The stay at Crafts hostel ticked all the right boxes and more. Awesome trio running the property. Very courteous, creative and helpful. The place itself has the right vibe for a Goan holiday. It's perfectly located near Anjuna beach, Anjuna flea market is right next to it. The aesthetics of the place is tasteful and all your needs are immediately taken care of just with a buzz to any of the staff present. Would definitely recommend it! Love, Bidisha , Assam❤️

I understand that it can be the best hostel in the world for everyone else which is fine however my experience was the worst. Hostel have cancelled my booking for which I haven’t received any notification from the booking site, this can be a technical glitch which I understand. After reaching, the receptionist asked me to cancel the booking and told me that they will accommodate. After that, he simply couldn’t for entire stay duration. Again I can understand that it can be human error. Worst thing was the behavior of the receptionist, arrogant and calling a customer a liar repeatedly. It seems that pretending too much cool in this hostel made them forget how to behave with a customer. I am not your friend, I am a customer who deserves respect. I guess that’s what they should have learned in hospitality management classes. Around 20:00 o’clock, we left with no option to stay there and end up staying at somewhere else. Again this was my personal experience.

The location is good, very close to the beach and an amazing restaurant with Instagram worthy views! There is a shop nearby to buy drinks and other essential items too. Property is well maintained, wonderfully managed and the staff is very helpful and accommodating. The dorms are exceptionally well and bathrooms are very neat and clean. AC worked really good and beds were very comfortable. If you are looking for a party hostel this is not the place because they dont have their own bar inside but you can bring your own drinks and chill in the common areas. I would rate my experience 10/10 and highly recommend solo travellers to come here

Craft hostel gives very different feeling. Friendly staff (except the watchman), clean and comfortable rooms. The overall setup gives very different feeling and positive vibes. The owners (Mr. Sandy and his partner) are very helpful. They go out of the way to help guests and even people who are not staying with them. They are true humans. I had a homely feeling while staying at Craft's hostel. Next time if i visit Goa, would prefer to stay again.

I loved my stay at the hostel. Every thing was right, the rooms , food , facilities. The place is just beside Anjuna Beach. The best part was the hosts, every one was very friendly and make you feel special. Definitely going to stay here when ever i visit North Goa.

Stayed there in June 2022. The place was lovely and the manager Abhishek was very cooperative. They have nice rooms with AC and a lounge in the patio area to relax. Would definitely visit again

Very nice hostel. My room was very spacious and well equipped. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. I forgot my camera in the room and the staff arranged a taxi to bring it to me (2,5 hours drive!) If you look for a place to stay in Anjuna; Craft Hostels is definitely the place to go!

Craft hostel has several different types of rooms to chose from which are spread across two sites adjacent to each other. There is a common area with swings, books and games, where some English or Hindi music is usually playing during the day. The entire area is well designed with cute decor and a lovely garden where you can even sit and birdwatch. The adjacent site has the bigger private rooms. The rooms are spacious and well lit and very cutely done up. Some have a patio and some an indoor swing. A typical tropical beachside spot - you'll find frogs and ants and insects which may enter the room if doors and windows are left open too long. There's also a small cafe in this hostel that serves food and warm beverages at specific hours. The maggie and chai were excellent, the sandwich could have been better. The staff were all friendly and helpful and they can help you rent a vehicle to get around or even suggest things to do and places to eat at or order from. The wifi is mostly reliable though a little slow. The ocean is less than a five minutes walk from here. It's more of a rocky beach, and during high tides it can get a little rough.

This is a beautiful place with so much positive vibes. You actually feel relaxed in this hostel environment. This is my first stay here, but I can come to Goa just to stay here.I really appreciate the way host make you feel like home, excellent host and staff. Fantastic hostel with awesome host (Divya). They gave us early check in and late check out with upgrade on reservation, so that it can align with our travel plan. Rooms were clean so were washroom. You get access to common seating area, kitchen, fridge and of course wifi. It's walking distance from Anjuna beach and in near distance of other party places like Shiva valley, Curley and other restaurants. Would definitely visit again

Abi is single handedly running this place. What a great host. He took care of everything and made my stay in Goa perfect. The Craft Hostels has a nice inner courtyard for networking or just to relax. Special recommendation for Solo travelers!

