Paige quickly changed my watch battery. I needed the watch the next day and was afraid I would have to leave it. Paige was very efficient in changing the battery for me. I love this jewelry store and am always greeted by friendly and knowledgeable employees.

My 2 best friends got our permanent bracelets here! At first we were so excited because of the meaning behind the bracelets - also coming from Peter Franklin’s being real gold and all nice. The price was definitely on the more expensive side, however the in person service and jewelry we got was beautiful. FAST FORWARD 2/3 weeks after we get the bracelets 2 out of the 3 of us had our bracelets fall off. Specifically mine I put on my NON DOMINATE hand like they suggest - my bracelet literally fell off while I was sleeping. I’m pretty disappointed as the price was PRICEY. I know they will put it back on at no cost (as they should) HOWEVER I thought it would be more durable… ESPECIALLY for falling off while IM ASLEEP IN BED. LOL my opinion go somewhere that’s maybe gold plated but wayyyy cheaper. You honestly might get better results!!!!

On our first visit to Peter Franklin Jewelers we were greeted by Alexa Thomas. We told Alexa we were both looking for wedding rings. For my ring I had some ideas and explained those to Alexa and she was able to show me several rings that were exactly what I had envisioned. She showed my husband wedding bands and he found one he really liked. Our plan was to check other jewelry stores before making our decision but from the moment we entered the store and the service we both received, we didn't hesitate ordering our rings. Alexa was such a sweetheart to work with. We both felt like we'd known her forever. We even sent her some of our wedding pictures. Staff were kinda snooty and they don't offer a great arrangement but what they do offer is nice quality.

We only had a lobster claw clasp replaced on a 30+ year old gold chain. However, we were treated as if we were purchasing a $100,000 piece of diamond jewelry. When picking up the chain, the employee even complimented the chain. Service like that is hard to find. We highly recommend Peter Franklin Jewelry.
