Zemi is located on a small island, so it's not difficult to reach. Although I haven't had the opportunity to stay there, I would love to, especially because some of the rooms have a plunge pool. I've enjoyed brunch and early dinners at 20 knots a few times, and the atmosphere and ambiance at Zemi are delightful. The staff, including the supervisor, manager, and director, are incredibly friendly and always made us feel welcome. The food is excellent, and the view is breathtaking. The pool is very inviting, and watching the sunset is a truly beautiful experience. The beach is just steps away, and from the pictures, the rooms and the restaurant both look fantastic. Zemi is definitely the place to be, and I appreciate how they offer both indoor and outdoor dining options.

This is an amazing resort! If you want to get away and have a peaceful vacation this is exactly the place to do it. It is on the more eastern side of the island. It was absolutely magical and all of the staff was so nice, friendly, and accommodating. Highly recommend this place for your next get away. The food here is great too! The beach is amazing. We had a great view. The spa is an incredible experience. The adults only pool was a bit dirty, but I didn’t mind much. They have sunscreen available all the time! So many nice touches like the cookies with the turns down service and the sweet treats upon your arrival. The staff made us any drink we wanted!

I was very excited to stay here but was pretty disappointed and will not be returning. Nice location, right on the beach. Quiet hotel with rooms split up in different buildings. There is one pool for adults and children, and a separate one for adults only. For lunch and dinner, water costs $8 and they don't tell you until you get the check (there is no free water at the restaurant even tho they provide free water bottles throughout the day at the pools). The Wednesday night buffet was delicious and was one of the high points of my stay, but even at $75 per person, water was still not included. You can charge taxi to the hotel for an extra 10% but cash is nice to have if you plan on going off resort. Gym was decent size, handful of cardio machines, free weights, and stationary machines. Please turn down the temperature in the gym. 72F is really warm when you're trying to exercise and the AC is locked to that setting. Outdoor complimentary yoga is offered Tuesday and Thursday morning at the spa, no reservation required.

Beautiful modern hotel on an amazing stretch of beach. The room was modern and clean with a great view. Housekeeping was excellent every single day and very friendly. Two awesome pools to choose from. We ate at 20 Knots our first night and were unimpressed. The food was just ok and the service could’ve been better from the waitstaff. We stuck with local restaurants after that. The service on the beach and at the pool could also be improved. Some days the service great; we had water brought to us and were checked up on by the attendants. Other days we were ignored by the attendants while they served others and had to get up and seek out the attendants to request water or menus for food. Overall a great stay but definitely some room for improvement from a 5 star hotel.

Very impressed by this property! the best Hilton property I have ever experienced. Super private boutique style hotel. Staff equivalent in service to a Ritz / 4 Season. Large rooms! Great food! Great breakfast buffet!

We had a wonderful time at the Zemi Spa! Ary and her team really made us feel welcome and honored from the moment we arrived. We started our morning with a beautiful private yoga class with Sammi that set us up for a great day, then after a refreshing fresh juice we made our way to the beautiful centuries-old treatment rooms. The massages were really wonderful and the products smelled divine! The team at Zemi set up chairs for us to lounge on afterwards by the spa's pool, and kept us well hydrated while we were there. Loved the relaxed pace, the attention to detail, and all the people we were fortunate enough to interact with. Highly recommended for corporate retreats like ours, or just a beautiful time with friends.

The hotel for sure is stunning and nestled along a beautiful beach. Most staff were very friendly and tried their best to make things right. Also, food options and each meal were delicious. However, the amount of issues we encountered in this luxury resort during our five night stay ruined our “babymoon” and we would not come back or could not recommend it to others until those service/maintenance shortcomings are resolved. We had to switch rooms twice. First room had pluming issues and we were moved. In second room we were dripped-on in bed by condensation water of the AC outlet all night (and water dripped on marble floor making it a trip hazard for pregnant wife at night). Third room had pluming issues (but not severe enough to have to move again). In addition, the hotel room lock stopped working halfway during stay (needing to go to guest services to get back into room), housekeeping came in without knocking, wife was sold a face cream at the hotel spa that expired a while back and had a weird consistency (as all they had were expired, they let us return it – thankfully noticed it still during stay and not at home). On top of all that, my pregnant wife received a goodbye present and fell ill with Covid-19 when we got back (could have also gotten it traveling home, she was wearing a mask on plane though). Even the e-mail I sent to the general manager Paulo Paias with feedback of our stay was ignored. I would have not expected that many issues at a hotel in that price range. We did get a small hotel statement credit because of having to move rooms and an apple cider bottle but that did not make us feel much better and we were even looking into earlier return flights for the first time at any vacation. Overall, hotel has huge potential, we unfortunately did not experience it.