We had a very nice stay. Super welcoming host en very nice atmosphere at the hostel. A nice garden were you can hang out with all the guests and nice sleeping locaties. I stayed with my boyfriend. Our room was nice and big and if you want, they clean it for you everyday. Location is on 2 min walk to the beach were there are a lot of nice restaurants and party places. Abbi the host of the hostel helps you with everything, scooters, pizza places, atm and cash withdrawals. Very chill and awesome dude.

The best place to be at if you are around anjuna, really had a great time chilling out with lovely guest. Interaction with Sandy (owner- a genuine friend we all need) makes you feel like family. It's a beautiful Portuguese Villa which Sandy have given soul to. Great place to stay as it's very close to Anjuna Beach. The room interiors are very cute & aesthetic. The Host Abhishek was very helpful throughout our stay there. The only issue was the AC was not effectively working probably because of the high roof temperature in the month of June.

Great location near to Anjuna beach,which also have few spots that you really want to go and sit alone to refresh your thoughts, inhale the positivity and just live in moment.stay was really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff ( Abhishek and Arif) . All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. This was my first visit to Goa and this place made it best for me, one of the best memories I have created with strangers( not anymore) here. I miss the swing, it was my favorite place to sit and enjoy my bollywood songs. Thanks for making our visit to Craft hostel that best. One of the most safest place for staycation in north Goa. Its walking distance from anjuna beach. Facilities are upto the mark. They have very good mentor as well and they are friendly( especially Arif). They have their own cafe, serves very good food. They have very soothing atmosphere in the rooms and outside too.

Craft Hostel offers a delightful stay with its aesthetically warm décor, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The close proximity to the beach enhances the overall experience, allowing guests to easily enjoy the sun and surf. Abhishek's hospitality adds a personal touch, making guests feel welcomed and cared for. My stay at Craft Hostel was marked by comfort, beachside convenience, and a sense of community fostered by the attentive staff and engaged creators (incidentally they were around to share their story). Special mention for Hari (chef) for lovely parathas, Poha (higly recommended)...Manik's coffee and help he extends and Gangadhar Bhaiya, who keeps the space spic and span.

What should I tell about this place it's one of the kind and it's the best place to stay in Goa hospitality to the core ambience rocks what a place to stay in Goa. The owners of the property are your next door buddies your best friends special mention to Divya, Sandeep, Abhishek, Sourav and especially our bhaiya caretaker (guard) who takes care of the property and also the restaurant inside the hostel was awesome if you want to explore Goa the way it is and how it should be please do visit and enjoy your stay at the crafts hostel we stayed there for couple of days and it was like heaven on earth

We visited craft hostels as a couple and faced pathetic experience. Overall cottage is aesthetically good but has poor amenities. I would not recommend anyone to take cottages specially during summer times. The cottages are the most expensive out of all but have AC which will not give you chills but only sweating. They are under maintained. I later checked dorms which were way more cooler than cottages. The cottage is connected to another cottage with a door packed in between which will steal away your privacy. You will be able to hear what other person is talking and doing things from your room. I would suggest couples to not take private rooms here.

Stayed in a cottage... great vibe and good wifi. Location is also very nice. All recommendations of eating joints turned out extremely good! Missed tv! 🙂

Overall good vibes of the place. Very clean. Staff is very helpful. Suggested some good places to eat and roam around. Only Con: You can hear the sound of rain falling on ceiling. So, it was disturbing at night.

Pros : Lovely property , maintained well and great service by the manager. Great poha for breakfast Cons : Not 420 friendly. If you are looking for some privacy then this is not the place for you and your partner. (Same applies for private cottages) We lost our expensive rain coat from the reception. When asked the owner to check cctv footage, he didn't seem to bother to help. We moved out after staying there for 2nights.

