The location of this plaza is good with a nice compound ahead of it. Talking about the infrastructure, it is very nice with good quality of rooms & services. The plaza or hotel do contains lift, hall, power backup, & many more amenities. Also the rooms do contains a essentials basic kit for their customers. Variety of rooms are available there such as AC, Non AC, & many more. The cost of staying at this plaza or hotel maybe higher as compared to nearby places but still I personally suggest to try to visit once & stay there for a day. The negative points include about the unhygienic conditions around the plaza which needs some improvement.

Sir I have booked a room In Lords Plaza , Ankleshwar , Gujarat. My one business guest came to visit me and he was just meeting for around 1 hour . He did not came to stay with me But the staff was so rude and they told there will be no meeting and the manager , specially Tejveer Singh he was very rude and abusive . Is this way to treat with guests . I was mentally in shock that how the manager can behave like this with us . But , Sir as a hospitality business if this is the way staff and manager deals with customers then it is very disheartening My other friends were also staying but still the staff and manager did not co-operate at all . I want a strict action to be taken against Mr Tejveer Singh otherwise I will have to escalate the matter further with help of social media Thank You

My recent visit to Lord's Pizza in Ankleshwar was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. We stayed for 4 weeks at Loads Plaza Ankleshwar in room#121 and #124. Near and clean environment. Room quality and service are just abive the average. Convenient to the public transports. Breakfast and lunch did not have but dinner enjoyed for 4 weeks. Quality and choice of food are great. Specially Mr Sampad in the Blue Coriender Restaurant delighted us (team of 5 pax) very well. Feedback: Check standing lamp and locker in room# 124 (not working) Annoying sound coming from next wall in the morning. Suggestion: Updrade rooms with smart/android TV. Overall the experience was good 👍.

Not many choices in this city. This is possibly one of the better ones. Rooms are somewhat shabby. The restaurant and food is decent.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the owner of hotel staff amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Rooms were spacious and the food was tasty. Only problem is you need to double check while ordering food from room service as I received biriyani without egg after ordering anda biryani.

It's an OK place to stay in Ankleshwar. Suitable for business visit. Near to Ankleshwar railway station. Breakfast spread is decent, although the fruits given in breakfast were raw and not completely ripe. Managed the stay well.

So where do i start, from start to finish it was rubbish to say they least. So we booked our room on floor 2 (209), the room was a mess, the bathroom had a leak and wasnt cleaned. After ringing them multiple times regarding the TV it was replaced. Everything is supposed to be checked. We were then moved to another room the next day after speaking to the duty manager. The waiter ignored our food requests the second evening and didnt come back to us at all. the water was cold and as per our conversation with the manager so fruit, decorations, milk and flowers were not provided. The receptionist didnt phone us for breakfast even though it was clearly mentioned. As an advise don’t book with these guys, even if on paper they commit they will not deliver. Serious trust issues across the board. We will take this forward.

Was staying for work, very courteous staff, buffet is excellent with good variety. Rooms feel luxurious like 5 stars. Prompt service from in room dining amd room service. Also, I got a festive complimentary sweets. Ps. The hotel is very safe for women travelling alone too.

Excellent Hotel. Nice location. Very courteous staff. The front desk Manager Mr. Tejveer and Service boy Mr. Pushpa were very courteous and polite. Had a great experience. We had booked three Suite rooms. Though rooms were good but not at this value. Hotel has shortage of staff which needs to be taken care by management. AC was not effective in the lobby and breakfast area.