After many weeks of research, my fiance and I booked this resort for our Honey Moon. We booked this resort for April 25-May 1 2023 on June 17, 2022. After I made the reservations, I called to confirm the room and to specifically state it was our Honeymoon. The reservation department said they would make note it was our Honeymoon and confirmed the reservation. A few months later, the hotel calls to state that our room has been overbooked and they do not have a room for us any more. I received a very short and unsympathetic apology. The manager stated they would try to find similar accommodations on another hotel on the island, but I have yet to hear back. After months of planning resorts, who wants to be told, "We booked the room you been planning months for and can no longer give it to you. But we'll try to find another room at a hotel we think you'll like." Furthermore, we've already booked flights and other activities on the island, so if we do not like the like the resort chosen, we will be paying more to go to another resort or island. This has been described as a premier Honeymoon resort, but when I made the reservation, I did not realize they would turn Honeymooners away that booked 10 months in advance. If you book this resort for a special occasion, I would be prepared for plans to be cancelled.

Absolutely loved our experience at Zemi. All the staff were so kind and helpful, and we truly enjoyed all our interactions with everyone. We had a couple minor blips happen while we were there, but those kinds of things could have happened anywhere. When we brought any issues to someone's attention, they remedied it immediately. You could tell everyone was working hard to make the stay an incredible one for all the guests. The property was stunning, the pools were lovely, and we loved all the little touches to make our stay more pleasurable. You can even snorkel right off the beach and the resort had snorkeling equipment as well as paddle boards to use free of charge. We also dined at the resort restaurants every day for breakfast and most nights for dinner. Each meal was superb, and the dinners at 20 knots were actually pretty reasonable for the island even with the upscale atmosphere. Would 100% come back again!

Visited this resort in May 2021 for an anniversary trip. Loved the stay. It seemed semi-private with a small number of guests and no lines at buffet and check-in. Loved the feeling of exclusivity! Service was outstanding and several employees made sure to make sure we had what we needed. Great breakfast buffett and seating by the beach. The view was breathtaking. I am a part-time content creator and had to film the breakfast area more than once it was beautiful. Rooms were clean and spacious.

My wife and I just got back from a week long stay at Zemi and it was incredible. The entire staff was so nice and accommodating and went out of their way to help. It was my 40th birthday so throughout the trip from balloons and champagne in my room, to getting one of the live bands to sing Happy Birthday to me, to the massage room having happy birthday in flowers and a sign when completed, they went above and beyond!!! I cant say enough about the food options and staff. Princess, Sven, Araj, Rangaa and the entire team waa very helpful in making decisions on food selections. Overall, great place!

What a beautiful 300 year old location with a ton of history, amazing detail and comfort! With a small group of ladies I enjoyed being completely pampered at the spa. I receive massage often at home and actually hold a certificate in massage and wellness which has often been to my demise of fully enjoying a massage as I've found myself over analyzing technic, practice, process, etc. That being said, the massage I received at Zemi was the best massage I have ever received in my life. All of the little details that went into the treatment were so well thought out. It was perfect from start to finish and I was actually able to fully relax and enjoy. Definitely an experience from start to finish that I will remember forever.

Amazing experience. Everything is 5-star. The staff, amenities and rooms are all amazing. The online pics don't do it justice. Sits on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, I would highly recommend and cant wait to go back again. I have never had a better spa experience. Great for families as well as singles/couples. A truly amazing place.