My first hostel experience in India and I can safely say there's no other place I will stay at anymore when I'm in Goa. Craft Hostels is one of the most warm and friendly places I've stayed at. Met some incredible people, made friends with such lovely people. The team at Craft - Divya, Abhi, Samrat, Sandeep and the stunner Biscuit are all extremely friendly and helpful. The place is clean and absolutely delightful. I was taken care of so well it felt awful leaving the place. I would highly recommend Craft Hostels to solo travelers as it is not only hygienic but also very safe. The hosts go out of their way to make sure the guests feel at home.

in general, great place to stay.. A Very nice place and quite atmosphere specially for peace lovers. I felt Double room is bit pricey and dormitory is most likely better option in terms of money. FYI…Staff s great.

Our experience of staying at Craft Hostels was great. The rooms were clean, well maintained and aesthetically pleasing. The manager Abhishek ensured that we had everything available and also helped us pick the best places to go to along with making our overall stay super comfortable. I'd say Craft Hostels is the place to be - mainly because of the people you meet there + the hospitality and because of the location since the hostel is at a walking distance from Anjuna beach.

Hands down the BEST hostel in Goa. This comes after staying in 6 more. The host Abhishek caters to your needs and makes it his priority for your stay to be as comfortable as possible. Highly accesible with main road connectivity is a plus. Room cleanliness was immaculate. Housekeeping was sweet and sincere and so were the rest of the staff. Stayed here for 9 days and had 0 reasons to complain. Go for it folks!

Outside common area with couple of swings, is super clean n green, with an artistic touch; one can sit there peacefully during the day n relax/ read. Evenings - you can interact with other solo travelers, enjoy music etc Dorm & the common toilets/ bathrooms are also maintained very clean. Food/Tea service is quite slow - won't rely much on that But otherwise, an amazing experience n great value of money 😊

Most comfortable and clean hostel I have came across in my travel journey post covid, perfect place for work from home good hi speed wifi common space with charging ports, clean washroom amazing host and co travelers. And the pets are adorable too🤗

The Craft hostel or do i call it my Home. There are no words that can suffice the connection i have with this property. If you are looking for a warmth feeling while you are travelling solo or even with your friend's and family, this is the place for you. Divya, Abhishek and sandeep are simply cherry on the top for this place, as the level of welcoming nature they have is totally unforgettable. More to add is the cleanliness in term of dorms and rooms is remarkable and specifically for girls travelling solo for first time this will indeed be a safest place to be at. Moving on to the location it just perfect as you are very very close to the beach and to many many beach cafes and bars. So when in goa next time i would recommend this place undoubtably

The hostel was very calm & it appearance of the hostel was so nice. Next the way they welcome & hospitality from their manager Abishek was so nice. The rooms were so clean & the work space was so nice. They ensure the place is cleaned twice a day & the staffs are so friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

This was a solo trip to Goa. I had never stayed at Craft before. Such a friendly vibe at Craft Hostels. I made such wonderful friends here. A group of 12 people! Apart from that, breakfast is really delicious. Divya and Sandeep are so cute and great hosts. It was so good to talk to Sandeep or artist level too, he is an amazing photographer. I recommend staying for atleast 3-4 days to connect with people here. 2 days stay is not enough (like I opted for initially, but extended it by 4 more days). Such a lovely, friendly vibe here. :) The property situated slightly inland.Better to take taxi in Mapusa city or else.

Everything about this place is great! The staff is extremely extremely nice and friendly. The location is perfect, so close to the beach and everything else. The decor and ambiance is perfect for a plant lover like me. I don't think I'll be going to any other place because I doubt I'll find anything better for the price. Suggestion: Just call the hostel directly and book instead of going through other websites.

Had the loveliest stay on our first stop in India. Staff was exceptionally welcoming and resourceful - particularly in assisting us with retrieving a missing bag. Really great vibes and a great place to put your feet up. Highly recommend!
