delious smelling plates. Steaks least an inch thick! Wow! Their orders filled the table. Comfortable setting as I waited for my order. I would need to return with a Huge appetite.

Decent food. On the day we visited they were closing at 2pm instead of 10pm. We arrived just before 1, and they said we'd have a 25 minute wait... but then seated us about 5 minutes later. Steak was decent, Mahi Mahi was a bit overdone, but I'd prefer that to underdone. The smokehouse burgers are HUGE. They have their own timber seasoning, and half our party liked it half didn't care much for it, but it was a unique thing to try. Overall, not bad. Good place to stop into if you're in the area.

Nice cozy place to ear. Food was a tad bit high I thought, but overall a good experience. Introduced the server with a new drink. (Yuengling Hershey Porter with Skrewball liquor. Chocolate and Peanut Butter flavors)

Timbers did not disappoint our taste buds! The huge warm and soft biscuit smothered with smooth sausage gravy was pure comfort in every bite. The fried eggs were cooked perfectly with soft edges and dippy yolks for the toasted bread. The eggs Benedict had beautifully browned Canadian bacon atop the crusty English muffins. I had the hollandaise on the side (I recommend asking your local food vendor for any RTE/RTU hollandaise sauce: as the sauce I tried tasted like chicken gravy) But overall the experience was superb and comforting. We left with full bellies and a great experience. *** I want to add: the entire staff was amazing! Their communication through their work and helping one another for the ultimate goal... The customers experience*** Simply an amazing experience!

First visit to timbers was for breakfast. Steak n eggs. Toast. Apples. And French toast. The good. Steak had good flavor apples are delicious and cooked to perfection. Service with Ali was friendly and fast. In and out in under an hour. The bad... No butter or jam/jelly with toast. Just dry toast... Not sure if that's their standard but that's what I got. Coffee was a bit burnt, time to clean the pot. The ugly... Ordered our steaks medium, they came out very rare... No pink, only a sear on the outside and dark red interior. Luckily my wife eats her steak like a beast... Cooked rare to well and she enjoys it. But it was too deep red and bloody for my taste. We didn't complain, and try not to, our server did notice and asked if we wanted to send it back. But we never send our food back, recooking is against health code, and we try not to waste our food or the restaurants. Having run a restaurant in the past these things stick out. And with a 50.00 cowboy ribeye on their menu we had high hopes for their steaks.

Food looked great but tasted terrible. Wife's chicken was undercooked my porkchops were overcooked and tasted like it was a day or 2 past it's prime. Prices were decent. Service was decent. The salads were the best part of the meal. I had the wedge salad which was really good (I highly recommend) Wife had a tossed salad.

I had the prime rib sandwich and it was very tasty and really good! My wife got the pork tenderloin and she absolutely loved it. Onion rings were awesome too. Daughter had the sirloin steak and it was well seasoned and cooked exactly the way she wanted it. Great taste. We don't live around here, but if I did I would definitely be a regular at this place!

I love a good hole in the wall, so I couldn’t resist visiting a restaurant that claims they have the biggest menu in “the area.” This is most definitely a casual dining establishment with a big menu, including separate menus for Italian and Mexican dishes. We ordered a sirloin steak, a 1/2 lb black and blue sirloin burger and Japanese-style tuna steak. Our server was very good and asked if our food was overcooked as we were cutting into it. The burger and steak were overcooked but tasty nonetheless so we did not send them back. The tuna was absolutely delicious! Overall, I would go back, just to try something else on the enormous menu!

First time finding this steakhouse and won't be our last visit. We had pork sirloin steak and I ordered a house salad. I especially enjoyed the house dressing on the salad.

Stopped for lunch and thought the place would be super busy but it wasn't too bad. Plenty of parking. The food was great. We had a cheeseburger and pulled pork sandwich. Having French fries that weren't loaded with salt was very nice. Only negative was I didn't like that the tables were so close together. If someone is behind you, you have to be careful when getting out of your chair. But food was delicious and staff was very friendly. We'll definitely go back.

Food was ok - nothing special. Interior and exterior seemed to be really old. Seating was in sections separated by some sort of dividers. Service was good. Meal prices seemed to be high for this area.