We had a wonderful spa day here at Zemi! The scenery was tranquil and I felt so honored to have the opportunity to get a massage in a 300 year old building. The massage was one of the best I had ever had (and I get massages frequently). Will definitely be back next time I am in Anguilla

The resort is beautiful, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff was professional and extremely friendly. The pools are clean, and the beach is perfect. White sand, turquoise water beautifully relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

We spent the day at this resort for our 27th anniversary. The resort is beautiful! Service in and around the resort was good with the exception of the rum room. The young lady working on the night of December 15th was very rude! We sat down and it took her quite some time to drop 2 menus on the table and walk away. 1 person in out party asked for recommendations, her answer 5 or 6 times was "price range" with no further explanation. We finally decided on something she passed ince more to ask if the rest of us were drinking anything, we ordered one more drink but we were so turned off by her rudeness we finished the drinks and left. She needs a customer service training and an attitude correction.

Zemi Beach House is a easy cab ride or drive from the airport. The resort itself is beautiful, every inch of it. Checking in was a pleasant experience, the staff was especially kind and helpful. Our room was, clean, spacious and beautiful a gorgeous view of the pool and ocean. Better then the pictures on line. We scheduled a couples spa treatment at the Thai House Spa. Best massage I've ever had. Expensive but well worth it. The food was very good. Food we had off the resort was not as good. The staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The manager, the food service staff, the pool staff, and the cleaning staff were all exceptional. There was also live music nightly, enjoyed it. I hope to go back to this beautiful resort at least once a year. Let me also say that the people of Anguilla were very welcoming.

An absolute delight staying here. Everyone here is wonderful and everyone has such amazing life stories! There is plentiful to do on the resort and if you want to explore off the resort, theres a car lot for a rental car and if you don’t want to drive (they drive on the left side of the road!) there is plenty in walking distance! Honestly, favorite part of every day would be lounging and feeling absolute zen and the breakfast buffet!

My fiance and I went to Zemi last week and the stay could not have been more exceptional. The personal and professional service from the moment we walked through the door was top-notch. The grounds were very well kept and the rooms were gorgeous. We were looking for a relaxing vacation to have some quiet time and Zemi delivered in every aspect. We were able to unplug and really take some time for each other. The entire resort provided a serene feel at all times, which created a perfect sense of relaxation. The food on site was prepared very well and the staff always made themselves available when needed. I would highly recommend Zemi to anyone and will definitely be going back!

I recently stayed at the Zemi Beach House in Anguilla and I cannot rave enough about this beautiful resort! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff and the manager, Paulo, who went above and beyond to make sure I had an unforgettable experience. The food at the resort was simply incredible. The chefs and staff at the restaurants consistently prepared delicious meals that left me craving more. I especially loved dining outdoors and taking in the stunning views while I ate. The rooms at the resort were top-notch and incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities I could have asked for. But what truly made my stay at the Zemi Beach House unforgettable was the kindness and generosity of Paulo and the entire staff. Paulo went out of his way to make sure I was happy and comfortable during my stay, and always went the extra mile to make sure I had a great time. The entire staff was always friendly and attentive, making me feel like a valued guest from start to finish. I would highly recommend the Zemi Beach House to anyone looking for a truly amazing vacation experience. From the gorgeous views, to the fantastic food, comfortable rooms, and incredible staff, this resort truly has it all. I will definitely be back for another visit! 5 stars!

We totally loved Zemi Beach house and hotel. We had stayed on the West end of the Island and wanted to explore the other side of this gorgeous Island. The service and the food is fantastic! We order the snapper 2 nights in a row, because it was THAT good! We got to meet Paulo, the general manager , it's obvious he takes great pride in his resort. We liken the vibe of this hotel to Tulum meets Cabo. Shoal bay is one of the most gorgeous beaches we have ever witnessed. The best thing about this resort is you are steps away from the beach! You need not hike down a cliff to get to the ocean. Highly recommend a get away to Zemi! Loved it!

Zemi is an excellent place. It's run by an incredibly great team. The staff are beyond welcoming and attentive. At the pool Hector, Kenny and Michael took extremely good care of us. Princess was amazing in the Rhum room, which is a must do. I highly recommend the sushi especially the yummy roll. The rooms are bigger than I expected and very comfortable.

Zemi Beach House is a tranquil oasis. We have been there on three separate occasions and the experience is better each time. The property is situated in Shoal Bay East, one of the most relaxing stretches on the island. The architecture is incredible and the landscaping is better than any property we have visited. If you want a luxurious and true Caribbean experience, this is the place for you. We were able to spend time in the Presidential Penthouse Suite. This room overlooks the beach and provides uninterrupted views of the sunset. Combine that with the infinity pool off your private balcony and you’ll never want to leave your room! I highly recommend the spa and my husband loved the rum room in the evenings. The service is the BEST. We are coming back 3 times in 2023. Zemi is our second home and, we feel, our extended family. The definition of a five star experience.

Went there in late fall 2021. Customer service was excellent. Spa was great and morning yoga was great. And I loved how the property felt intimate - it was not too big and not too small. Perfect size and amazing beach. Easy to walk up and down the beach to some other beach shacks with food & drink. Breakfast buffet was on point. And the rum bar - amazing tasting experience. Was not crowded and you really got 1 on 1 time to learn how to taste rum.

The staff is truly amazing, and I do mean amazing. We were met at the ferry terminal by a wonderful lady and it just never stopped. For three days every waiter, beach and pool attendant, housekeeper, grounds keeper, and so many others were outstanding that you just wanted to give them all hugs when you left because they truly made you like family. The food is tremendous. The drinks are very tasty. The grounds and facilities were awesome and immaculate, but in my opinion without the staff that Zemi has it would all be meaningless. They are what make Zemi worth coming to. Hilton should be honored to have this facility under its name. It is worth every dollar you spend there. Well done Zemi staff, well done.

The hotel and beach were amazing, the food was great, the service was excellent and those who work there really go out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. Never mind Disney, this is the happiest place on earth!

We are disappointed with this hotel which practices misleading advertising. We had to have a 250sqm room with our family to end up with a 65sqm room. No compensation no effort from Hilton. It's unbelievable given the level of notoriety that is similar to the low level of management. The level of 5 stars and its management is completely to be reviewed. Stay from August 16 to 18, 2022.

I don't even know where to start. As a Diamond member nearing lifetime status, this was the most amazing vacation stay ever. Beautiful property, amazing customer service, super clean, amazing food and the most friendly and caring staff ever. While everyone was wonderful, I have to mention: Tuneero and his team: wow. Absolutely incredible. Tichelle, Stacey, Princess and the entire restaurant and wait team. Everyone was so amazing. Only downsides, all be it minor, were weak wi-fi in the room and hot water delay. 10/10. We can't wait to come back. Thank you for everything.

The best Hilton property we have stayed at. If I could put more stars I would. The property is a postcard, the staff is amazing, and the food has been terrific. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

It's Hotel is a management disgrace. On Booking I made a reservation for a 250m2 room and it was only 65m2. They rushed to make the modification within 24 hours of my complaint and no compensation was offered. This hotel is not worthy of a 5 star in its customer service management. She has a beautiful beach that doesn't even belong to her, that's the only plus point. Breakfasts and meals are of low two star standards. This hotel is lucky not to have much competition, the prices are very high for a quality of service that is not worth it. A very bad human and culinary experience. Hotel not at the level of a 5 star really to avoid.

Location is great right on Shoal Bay East. The check in was pleasant with a welcome drink. Our price per night was on the higher side, same price as four seasons or other resorts on the island. Staff was welcoming and nice. The food was great, but the breakfast wasn't as good as we remembered it from previous stays. The pool area needs some attention, the tiles are coming up on the bottom of the pool and the acrylic glass lip that looks out at the beach has silicone material rubbing off when you swim and touch it. The turn down service and water they provide you is nice, the hotel doesn't have coolers for you to keep the waters cold like other hotels. Just these flimsy plastic bags that hold your water and ice. Be sure to rent a car if you stay here, the resort is farther away from the west side of the island.
